I had a bad experience trying to get my windshield leak fixed on my 2018 RDX at another Acura dealership in Morton Grove- they damaged my cars paint & said they fixed the leak and they never did. SoI decided to try Pauly Acura since this would be cover ed by warranty. Roger helped tremendously. Incredible customer service from start to finish.They handled everything differently. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem. Properly fix it and still take care of my car while it was in their hands. Ii bought my used 2008 TSX from Pauly Acura 10 years ago. Although there are other Acura dealerships much closer, I prefer to make the 40 minute trip out to Highland Park, IL (20 miles) to have my car serviced by them. They are excellent.

We were so impressed with Pauly Acura. Our sales rep Tre and the GM Mike were so helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We came in a snowstorm and took our sweet time figuring out if this vehicle was right for our family. They answered every question patiently and never rushed us. And we left with a new car we absolutely love, set up exactly the way we want. And we honestly feel like they are available (and even happy) to answer any questions that come up in the future. They made loyal customers out of us!

I really hate to provide that kind of review. But I went to purchase Acura TXL and trade my Camry. Knowing it has minor accident, other dealer offered me $16k+. These people were only talking about payments. When I see a push from the agent, I realized something fishy. So, i asked what are actual number. I was surprised to see, my Camry worth $11k. The Acura I was buying on their website was listed for $21k used, but he listed sell price of $29k. So, they were financing me $18K, which means my car trade-in was only $4k. So, be careful before making any deal with them.

The service department here has the most trustworthy people I have encountered in all my years of car ownership and dealing with a variety of auto service providers. They are authentically professional and courteous without trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, unlike what I encountered at another Acura dealerships service department before coming to Pauly. I had an older Acura and they never pressured me to upgrade nor treated me any differently than other clients with more expensive models. I cannot speak highly enough about the guys in Paulys service department and I usually do not write reviews but I want to give credit/praise where it is due.

Only place I actually enjoy bringing my car for service. I gave my 4th Acura to my son, a few minor issues came up. Roger said to just come on over, everything got taken care of as he always does. I can not recommend anyone higher than this, they are absolutely wonderful, have always been honest and do a great job every time.

The staff was courteous, I was offered a loaner car if needed. And the wait was as long as the estimate.All & all a good experience.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Pauly Acura; after taking it home I discovered an issue with the climate control system. While they were under no obligation to help with the repair of the vehicle, they still helped cover the cost of this repair. I was very impressed with the sales manager I worked with.

Roger and his service team were exceptional. Replaced oil and rear brakes. He gave me fair pricing and made sure my rear car brakes were safe to take home. Sounds fishy but they showed me the corroded brake pads, in their hands, in the break room. I trust them and will be back for future service visits.

I was definitely taken back by the sales staff. I never expected them to be so inflexible and unwilling to negotiate a lower sales price which I was asking for $250 more off the e-price.To top that, I was gaslighted by classic sale tactics. The sales person commented on how he did this for a living, implying that he knew what he was doing and I didn’t. Then, he Googled, in front of me, common interest rates for used cars to try proving their rates were fair. Ironically, what he looked up was still 2% lower.I felt like since I was looking at cheaper, used car, my business was not important and I really felt that.I will never recommend someone go to Pauly Acura. I expected more hospitality considering the state of the economy.

Carlos took his own time to help pop a dent out of my bumper that was driving me insane, and it looked AMAZING when he was done. He seriously saved me from having to replace my entire bumper. My battery went out on my 2018 Acura ILX on 11/27/19 around right before 7 pm. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Jumped the vehicle and every light came on my dash. I called Acura Roadside and they informed me that a tow truck was on its way but it would be upon the dealerships responsibility and discretion if a loaner would be provided being it was late in the evening. I called Pauly Acura right away and spoke to the General Manager, Mike, and explained my situation. By this time it was about 7:17 pm and he said the dealership closed at 8 pm but he would check himself if there was a loaner available. He first made sure that I was safe and okay before going out of his way to find me a loaner last minute. He informed me that he had one available and I would just have to get there before close. Mind you, the tow truck was en route to me so I had my friend speed me over to the dealer and I was assisted by Sandra, I believe her name was, who greeted me at the front desk and directed a salesman to guide me through the vehicle so I knew how to use the features. I repeatedly thanked them for their understanding and apologized about the timing knowing that they were probably all eager to go home to their families to start their holiday traditions. Sandra advised me that I would get a call on Friday regarding the status of my vehicle, and I did. The vehicle needed a new battery and was replaced under warranty. Shortly, after giving me the update on my vehicle was I informed that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I am in management in the car industry myself and was working open to close for the Black Friday weekend. I informed them that the soonest I would be available to get there was Monday morning before work. The Service Manager understood and said he understands and is happy to help someone in the industry. Upon pick up on Monday, the Service Advisor warmed up my vehicle and parked the loaner next to it so it was easy for me to transfer my things and took time to make sure the ice was off my windshield for my safety. Overall, an exceptional experience.I am not only impressed by the dealer as a whole as a customer but even more so as a fellow colleague working in the industry understanding the internal background of what these individuals did to go out of their way to help me so I, too, could enjoy my holiday at ease.Thank you, Pauly Acura, for restoring my faith in the industry and in humanity with this experience. I always receive great service when I come here, but I have to say that Courtney in the service department is the best!Short story, after coming for a regular oil change today, Courtney brings out an envelope that I left in a loaner car, probably over a year ago for my son Elijah, then returns to ask me if I also have an Anthony and hands me another for him.The kicker is that both envelopes were from my mother in law, who died last November, so I cant tell you how much it meant to me to receive them.Both envelopes also contained money, so I am very appreciative of the honesty of all the employees of the dealership. Due to Acura service advisory, my TL’s engine had to be rebuilt. Paula Acura took care of other recommended maintenance issues at the same time at no charge or reduced charges. They did an excellent job and the runs smooth and the interior noise is reduced too. I have been taking my car to them for the past 9 years and will definitely use them for future maintenance.

Do not buy your car here. After you negotiated the price with the dealer they want to add new fees you have not agreed with them. I bought my Acura at Arlington Acura that is recommended by Costco. I was able to get a better price than Pauly and without any hidden fees. Stay away from Pauly Acura!!!

Bob did a fine job of not confusing me with all of the operational information that an RLX requires and I felt confident in my ability to master the machine. If I were able to give a zero star, I would have. Rude! Service technician Eric is a poor representative for your business. It should not have mattered where I purchased my Acura. I was polite in my request. I told him of his rudeness. Then hung up! No problem a different dealership was more than happy to assist.
