I highly recommend KW! They did great work on my damage repairs, and even buffed out the old headlight so it would match the new one they installed. Staff was kind and informative, and work was done on time as estimated. Im glad to have given them my busines!

Can’t really believe I’m typing this right now but they took my seatbelt covers 😅 probably just took them off when they were cleaning the car but if not that’s pretty poor business, they were very professional and even gave the car a quick clean even though they couldn’t do the work necessary due to liability issues and I’d love to give them a 5 star review but I looked my car through and through, even got in contact with both towers and the one who brought it to kw confirmed they were there and the one who brought it back confirmed they were not. Please return them I’d really like to give you guys the review you deserveEdit: they called me back and although they no longer had my seat belt covers they’ve offered to reimburse me and again with their professional attitude and service we met said agreement quickly and smoothly. Thank you kw for the overall pleasant experience and keep doing good work

Great work was done on my Model 3 after a hit and run while parked! Awesome customer service; they are professional and also personable. Reyanne was great, she was very thorough in explaining all the work that goes into replacing the left quarter panel.

Brought my banged up Tesla here for repair. They were very professional, I received text, phone calls and emails about the updates on my repairs, They were very courteous and kind. They also are one of the only Tesla auto body places in Hawaii but I would still go back to them again. Mahalo

I took my vehicle there for repairs because my insurance appraiser personally recommended them so I thought it would be a great experience.Im all about the small things and was less than impressed. From the initial estimate from the insurance appraiser the bumper just needed to be replaced, but he added in my safety inspection (because they were replacing the whole bumper might as well do the safety too, not to mention it expires this month), he also added in my personal hitch cover ($25, no big deal). I drop the truck off then get a call later in the day saying they found additional damages (the trailer hitch needed to be sanded and repainted) no big deal Im glad they fixed it right.Then I get a call saying my vehicle is ready for pick up. Great! I get there and Reyanne hands me the packet with the estimate and my keys and wants to take me to my truck and send me on my way. Wait a minute dont rush me I want to look at their estimate. As Im looking at it, I asked if they replaced the hitch cover, her response, oh no we dont know where to get one from. Okay no big deal, but you took the check for repairs which included that part so where is my $25? She said she would cut me a check. Great, no big deal but the illusion that they werent going to do anything about it and send me on my way with out it if I wouldnt have asked. While she was getting ready to write the check I asked if they did the safety inspection....the look on her face and her question to me explained it all. Does your safety expire this month? Yes it does but that doesnt matter it was written in the repair contract, and you called me saying my vehicle is ready. She said they just tore the sticker off my old bumper and placed it on the new one... Her fix, Ill call enterprise to come get you again and we will take care of the safety. Me: No thats alright Ill take the time and do it myself. So she said she would reimburse me for that expense as well.While she went in the back to write the check for the safety and hitch cover, I went out and inspected my truck. Looking at the new bumper there was black paint over spray all over the chrome on the bumper. Are you kidding me?!?!?! My truck is dark in color so I couldnt tell if the overspray was on the paint of my truck but again, you call and tell me that my vehicle is ready yet there is paint on the bumper you just replaced.Granted they buffed all the paint off the bumper as well as a good scratch that I found, but that took an additional 20 minutes of me waiting and missing work. Why couldnt they do a full review of the estimate to ensure all work was completed and a full inspection of the work done before calling me saying my vehicle is ready, wasting my time?Yes, my truck is repaired and they refunded me for the work not completed but again with me it is the tiny things that matter. Any fool with tools can replace a bumper but having great customer service is a quality that many do not have including kw auto.I am happy that Im driving my truck again so thank you kw auto but I am very dissatisfied with my experience today and cannot recommend your repair shop to any of my family or friends. I will also have to recommend to my insurance company and to the appraiser not to recommend this shop because kw auto does not follow the insurance companies appraisals and leaves it up to the customer to finish the work they said they would do.

The front desk lady wad quite rude and dismissive almost to the point of making me think that shop was too good for my money. Their are tons of shops in Hawaii and for me to not even get far enough to get an estimate before rudely dismissed out of the shop is sad.

My new car was rear-ended after only 600miles, brought it here to get fixed. Painted match perfect and the work seemed to be top quality. They even returned the car cleaner, inside and out, then when I dropped it off.

The quality of KWs work is excellent. We have an expensive car, and it’s impossible to tell it was ever damaged.As for price: Adjusters for my insurance company, and for the company that insured the guy who was at fault (GEICO), produced estimates within a few dollars of each other - $1,900.KW did the work for that amount, and GEICO settled up in full, so I assume KWs prices are reasonable. I assume GEICO is a knowledgeable consumer.The only fly in the ointment was communications went wrong, and KW first repaired the fender instead of instead of replacing as agreed.Paul stood tall, removed it, and replaced it as originally agreed without blinking an eye.Mistakes happen. Owners standing tall to eat the cost of correcting them are rare. I was impressed.Ill go back for all future repairs.geo
