Ordered a churrasco and got the thinnest strip of meat I’ve ever seen. Super disappointed, I don’t recommend coming here

Best Pizzas, Amazing Tostones Rellenos, if it where up to me I would eat there every day! They cook amazing. Love their food! The people there are polite and friendly the owner super nice. Highly recommend to everyone!!!

The worst Polo Norte. I ordered a beer, which had a weird flavor, it was old, I asked the waitress to change it or not charge us got it and she said that she couldn’t do anything. We mentioned that any place you go if you don’t like the food or drinks the restaurant can usually offer another beer. She said that even though we are in America they don’t follow those rules because the owner is Cuban, and their customer service is Cuban style not American

We came almost at closing time and in spite the waitress seemed tired she was really niceThe food is deliciousI love the napolitana spaghettis and the SueroMy only regret I couldn’t eat moreThe portions are big so my husband and myself ordered one spaghetti and one personal pizzaWe fell so full that we felt like a Thanksgiving turkey with a lot of stuff

The food here has no taste the lasagna was burned inside it was bland and let me not talk about the service super bad to be honest my mom said please dont ever bring me here again they took 40 minutes to bring the food tbe food was so bad that after all that wait we didnt even eat the food of how bad it was. The worst place to go in Hialeah, they have no idea how to make a good pizza, is the worst and the customers treatment is the worst, specially for a lady who is in charge at nights.. She shout you from the back but no shows... I paid 9 dollars for pizza that looks like a sandal..

The best cuban pizza and ice cream

I love to come to this restaurant. The food is delicious and the variety of flavors of ice cream is incredible. The place is always clean and the service is fast and courteous. If there is something wrong with the order the owner does whatever it takes to correct the mistake and gives solutions to make the customer happy. I love the soup, it reminds me when i was younger. I hope more people can enjoy a great tasting meal like i do in this place.

The best place to go for an ice cream is Polo Norte; their ice creams are very good..... Maybe the best in Miami-Dade County, Very creamy and many tropical flavors. Service is good and the food is delicious, great selection. Polo Norte is excellent for the entire family. So, If you want delicious Ice cream and authentic Cuban food, you must visit Polo Norte

They took 50 minutes to serve us our food. We had 2 sandwiches,a salad, an ice cream, and a meal of the day. There were only two other customers throat that time. The service was horrible, the food was ok, Im never going there again. Ive been to the one on Coral Way and its great. Fast service and better food.

Sincerely, just the way I remembered Cuban pizza in 1969. The waitress was lovely. I dont remember her name. She was from Spain and fast acquiring a Cuban accent. Cheerful, helpful, thoroughly charming.

This is the best place for family and friends to eat and also enjoy great deserts. It super clean and they have a good staff that strives for excellence. If youre in the area and want to eat great Cuban food, this is the place!

This is a Great Cuban food spot. They use to be famous on their pizza but their ingredient quality seemed to have dropped from what it used to be. You should take advantage and eat while you are there otherwise taking food home can make the food harden and dry up giving it a far less experience than what you had expected. Sometimes the food may take a bit to make so be ready to wait at least 15 min for your order. The shakes are from ice cream so I always had a Great experience drinking their shakes. The prices are a bit too high compared to the quality food they serve but overall its an Iconic spot in Hialeah you should definitely check out if you are in the area looking for a great ice cream shake. The croquetas are pretty good as well and fresh. Be cautious on the Cuban pizza though its not what it once was.

The restaurant is very nice and clean. They have arcade games for the kids. The owners are truly pleasant and sweet people who make you feel right at home. The pizza and ice cream are phenomenal. They have so many ice cream flavors that I dont think I will ever be able to try them all. And they also create these amazing looking ice cream combinations with whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries. Additionally they have a full restaurant menu ranging from pastas to steak. I was surprised to see so much selection with very reasonable prices. However, my favorite dish is the chicken soup, natural orange juice, Hawaiian pizza and the almond chocolate ice cream. The pork chops are very nice too. They also deliver for a nominal fee like $1.50 or something like that, which makes it very convenient on rainy days. Overall I have had a very good experience at Polo Norte on 29th street Hialeah.

Best cuban pizza in south florida.

A clean eat-in place/restaurant which serves Cuban food, and offers take-out and delivery service. The parking is HORRIBLE. It is extremely tight and limited, considering there are a few other businesses in the small shopping center. The food is tasteful. They even sell scooped ice-cream.

This is place is AMAZING!! The pizza is so delicious with just enough cheese and sauce. The service is okay, however the food makes up for it. They have tons of ice cream flavors that are all delicious, Im sure, but Im only 100% sure on the chocolate chip cookie dough. Polo Norte is a great place of you wanted a simple meal with a delicious dessert. I reccomend this for any person, Italian, French, Cuban, or American.

The establishment has good food for a decent price. When I’m the area I always go but in this last trip we were a large group and the waitress got a bit rude and even making faces as my friends placed orders. I was very close to asking to speak to the owners because having people like that working tables will turn customers away!

The worst service. I finished my water and put the cup on the side to get it refill and instead of getting more water the waitress took my cup and i never got more water. Then i order a banan split and they made it how they wanted it and not how i order it. They have to make it twice. And the bananas were old full of black spots. No fresh banana. As main dish i order lasagna. And the ground beef had not flavor at all. I WIL NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS PLACE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY

I ordered food for delivery an hour and a half ago and still have not received my order. i called to ask what is going on and received no help from the employee and she said she was not able to cancel the order, she said i would have to wait for the manager to come in to do that. i dont understand why this is so complicated and why this delivery is taking so long. i am not a happy customer.

The food was horrible : I ordered a spanish sausage pizza. The pizza came with a 4 inch crust which tasted horribly and must of the pizza was just crust ......the decorations were poor and the entrance was very poor as well.....the service was the worst part of all, a grumpy old lady treated me poorly and hesitated me to made my order quick! It was a frustrating experience and I am sure I would never come back to this place.

It was a horrible experience overall. Service was bad, I had to ask for refills in water. It was three of us, we waited 45 mins for our food to get to the table, the first person got the food 20 mins before the rest of us. Food wise was ok. Disappointed.
