I absolutely love this store, they have everything Home Depot has sometimes more, but the deal is its all laid out and Im more simpler straightforward fashion usually its a little less sometimes a lot less in terms of price, I just cant say enough good things about this store. if you need help the store manager Neil is an amazing Insight with great resources and tips and understands all the products in a store as staff go to Great Lengths to ensure customer satisfaction, I will definitely shop here and would strongly suggest you do as well

Great shop, very helpful, good prices, had the basics in stock. Example: I needed tempered windows for a bathroom and they had a few in stock, unlike home depot and another smaller window shop I called, who needed 4-8 weeks to order!

Pros-Friendly staff, the price for one item is the same as the lot price, convenient drive through lumber yard, good selection.Cons- it’s a do it yourself kind of place or for big companies. (If you need one on one help I suggest Dale in Fremont.)

More collection compared to Santa Clara one

Really bad customer service. I had to wait for so long for someone to come and help me. Price on products arent right. Product was broken. Manager didnt give me a discount, didnt send anyone to help me with the heavy product I bought.AC doesnt work too hot inside. Dirty store.

It offers incredible selection and good pricing. Be prepared to easily spend 3-4 hours just looking at the options. Thy have you sign in on a computer, which keep telling me I hadnt input everything it needed to assign me someone to personally help me, so I didnt like that system, but the workers were all helpful and pleasant to ask questions and get answers.

When I first discovered this store I was recommending it to friends as it seemed like a good alternative to the traditional chains. Associates were friendly and helpful. All that changed the minute I tried renting some tools there. The process was painfully clunky and slow with the guys needing two computers, a printer and a bunch of paperwork to rent out one tool.Whats worse is of the two tools they rented, one gave out as soon as I brought it home. When I brought it back, the tech agreed that it was not working and issued a refund. A few days later, I got a call from Mario, the manager who immediately accused me of having broken the tool and having used it so extensively I clogged it up or used up the oil . When I pointed out that the battery was still completely full, that seemed to be lost on him. When I told him they had already looked at it when I brought it back, he said he was the only one in the store qualified to inspect it. The whole process was extremely amateurish, which I thought was slightly annoying. But Marios total lack of professionalism and rudeness was shocking. At one point, he tried to bully me by saying that he was now going to issue me a bill for the repairs. I pointed out that in any case, I had paid for a damage waiver. He didnt know what that even was. Just the worst broish attitude and zero customer service. If they can employ a guy like that as a manager, my initial take on this place was very mistaken. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

This place has a lot of the same items at Home Depot or Lowes for a considerably lower price, also they stock Toto toilets that you would have to order from other places… I highly recommend checking it out. It has saved me $$$

Absolutely the worst hardware store in America.No help anywhere in the store.Finally got an employee to show up, but they couldnt find a tool to cut wire.Half the products in the electrical department where miss placed or missing. No green earth wire? Really?!Staff are obviously unhappy.Conclusion. Go to Home Depot

My father went into this store to buy $800 worth of material that had been loaded on to his truck and he asked for the veteran discount and he showed his Identification card from the DMV that had his veteran status on it, as he well deserved because he served our country in the US Airforce . He has gotten the discount before in this same store and the assistant manager ( Neal Robinson) told him anyone could put that symbol on the ID and he couldnt give him the discount . How can someone alter a government issued identification card especially when they served our country in the time of need. We are a proud American military family. I didnt want to use the race card but Neal Robinson wouldnt have acted this way if my father wasnt Hispanic . Not veteran friendly!!!! Discriminating and offensive.
