Quick nice krispy kreme

Were customers for years with positive experience. But lately, getting bad attitude from sone employees and a woman manager? Very unprofessional, sadly...5 Stars goes to those employees with good attitude.

Only had glazed donuts. Please post or have someone advise the customer before they get to the drive thru order. Had to wait in line for nothing.

First time going 9/12/2021 with my friend and yes they were quick when it came to getting through the line and giving us our doughnuts. The only problem is i repeated my order not once but twice and they still manged to mess up my order. Will give another try hopefully

Hard to resist when you see the HOT NOW sign is lit! My gps rerouted my car when I saw the sign. 😆 I love these donuts definitely the Best ever! They melt in your mouth and in your hand. I havent had one in a while so I had to get it in before year-end cuz Im gonna be eating clean & healthy come 01/01/21. LETS GO!

They still have great quality after all these years. Highly recommend buying the donuts here if you ever need a quick bite or buying a dozen for friends, family, or co-workers.

I love Krispy Kreme.... Picked up the 2 dozen for $13. Didnt have my favorite flavor Which is birthday cake but its ok. Friendly fast and donuts was hot. Grand kids love when I bring them donuts. Would recommend.

I was greeted by an upbeat guy today in drive thru. Not sure if I’m spelling it right but his name was Tramari, very energetic! Even had a conversation about his future. Very interesting guy!! Was very fast on his feet and entertaining tone of voice for drive thru!! You’ve got a good one Hialeah!

Fast a friendly service.Nice and fresh bagels, real hot coffee along a clean and quite eating area, not the best Wifi for sure, but you may be able to get around.

The young lady that was taking the order act as if she was high on drugs. I had two separate orders, she gave both orders to me at t h e same time, I ask her her which one is which, she said I have to look and see. Then I ask her for her name, I ask her for her name,, she stirred at me - she didnot respond, I ask for a manager, she said no manager is in and the other manager is on a break, she refused to allow me to see a manager, then she closed the window in my face. My order incorrect. You be the judge. I will stick with the original Krispy Kreme Dounuts of Miami Dade County in North Miami Beach. Hialeah yall have issues. Very disgusting customer service.

Hi good night I am doordash,go to this store to pick up a food the a customer and do not give the food,he lies because says me that customer cancel the order and do not true,the order was in my application the doordash yet,when a customer cancel the order the order disappeared the mi application,this store is unprofessional,lies to customer,terrible store,worst service to the customer,problematic place

Had to grab the Holiday Dozen doughnuts to try. Used My Rewards to get a dozen glazed for a penny. Flavors are Sugar Cookie, Red Velvet and Chocolate. Sugar Cookie had an undertone of coffee maybe 🤷. But as usual, they are beautifully decorated with enough frosting to buzz your bad teeth

You have to stop when the lights on. Get the dozen doughnuts trust me, there is no guilt when they come out nice and warm. One of the most delicious treats is when you share the box with friends. Always make it a point to stop when the lights on... grab the glaze that’s all you need and some napkins of course to wipe the steering wheel because I bet the box won’t be sealed at the next intersection light and the warm glaze will be delicious....o

I ordered 6 glazed and 6 custard filled, obviously thats not what they gave me, this isnt the first time either so no need to go back and try again.

Krispy Kreme just can’t be beaten. When they give you your dozen doughnuts that are nice and hot and you know they just came of that conveyer belt, you know that it will melt in your mouth.In my humble opinion these are the best doughnuts in the world.It is always a big hit where ever you go and arrive with a glazed dozen.

They are the coolest areas that you can try out from one day to the next in a good condition.

If you know Krispy Kreme Donuts then you already know. They want up the one on 163rd and Northeast 6th Avenue because theyre not as busy as that one at least not whenever I go

You can not go inside and see the products that you want to buy so its not fun at all. I must admit though that the young lady at the drive through window was very nice and very helpful

First time I noticed a Hialeah Krispy Kreme and open 24hrs a day!

My family and I stopped by past a certain time, so we had to take the drive thru. That line was so long! The workers are thorough and picked up our doughnuts fast enough.

Nothing beats Krispy Kreme HOT donuts and at 5 bux a dozen for this Hot Light Hour limited offer made it even better! Just be prepared to wait a lil still worth it to me! 🤤🤤🤤

Terrible. Waited over 25 minutes as the second car in line. No one at the window. No one responding stuck in the drive thru unable to get out. This is pathetic.

Had good experience tonight thru the drive thru. Nancy was great and friendly! The night crew was very helpful and will be returning more often!

Very upset, the fact that the night crew is very unprofessional, they messed up my order, I came home with the incorrect donuts. I mean this isn’t rocket science, management needs to oversee who they’re hiring.

If the sign is on, you have to stop! Krispy Kreme is a great place to visit when you are in the mood for some yummy donuts, and they even have coffee. I ordered my donuts online and was able to set the time of pick up. Saved a lot of time as the lines get very long.

Donuts are always delicious! Just wish there was more varieties. No problem with in-store service. Place is clean and well-maintained. There is some sofa type chairs seating with a small side table attached NICE! Prices are okay in my opinion.

Horrible service by Melissa ( got the name from the receipt, since she was “ too cool “ to even look at us ) clearly doesn’t like her job. Worst attitude! I asked for a flavor I saw online and her answer was look at the menu and pick from there. I’ve never had a complain about this location until now, will take my business elsewhere.

Great place to go for donuts. However, I wish they spoke better English at least in the drive-thru, the attendant could not communicate with customers. So i rate you a 3 🌟

The hot light always seems to be on at this place! Cant beat hot and fresh glazed donuts. The staff is always so nice. Only thing is that they dont have a very large variety of flavors.

The chocolate cake donut was OK but the original glazed was bad. It was not light and airy but more grease soaked like the Krispy Kreme you buy in the grocery store.

Love everything on the menu. However, the medium iced coffee is the size of a small childs drink. The drive-thru employee was a bit rude & very monotone, not a single replacement offered for things they were out of. Seemed very annoyed because we were taking some time picking the donuts for the dozen we were purchasing. Snarky and unwelcoming.

Expensive but mini donuts were cute not fresh but cute and extensive if your into that sort of thing ☺

Open 24/7 which is a convieniance for those late night munchies but there service is horrible. Drive through service takes 4 ever even when there isnt anyone else and theyve mixed up my order several times, it sucks when u have a craving 4 a certain donut, you get home and its not what you were craving. Im giving it 2 stars because the donuts are delicious because if it was 4 service it would be a 1

I love Krispy Kreme donuts!!! But I must say that times the donuts from this location are not as fresh as the ones from the location at 167 AVE. I just bought 2 dozen donuts and not one of them were hot. I really am not the type to go and fuss about things so I just microwaved them to give them some heat. Next time I am making sure to check before I drive away. Aside from that the service was good and fast.

The donuts are good, however, I am disappointed that I am a student who got straight A’s, and Krispy Kreme claimed that they give a free donut per A you earned with proof, and they refused to give me the donuts. If you are coming for this reason, don’t even bother.
