Rude employees and high prices. Check out lanes backed up 5 to 6 deep. Tried self Check out machines which are by far the most glitchy in the retail industry. Pass on this and stick with Smiths or Amazon Fresh.

This location is great! Just all the employees are professional and friendly. I would have giving 5 stars but the cart attendants will standby, watch you put your groceries in the car and once done they come and get the basket; NOT COOL.

No matter what time of day or night I go to Albertsons, there are only one or two checkers and the person at the self-check is always rude and makes sure to let you know that you are interrupting their chit-chat time with their friend they are standing with. I was there the other day and only one checker was working and 5 people in line, no express and no one standing by the self-check, so I left the store and did not buy any groceries. Terrible employees, but we all know it starts with management.

Shopped at this store since opening. I have moved but loyal to this store. They know me and I am handicapped and they look out for me. Courtesy clerks the best.

This is one of the cleanest, most modern, most well-stocked, and helpful stores in the area. I cant believe Ive lived here 3 years and just discovered them this week after VERY poor experiences at the Walmart Neighborhood Market near here (see my review) and the VERY ANTIQUATED and GHETTO Smiths on Sunset. This store has made me a lifelong customer. And they have plenty of hand-held baskets for someone like me who cannot use the larger ones. Beautiful selection of fresh foods and helpful employees. Cant wait to go back and try their amazing FRESH seafood department.

Always find what I am looking for. I am from CA. Visiting Henderson for a job. Needed some items and looked for Albertsons since I knew they always had what I needed at the best price.

$0.49 pizza and free ice cream sandwich. It was great got $40.00 worth or groceries for $18.00. Albertson is high unless u go online and put the coupons on your reward phone number but if u take a few minutes to do this the savings r incredible and well worth it. I saved $22.00 and spent 10 minutes online before I left my house to me thats awesome and worth my time.

Albertsons on Stephanie and Horizon was nice, clean and not too busy with plenty of good parking. It did seem a little dim inside though. This particular one had a few items that may closer Albertsons didnt have and a few items that I might find in a Whole Foods. This may be my new Albertsons

Ashia, the manager is rude and not helpful at all. My family easily spends $500 a week at this store but I can guarantee you Ill be going back to green walmart because of her attitude. My whole career is in management and I can tell you she is bad for business.

I have to give a lot of credit to this Albertsons location. Theyve remodeled the store geometry in a very pleasing and modern way.. No more hum-drum aisles that seemingly go on forever while boring you to death in the process. The store is nicely decorated with seasonal items that are easy to locate and the lighting is just right: none of those glaring florescent light bulbs that make you want to put your shades on inside the store!It all adds up to an enjoyable and modern experience that is competitive with the high end boutique stores while avoiding the high prices so common at other places. Even the staff seems more friendly and eager to help compared to about 2 years ago and thats a big part of any successful grocery store these days!Keep up the good work Albertsons and Ill be driving out of my way to shop at your store for some long time to come. And lets not forget the gas station that makes filling up the car a breeze and one less stop while the rest of the family grocery shopsGo there.Go there now!

Yo, I found this Albertsons grocery store to be quite the shoppers delight. The produce department here was fully stocked with fresh quality fruits and veggies. The store was very clean and well maintained. Cashier was polite and friendly. Overall just good vibes at this Henderson venue.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Shelves are well stocked. Prices are reasonable and even more so if you subscribe to their Just 4 U app for specials and their Rewards program.

The employees are very friendly always greet you as you walk in.

I was in & out pretty quickly. I used self service checkouts.

Very close to my house. Is one reason i enjoy the store. The other is there you can gamble on machines on 7 and 7 inside. Other thing is i do not know how get a shopping discount card. Only suggestion i have besides the card is have weekly specials in ad poster near entrance so you can get items if your on a budget or plan weekly meal.

Richard (Manager) was very helpful, helped me locate and order more of a certain wine, prior to me asking! Customer service here is what every retail store should be.

Prices higher than Smiths.. Dont like the coupon del just for us.. Or quantity purchase is cheaper. A. Couple or small family dont care about buying in quantity to get it cheaper..

This Albertsons is about a 40 minute drive from my house, but so worth the drive. They have choices that you just cant find anywhere out, along with a genuinely friendly staff. It reminds me of a small town grocery store. I cant recommended highly enough!

This supermarket is over priced compare to the competition especially deli meats, cheese, poultry, beef, pork, seafood and the worse is liquor and wine way too expensive. I would suggest to go across the street to Lees liquor to buy your wine, spirit and beer much cheaper we are talking up to $6.00 cheaper for bottle of the same wine.

Out of the things we were shopping for! Had to buy organic which I way overpriced even on sale!

Their App is where its at. Many things weekly that are a huge savings. 12 pack of Dr. Pepper for$.99 each with a limit of 2 is a great deal. Just one of many such deals.Normal prices are a bit higher than where we usually shop but the Albertsons App makes shopping there worth it.

Poor fresh vegetable selection as well as quality meat or variety of meat they offer.

Everyone is so helpful at this location and it’s always clean and neat.

Ive found that going between 10AM and Noon its not crowded and the shelves are stocked. No waiting, clean.
