Went into store to do my shopping No shopping carts ! I asked associate they said they only had 4 probably being used . Was very unhappy I drove there to shop for my cleaning supplies and was unable to. Where was I suppose to carry my shopping? So I left !!!

First time in this store found everything i needed plus some was very happy

This place has horrible customer service, well from their store manager !This unprofessional and immature woman yelled at and berated me in front of my kids and other customers over a question I had about the new law not requiring face masks. I had to ask her to calm down and behave! Because she threw a tantrum banging on the counter. This woman needs to be fired! Or retrained! I have contacted corporate and am working with them to resolve this issue.I own a couple business and if any of my employees let alone a MANAGER was acting this way with customers, they would be fired on the spot!

Nice little store. Much more convenient than the grocery store when you just need something like milk or bread.. My only complaint is that they only have like 3 shopping carts for the whole store, I never end up scoring one so Im always limited on how much I can buy.

The cashier Alyssa is the rudest ever. How she has a job still is unbelievable. Worst customer service experience ever.

I think this Family Dollar has many issues with management, however, Bailey was the most knowledgeable, reliable, down to earth, fair manager I have ever had to deal with. If I was corporate I would give her a store of her own! Shes got her stuff together. Bailey, thank you! Because of you I will continue to shop at Family Dollar.

Always hey good place to go, its never crowded and usually pretty quiet. Great deals on a lot of household items too.

Family Dollar is just on the edge of town proper (at least from my point of view). Each Dollar or 99 cent store had their own unique inventory, so I shop at each one for different things. Family Dollar has friendly staff, and the way it is laid out seems practicle and orderly. They have wheel chair access and clean restrooms. I am going to shop there more offten.

The place is very nice and also has a lot of varieties of products to choose from, but the customer service seems to be at the lowest, starting with day shift manager named Bailey was very outrageous the kind of service she provided along with my 3 children and wife, we were short budget on a peaceful heated Saturday getting ready for a picnic and we went to the store tried to purchase no more than certain amount of cash on products, so we end up leaving just 3 items behind and I myself started to leave them at the close-by-register shelves, but somehow I thought to myself hey I can easily handle these products back to the woman,(Ive already had sence her strong sight towards me) so she can restock them later on when is not busy, thats part of her job.(and com-on 3 items) I also saw that wrong to be doing that either way, I could of done it easy myself, but kids were hungry etc... Trust me that store look as lonely as a pack of wolf in the middle of the woods, but anyways to me it seems that the manager/employee had a really messed up day and basically I was the person she kindly exploded and took all her anger-mental illness’ towards me but I hope lady gets what she deserves with corporate office perhaps she should learn to respect a little bit more us as a customers since all we want is to buy goods that we may need, thats why theyre call stores good store/bad people. Thanks for your time.

Terrible they refused to accept my manufacture coupons. The guy that told me they cant accept the coupons, was unaware of family dollar coupon policies, he didnt scan one coupon. Although I spent 3 hours locating the items in the super unorganized mess of a store I had coupons for both manufacture and family dollar smart coupons that I had available to use. First he tells me no printed coupons thenhe calls his so called manager on the phone and he said he can only accept coupons with a p.o. box, the policy clearly states it has to have a remit address, not specifically a p.o. box.The policy is not only available on. The website but also clearly written on. A huge coupon policy sticker that A pasted to the register counter.All of my coupon s are legitimate with remit addresses.After I agreed to just us g the coupons with a p.o. box and I allowed 5 other customers to go ahead of me, he decided to bring my stuff to another register, and ultimately tell me He wasnt going to ring up any of my items without any explanation. I walked out Ill shop else where.I have not used coupons in many years,(due to the fact its very time consuming ) and I have only shopped at family dollar a couple times because its a disaster.What a huge waste of my time.Cant wait to call the corporate office and fill them in on the uneducated ignoramus rude inconsiderate jerk that is employed by their stores.
