This place does not have an on-site employee if you need help with something. MANY of the washers and dryers are broken. Its a dirty facility and the bathroom door doesnt close all the way. And there have never been paper towels in the bathroom. I guess maybe they get stolen. Overall, its run down and I wouldnt recommend this laundromat unless you just dont care about the above mentioned problems.

Sux machines take ur money then dont work dryers take ur money too only dry for minutes...that place needs to upgrade on everything very dirty place.....

This laundromat deserves a zero star.The machines take my quarters, the machine will start spinning the clothes but not only is there no water running in the machine on the clothes but the detergent I poured never reaches the clothes. The dryers are broken and Ive placed signs indicating such but someone keeps taking the signs down. Theres a number posted on the coin machine for the public to call and whenever theres a problem. Ive called this number several times, provided my name address phone number and the reason of the call but absolutely noone has returned my calls amd no refund. Very inconvenient to do laundry here. And the only reason I continue to come here is because its the closest laundromat to my home. This laundromat is a ripoff

Hi, I’m one of the employees that works at this place. Me and my mother are the cleaning ladies and I’d like to clear up some things based on the reviews I’ve seen. We do our absolute best to make this place clean and we are as nice as possible to everyone who comes in. I saw one review saying that our site says 24 hour service but she was forced to leave at 9 PM. I do not know where she got that information but we have never been open 24 hours and we don’t have a website. We do close at 9 PM (there is a sign on the door that says this) and we can’t allow anyone to stay any later because we could get fired for doing so. The sign also says not to start any laundry after 8 PM. If you start laundry after 8 PM you will not be able to dry what you’ve washed. I’m sorry if anyone has had a bad experience with our machines but if you lost any money please just write down your address or contact information and slide it under the door in the back next to the bathroom and we’ll have our boss reimburse you. If you don’t get reimbursed you can call the number listed on the coin dispenser machine by the front door. I hope this is helpful to some people. :)

A real nice place to wash clothes.

Been coming here for months, never had an issue. The washing machines started flooding. We call the number. Owner refused to send someone out to fix it. Forcing me to load up my soaked clothes and take them else where. To top it not only am I out of $27.00 in washing machine fees. My entire trunk and back seat is soaked from the dripping water. So now add $50.00 to that just to get the back seat cleaned. Not including the next laundry mats cost! Stay far away from this place, the owners don’t care about their business or their customers!

Its a very quiet laundromat with a cute vintage vibe to it, but it isnt the cleanest.

I had got there to wash my comforters because I like to use the big ones a very rude lady walked in and stated that I could only wash my laundry because they were closing at 9pm and if I didnt hurry up and start it then I could just leave right then and there. Now mind you their website states 24 hr service. She was beyond rude and hateful with attitude to the point I wanted to smack her. This is a piss poor laundry mat. Do NOT go you will regret. Their washers arent the best and are run down, even take your money.

Machine doesnt work! Waher dont drain water out. The number on the door nobody ever picks up. The dryer dosent dry your clothes. You have to insert 6 quarters. This place is dirty the vending machine is dirty and old. Nothing is up to date.

Need to be cleaned up and remodeled other than that the machines work ok

I have used this laundrymat a few times, its taken money from me before on a Crappy 10 coin washer that never put out water, and I was able to find a number to complain but still no money back.. never sought it out further. But Today is Rediculous!!Very dissatisfied, had not one, but Two Triple Load 10 coin machines, Neither of them put Any water out on wash cycle and only one of them put water out on the Rinse cycles. Rediculous. And if that wasnt bad enough a dryer took 6 quarters in the same visit, $6.50 lost here today that should have never happened.

Dryer 58 isn’t working I lost $1.50 too it

Like any other laundry mat not the cleanest or the dirtiest I ever had to go to.

Machines are old, expensive, and inefficient!

Bad employees and just bad place all around i would not suggest going here
