Pretty empty and very friendly staff. Best place for print outs and buying other office stuff.

My husband passed away In January 2021 and I thought it would be a cool idea to make some posters made up of pictures of him for my in-laws. I was struggling to get them printed with other companies and canceled many orders with those other companies and was getting very frustrated. But then I decided to reach out to Office Depot and Garineh Baghasarian and Mia Peirce at the Tansasbourne location made the process very simple and I was able to pick up my posters the same day. I am very please with their customer service as well as the final product of my project. Thanks again ladies. -Becca P.S. I forgot to pack my charger last minute, and thank goodness I was greeted here by Kristina. Wow! Talk about great product knowledge and excellent customer service skills! She saved me from buying a charger that could have burned my battery.Kristina was so helpful, I came back the next day to buy more because she knows the brands well and makes excellent recommendations. Going out of business sale going on. Came looking for a laser printer but the one I wanted was not available.

Staff service is good

For the longest time I thought thought this was a 4 star establishment but the way they have helped my wife getting the things that she needs for the remote/home schooling that we are all doing has been exceptional. We dont have a printer so mostly go there for prints and they have done a great job every time. One time they even went the extra mile and printed something in color for us just because they thought it would look better and make us happier.

Evan at the shipping desk was incredibly patient and helpful. It was the first time that I had to ship and international package and it took time to figure out the process but no crowds so it wasnt a problem waiting. Very friendly and top notch customer service.

Good for mailing but they seem to charge for every little thing now. So come prepared with your own supplies. And this section moves slow, the staff doesnt move efficiently. Customer service could be improved

I dropped off some personalized calendars for binding on Monday, Dec 14 and they told me it would be Saturday before I could pick them up! I thought that was quite a long time but given the season. This morning, Saturday, I called to see if they were done and was told they could not find my calendars. When they finally did find them, they had not even started binding them. Now they want me to wait again! There were no managers in the store at all on a Saturday. This is absolute ludicrous! I will never bring anything for binding or printing to this store again. Nor will I shop for the many office supplies that I use in my bookkeeping and tax preparation practice.

The staff is all about delivering amazing customer service. They’re friendly, helpful and very professional. I’m very impressed with this location and it’s clear the management has their act together. Highly recommended.

I ordered a hp 9025 because there were none in store. The computer said it would be delivered next day. I have a business and needed it right away. I got a notification they shipped it and they were sorry but it would be 2 weeks before it got there. 1 day and 2 weeks is too big a difference to be just Im sorry. I went in to store and asked for manager and they gave me some front end PIC and when I explained my problem she had to walk over 10 feet away to talk to store manager to see what they could do. What a poor manager who cant handle customers talking to him and sends someone with no power to solve problem. I was saying how can you make me feel like Im ok with the huge inconvenience. He still didnt come over and even say he was sorry. He just sent a message back they could refund my money and refuse shipment. Really, I could have told him that without getting the manager. My business has been buying from Office Depot for over 11 years. Im trying to buy from brick and mortars to keep them in business. Yet another bad customer service shop sends me to Amazon. I will never shop at Tanasbourne Office Depot again. And Im debating whether it includes the other Office Depot stores also. If he had said Im sorry and maybe threw in an ink cartridge or two, I would have said these things happen and I would have had a good customer service. I guess Office Depot must be on its way out with customer service like this from the managers. On another note, I really like the staff and especially the one who sold it to me yesterday Tracy? Anyway, as a business owner I would never ever treat a customer like this

Printing services : I only put 4 stars because, two weeks in a row, I had to scan big house plans (24x36) and after scanning, the pages would be printed with a line across them. I had to go Downtown Portland (which is really far, living in Vernonia) to get a perfect job. But I want to thank both Mia and Garineh who went above and beyond for me, and tried their absolute best!

The prices at this store are, in my opinion, unconscionable. I went in to get a replacement toner cartridge for my brother printer, HL-L2380DW, which when I bought a cartridge a year and a half ago was $27.99 and was shocked that the price was $65something for one that would print 1200 pages and $77something for one that would print 2600 pages.I understand that prices will always go up, but more than double in a year and half? I bought this printer specifically because the toner cartridges were on the lower price end.I went to my car and ordered a compatible cartridge from 4inkjets.com for $19.99 that will print 2600 pages.10 years ago I came to office depot for all my office supplies. As the prices have gotten more and more unreasonable I only came to get a replacement ink cartridge. Now theyve lost my business altogether.You can get literally anything they have there significantly cheaper elsewhere.

I needed a resume done and Mia from printing made me a few different styles. She showed me different samples of the metallic style and it was PERFECT! That resume helped me nail an amazing job. Thanks Mia! I will definately be back in the future for all my printing needs.

As long as they continue to do business with Dynamex I will no longer be ordering from them.

Not happy with this store. Found a chair I liked on sale for $99. The person helping me was happy to take the box to checkout while I ran to the car to retrieve my wallet. When it came time to pay, I was informed the chair was no longer on sale - a fact the guy helping me didn’t bother to convey even though I said at least twice I only made a special trip because of the sale. Rather than leave, which I should have, I pay $200 for the chair. It’s now three weeks later and the rocking mechanism is frozen. Gonna have to start over, which is what I tried to avoid by buying the chair... (PS - I only give myself one star on this too.)

Yesterday I went in for a print job. Marc, I believe was the store manager. He was very attentive and kind in working with me. He listened to my concerns and helped me the best way he could. Thank you Marc! I appreciate your time.

Its a national chain, office supplies store. Hard to get too excited about it. Theyre good about giving back to the community which is really nice. Even if you dont have kids in school, ask them to look up your local school to give money to (I usually choose a local school with high poverty rates). The place is huge and if its a school or office supply they probably have it.

Needed one document laminated, so I called at 730pm to ask if someone would be around to do that if I arrived by 830. Sure, they said. No problem, they said. Come on down, they said. So I did! And when I walked in the door at 820pm, I was told the copy person had gone home and nobody was around who could help me.3 stars because its pretty funny actually, and the greeter gal was apologetic. Also theres a FedEx across the street with a self-serve laminator for those of us who arent total dumbdumbs.Thanks Office Depot. Keep up the reliable work!

The layout of this place is too big. They need a smaller building or get more things to put in it. I had to walk from one end to the other for two things that should have been right next to each other. Hope you all enjoy walking.

Lots of mixed reviews here - specially related to print jobs. My first time in the store, wasnt a great experience (If only I could submit this review with 0 stars). Had to wait 15 min and get in checkout line to ask for help with picking up an online print job. Finally, when someone helped, they did not check if my order was ready and instead wanted to send me back since I didnt receive a call from them - as text and email confirmations are not enough. Gladly they mention the time since there print person was out and my confirmation email and text were before that time, so finally they looked and found the job. No apologies were offered.

I ordered some invitations to be printed, and picked up at this location.When I walked in last week, I went straight to the pick-up counter and greeted the young girl who was working with a smile. She was chatting with another one of the staff, and gave me a horrible look as if Id just interrupted something important.The whole rest of the interaction felt awkward and rushed. She was very rude to me when I mistakenly gave her the wrong name, as someone else had placed the order - even when I corrected myself and apologized, she rolled her eyes at me.I chose this location for pick-up due to its close proximity to my house. Ive shopped at Office Depot for years and have never had a bad experience. This girl has changed all of that. I will never be going back to this location again. I do not believe that a customer should walk into a business in a happy mood, and leave in a bad one. Customer service is about making your customers feel important, and helped. That is the opposite of what this girl did to me, and I wont be back.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. AVOID THEM IF YOU HAVE URGENT PRINTING NEEDS.There online system is not in sync with the store. I put in an order at 1pm with an expected pickup of 7pm.Not only was it not done but it hasnt even been started. The guy offered that it would be done tomorrow.Except I put it in for same day service. I go out of town in morning and cant wait a day.The guy offered to try and rush it anyway. He managed to mess up the order twice and then just kinda shrugged.Thats cool. Its not like the order was important to me or anything. The manager cared even less. Just kind of shrugged with a What can you do attitude.Office Depot is now the very face of corporate bs. They stripped the store to a dingy ghost town and only leave one person to handle there whole print service.I called the FedEx up the road and even though its 7pm there gonna get my order done TONIGHT.Lesson learned. Never going to Office Depot for any of my business needs.

I typically use the print services here and I have yet to have a bad experience. Most of my interactions with the staff here leave me with a smile. The only time I had a different story was with the computer monitor demo that wasnt working and no one seemed to know how to fix it. Great place and typically very friendly and helpful staff.

The print center here has by far the worst customer service Ive experienced printing. Today was the second time I was asked what I needed (printing from a flash drive, nothing too complicated) and told the employee didnt know how to do that. She then proceeded to help two other customers behind me in line, didnt call a different employee who maybe knew how to do that, or a manager. I finally just left to try my luck somewhere else, even though I needed the paper stock they had here. The other time was a similar experience, where an employee plugged my flash drive in, pulled up my files, and then helped four people who had been behind me in line before actually printing my documents. It seems as though they only have one semi-competent employee in the print center, and she mustve been on lunch when I was there.

There are a few customer service reps that I must say are amazing in the printing area. However, the majority sadly take a very long time to print. Many times either I or my fiancé have emailed in what we would like printed hours in advance with the requested instructions and when we arrive at the store either the employees do not understand what must be printed (instructions are on the email) or they havent gotten around to it.Definitely could use more training in that section of the store and this location in general is understaffed.

Isabel did a fantastic job with my copy request. The Office Depot in Hillsboro would not or could not do it and treated me with disrespect. Isabel was able to fo the job and was extremely efficient and kind.

Poor customer service and rude employees. I was just looking at a desk in the store. We walked to the front and the Girl at the register asked one of the other employees to help us with the desk (they need to pull it from the back) He answered in front of us saying Cant someone else do it? So someone else walked up to the other register to help someone that came up after we were there. He made a rude comment to my wife that they with with customers and we would just have to wait. (He said it in a rude nasty tone). This was about 10 minutes after the other guy couldnt be bothered. Needless to say we walked out after waiting 20 minutes. I found it on Amazon while I was sitting and realized it was selling for $111 on prime instead of the $200 they were selling it for. I would have just bought it if they were not so rude and ignorant.

Every time I go there and get any computer program there is a problem. I got an HP printer. When I tried to set it up I was told to call technical support, they said I had to buy a $150.00 program to fixmy computer. Later I found out that the program was on line for free. Next I bought Office for Home & Student. To put on my Surface this too had a problem but for $149.99 they could fix it. If I didnt buy the fix then the Office program would not work.

I do not recommend Office Depot for any printing needs!!! I am without a printer at home and I thought I would just send a simple printing job to Office Depot for pickup later that day. It only cost me 9 cents to print a single piece of paper. What should have taken 2 seconds to pick up at the counter, ended up taking at least 15 minutes of waiting for the clerk to comprehend what I was even talking about, trying to find my order, failing to find my order, printing it out, and then finally having me sign something confirming I received the printout. This would have been so much faster doing it myself at the library. And when I should have learned my lesson the first time, I decided to use Office Depot again for same-day business cards. Big mistake! I ordered same-day business cards on their website specifically because, ya know, I needed it the SAME DAY. I waited and waited for the confirmation email that never came, so I decided to call them and ask about the status of my order. The clerk tells me the printing job has mysteriously vanished from her queue and been sent to the regional printshop instead, where it will take at least 5 days to be sent to Office Depot for pickup! There was nothing she could do but direct me to the 1800 Office Depot customer service line, where I waited another 30 minutes to finally just have my order cancelled! What a nightmare! At the end of the day I used Walgreens Photo and ordered same day business cards that were ready for pickup in 6 minutes!!! I will never use Office Depot for my printing needs again!

One employee in particular ruined office depot for me. Extremely rude. If you ask questions it magically turns I to an argument and you get hung up on. And STILL waiting for a complete refund.

I give this 5 star because we all have to understand how hard it is to keep these big stores going these days but every time Ive been there I get really great service in printing and at the cash wrap! Dont sleep on this Office Depot!

Lately they have been short staffed. I have walked in several times and I have to make a line. Or I dont really know because there are greeters but they cant seem to be able to help at the printing servirce. They should have self check options for small print or send jobs. Its frustrating getting your things done at a resonable time to ve waiting in line for one employees assistance.

I wish I could pick No Stars. The customer service in the print shop was horrible. When I told the man behind the counter what I needed, he acted like he had no clue how to do a custom copy job. He Then began conversing with another employee about store business and completely ignored me. Finally he asked if I was in a hurry and returned to the other employee. I had him give me the item back that he had placed on the copier and left. Dont bother going into this Office Depot.

I can usually find what I need. However, a better eye to customer wait times is needed when there is a single sales associate tending check out.

There never does seem to be much staff around when you want to ask questions (but if you find one, theyll quickly help find what you need) and the pricing is okay.However, they do offer really good deals during back-to-school season, especially on notebooks (of which they offer a special variety that works really well - combo notebook / binder).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in looking for shipping boxes and they didnt have what I needed on the shelf. So I asked a woman at the shipping counter if they had more, and to my surprise she didnt even look at me or acknowledge that I even existed. She just got on the radio and said someone needs help in shipping for boxes. SHE WORKED IN THE SHIPPING SECTION AND WAS HELPING NOBODY OR DOING ANYTHING! The guy that did come said that if the sticker says order online available it means there arent more. I said I needed to ship mens shoes in a shoe box he said I can use a huge box they had, or a box that was way too small. This store sucks ass and Im sure online orders are the only thing keeping them afloat. 0 customer service skills.

Would have been three stars, maybe four, but today dropped the rating to 1. Was asked to wait while the staff person was on a 15 minute break. Empee came back 25 minutes later. Hoped to have additional copies of a flyer printed on appropriate paper but empee was unable to find the file that had been used to print the document the previous evening. Though I had been a business customer for a couple of years, empee was unable to find either my business name or personal name and kept me waiting for another 15 minutes while looking for the information,. Was quite disappointed and will use Kinkos for my next job.

Fast and freindly ask a worker if they could help and they stopped and made sure we found what we where looking for and even asked if we needed help finding anything else great experience

Worst customer service ever. The Tanasbourne Town Center locations manager has horrible customer service. I was returning a black inkjet cartridge that was bad and didnt print anything for me and all I wanted was a straight across trade; a replacement exactly like what I was returning. I purchased it approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior and didnt think that I needed to keep my receipt for it, as I have never had trouble with a cartridge before. The manager told me it would be an extra $4 dollars as they had to base it off the last sale price. I couldnt believe it. I only wanted a straight across trade. I have never had any other store anywhere ever do this to me and the man was not friendly at all.

I visited this Office Depot on my lunch break yesterday to have my wedding RSVPs printed and the girl behind the printing counter was completely useless. She didnt greet me kindly at all, didnt ask how I could be helped, and when I walked up to the counter she didnt even smile. I said Hello! kindly and her response was ...Hi... like I was bothering her. I then proceeded to tell her what kind of paper I was looking for (showing her a sample of what I needed) and before I could finish she interrupted with a blunt; We dont have that. We dont have anything like that... I cant do that.” She didnt provide any options or alternatives or anything helpful. I asked her what her cardstock options were and if I could see what options were available and while I was speaking, she walked away, retuned with a binder, slid it across the counter, and said; This is all I have. Then walked to the nearest register without telling me what she had just handed me. Look, I get it, Office Depot might not be your dream career, but you can at least try to have some customer service/ be welcoming. I walked out of there and will never go back. I ended up at the Staples in Tualatin and I live 1.5 miles from this Office Depot. Id drive to Tualatin before coming here again....

Generally friendly staff and a wide variety of items to fit your home or work office needs.

Although it was a few days before Christmas, and the print dept. Was SLAMMED they still took the time to make sure my rediculous 20in by 30in poster was perfect. Thanks!

Its like shopping online...zero assistance. I had to hunt down the sales people multiple times - actually hunt for them since there was no one anywhere near where I was looking in office furniture, paper, pens... I got to the register and had to circumnavigate a huge ladder in the middle of the cashwrap, quite the safety hazard. The prices are higher than elsewhere...what a wreck

Outstanding customer service I found an item on the wrong shelf which made it look like it was a cheaper price than it actually was, so the cashier gave it to me at the price I thought it was.
