My purchase of a 911 gt3 Touring from a Porsche dealer in the Connecticut/NYC market was a disappointing experience, to the point of questioning the professionalism/customer service of the Porsche brand. However, as expected the 911 gt3 Touring is excellent, and it’s reassuring that The Porsche Exchange professionalism, and customer service has been a positive experience over the last two years, and that positively reflects on the Porsche experience.

Gary was pleasant snd professional. I waited at the dealer’s because it was estimated to take a little over an hour. I had a quiet work space, got a decaf cappuccino, and worked away. When it was done, Gary texted and had the paper work ready. The whole process was as painless as it could be, and even pleasant!

Tremendous customer service! This is the 2nd time I have brought my Porsche into them, both times the service dept quickly identified the issue and repaired it. They brought me back home after I dropped off my car and picked me up. They also offered me the option of dropping my car off to my house. With me currently working from home this was such a convenience. From the people at the service desk to the drivers everyone was amazing, courteous and they kept me informed of the work being done. This was a warranty repair so I cannot comment on value but they do go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and informed. I completely recommend the Porsche Exchange service team! Thank you for the great customer service, in this day and age, when people are so busy, connected to their devices, it has somewhat gone to the wayside but not at Porsche Exchange! I truly was made to feel like a valued customer and greatly appreciate the HUMAN touch!

Transfer case changed under special warranty. It took a couple days. Courteous, efficient and the car is really smooth.

They did an outstanding job of replacing my high pressure fuel pump in my 991.1. At the time of service they repaired two recall campaigns that were not even mentioned at other Porsche dealers that I have gone to. Edward is an outstanding service manager!

Went in for an oil change, then when I got home I realized they broke the trunk release button. When I went back, I was offered to have it replaced for the low price of $450.They said they would have noticed it if it was broken before. That’s the whole point, it was not broken until they worked on the car. Needless to say, I don’t intend to ever going back.

Made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and a half. No issues. The procedure took 3 hours for which I was not notified and it cost well over $300. I must be an idiot to keep going back there. Great car but service consistently poor and inconsiderate.

Maintenance service for a previously bought Porsche at the Porsche Exchange. The service is exemplary. I would have chosen 5 stars for the service department. While waiting for my car, multiple employees within the Porsche Exchange were not wearing masks. All the customers waiting for their cars had masks on. In my opinion, it is disrespectful for the business not to enforce mask wearing at this time (March 2021) from their employees. These were employees walking through the showroom and close to customers who were waiting, not in their offices. This shows a lack of respect from the business to their customers and I was very sorry to see it.

Great delivery experience at Exchange - had a unique request and they took care of me without issue.

Had service department diagnose a clunking sound in the rear of my Macan. We went for a several mile drive on 41. They recorded the sound, gave me a loaner and called an hour later, letting me know what the issue was and that it was covered by warranty. The Porsche Exchange has been great to us; particularly when it comes to service. Very respectful and professional. This is the only Porsche dealer we have service our cars.

I purchased a brand new 2020 Porsche Macan S (from another dealer) and there was a defect with a dead bug inside the instrument cluster (see photo). I decided to have it addressed at the first service/oil change at Porsche Exchange due to my current location. Service reps immediately asked for $5000 saying it isn’t covered. The original selling dealer said it is covered under warranty. Now it’s a Porsche internal politics game with the customer suffering and I have involved headquarters in US and Germany on this. I know it will be made right in the end but unsure of the games being played for what’s supposed to be a premium vehicle.A second issue was a brake fault light displayed (see photo). I took it in for service and was provided their entry Macan as a loaner. To me this is bad service and a missed opportunity to push other vehicles in their brand. I did enquire about it and they mentioned availability. Granted when I arrived, the whole dealership was empty so I am skeptical to the validity of this and even though I had to book the appointment a week out, it seems they forgot about the loaner when I arrived. To boot the Macan loaner had less than 100 miles on it and squeaky brakes which was annoying to drive in rush hour traffic for hours.Now when I picked up my car it looked brand new. They did do magic here and the car works well. But the constant asking me via text how my experience was when I have an outstanding issue with them was bothersome. I responded mentioning the issue and no manager was available to contact me until Monday (now is Thursday morning), probably to say the same again. Regards to the brake problem, I was told a software issue (weird?) that has been updated. Update: A full week later and no one from Porsche Exchange contacted me and my emails have been ignored.I will update again here when it’s resolved. I know it will be handled but it goes to show the internal politics and management at Porsche Exchange needs improvement as they rather screw around with the customer rather than find a solution. I, the customer, will find a favorable solution.Update: Porsche Exchange said they requested a document in September. They did not make any such request. Porsche Exchange did not lift one finger to make the situation right. After emailing the CEO and Porsche Germany, Porsche Corporate agreed to cover the warranty claim and a different Porsche service center reached out to schedule a repair. The whole tone has changed with asking me to come in at my leisure, a loaner will be available, and no rush to pick it up. Beware doing business at Porsche Exchange, their motto is to get you in, not give loaners whenever possible and once your car is ready they will blast you until you pick it up, as if asking you to hurry up. Porsche Exchange management never contacted me to attempt to make this right. Buyer beware.Update 2: Went to Napleton Westmont Porsche who provided me with a Panamera loaner for a full week and addressed all of my concerns with the vehicle. Additionally, Napleton provided me with some accessories as a gesture. Granted my new instrument cluster has a crack on it (another defect), I am currently waiting for another one from Germany. The service was professional and far superior at Napleton Westmont.Conclusion: There is a problem with Porsche Exchange when it comes to customer service. No one from Porsche Exchange has attempted to contact me to apologize or make good on their poor service either. While they may have a nice selection of vehicles, if something goes wrong, good luck to you.

My key fob wasn’t working to start the car even though it had new batteries. My car was dropped off and they did diagnostics. The thing that was so impressive about the service is that they drove my assistant (who dropped off the car) back to work. Then they dropped the car back off to me at work when it was done. Above and beyond service!

I came to the dealership to install new rims and tires. The service department did an excellent job not only installing new downsized rims and tires but provided a discount due to a quoting error. The service here is top notch. Very organized and very tech savvy. You get a text when you check in, when car is ready and to pay any invoice. Since we live nearby they have picked up and dropped off my car for me. Quite handy especially when I’m at work. Facility is big, airy and clean.
