It took 3 days to finally get the right parts we needed for our truck. Kept having to go back. Prices are also steep.

Place oder on line i got to the store they have no idea what i was to pick up but had the paper in my hand gave it to them look at it no ideas of this to them,had to go over all of this 4 times,they had 3 days to get it up for me to pick up,i sold auto parts for years but not nap parts,the place i sold the parts from was in two states if i did this no job out the the door you go to look for work,this is every time i go to NAP, no one is willing to fix this !!!!
