Home Depot is one of my favorite stores because in it I find all the materials for my work, the only thing that I had not found before was the high prices in wood, they are through the roof with everything else. Home Depot is the best option and in wood we do not have option because wood is used as a priority to everything that relates to construction. I hope you consider it a little for the benefit of all

I like going to Home Depot. You can usually always find what you need. Plus you can order and pick up outside, and not have to deal with the crowd.😊

Used the curbside pickup feature. There was no signage until you get to the aisle theyre using for it. There are marked off spaces towards the front of the store in the middle of the parking lot. No one was parked in them so that was cool. Only waited about 10 minutes for an employee to come out so that was cool. He loaded it into my car with relative ease so that was cool. When I got home I realized it had arrows that said this side up and it had been placed in my trunk upside down. Was hoping that didnt mean anything but unfortunately it was all busted up inside. Debating if its worth it to return and wait for a replacement or if Im going to just try to fix it myself. I guess this curbside option is kind of hit or miss 🤷🏼‍♀️

Declined every one of my cards in self checkout until I used my american express credit card. the rest of the day, I used my cards elsewhere just fine.I wont be back to this store. fix your brains

Great selection of products and friendly helpful staff where ever I went in the store. Highly recommend this location to help with your remodeling needs etc. They also had some gorgeous dahlias in the nursery.

Twice now that I try to contact the Hesperian location about availability of a product and they dont answer. When I went in the first time because they dont answer the phone, they didnt have what I needed. Wasted my time and here I am again in need of a Gordon skylight and they refuse to answer the phone. After 5 minutes I hung up, horrible custom service.

My go to place for all my honey do projects. Only because I can walk to this place, and there isnt a place similar in the choices of products I need. This is my local Disneyland.

Not only did they not stock any fine pitch 1/4 nuts at all, but I felt like the one person who was working in the fasteners aisle was uninterested in helping me find what I needed. Nice, big store. Relatively organized and stocked. The garden department is big with a huge selection of pots and plants. The staff are friendly.

I went to the Hayward store to buy a bath fan. While looking at the fans I was approached by two employees and was told that I would have to leave the isle because they had to close it. I expressed that I was a customer and was there to buy, but they didnt care and made me move. Five minutes later I was back looking at the fans again and guess what happened? Yep, you got it. I was told to leave the isle again. I did manage to grab a fan quickly, but they had me pretty worked up and I didnt get the rest of the stuff I needed to complete the job. Thats ok, I went to one of the competitors and bought the items and much more.

This HomeDepot location needs more people to answer their phones for customer assistance. I tried every department including customer service and NOBODY picked up on any of them. So very disappointed!

Is a home Depot, what can you say. Know what you are looking for, there is very little help there, but is the same at all of them.

Frequent shopper of home depot, I find it better than lowes and a lot closer. Placed an online order recently and half of it got lost. Not stores fault, but they were extremely helpful getting the item reordered. Store itself is clean well put together and managed well.

Make sure everything has a price tag and buy something from the garden. Much less crowded a d the ladies out there are organized.

Went to make keys and all the key cutting machine were out of service . I can understand one not working but three, kinda bad for business and inconvenient for customers.

I went in for paint. The wait was minimal and the young black woman that helped me was a pro! She matched my paint perfectly. Her customer service was on point! People actually spoke without attitudes. 👏🏾

They have some of the nicest staff.I went to get 4 gallons of paint. 3 different colors. 1 guy messed up, 3 gallons of 1color and 1 of the other. So another man came up and fixed it without blinking.

Most employees are just shuffling around chatting with each other and never ask if they can help. Ive experienced this countless times and dont even expect to be helped anymore.And god forbid you ask for help to find a product.. death stares and condescending looks..Also, Ive inquired about products which have sold out months ago about their availability and if they will be restocked.. shoulder shrugs and walking away are typical answers.. who cares, right?

Went for plants... they had Great Spring Sale so I loaded up.

This one on Hesperian still a challenge with parking. Staff there friendly & helpful. They seemed to have the directing of customers at cashier areas managed well. Found what I needed. Altho the speedy check out is convenient I was buying items for 2 different households, thus I had them separated in the basket. The staff with the hand held reader just started doing that & then handed me the card to check out without explaining what he was doing! They need to ask the customers & tell them how to use it once at register!

Usually good experience. Purchased a major appliance. A defective one was delivered. Took close to a month to get one that actually worked. It was an unnecessary series of events just to get one simple purchase and delivery. Plus, the female person representing the appliance delivery service was extremely rude and yelled over the phone at me for something I had no idea what she was talking about. I think she had the wrong client as I told her. But no apology. Overall, bad experience and Ive been a HD customer for a long time.

Good inventory, but youll do best if you know what you need before you get to this location. The employees here almost across the board either have no knowledge of anything in their store or they just flat out refuse to help. They are some of the least helpful people I have ever encountered and no one in that store seems bothered by it. You can look at store inventory as well as where items are located in the store by downloading the app and selecting your local store, but even that isnt 100% accurate.

Nearby a church off a freeway. They have your general everyday home repair tools. Not as busy as others Home Depot Ive seen.

Customer service was terrible except for the one new guy who kept checking to make sure we were finding everything we need. I cant help but wonder why someone would take a job at Home Depot and not learn the store. Yes you should master your department but you should also know a little bit about the other departments and where things are located.

The Hayward H.D. is by far superior to Oakland & SanLeandro for not only is the Oakland store full of folks who should not even deal with the public & the San Leandro store has isnt that far behind when it comes to service

Everything great except shelf brackets said they were located on aisle BW on the website but at the store they were really on aisle 46, section 18. I found them. Line moved fast. Staff was there to sanitize everything after each customer used it. Even in these weird times, shopping was made easy.

Waiting in an aisle and both my husband and I waited att he end of the aisle for help. Waved at someone for help who immediately turned when getting closer to us. Finally someone an associate said we would get help at pro service. We went there waited got someone to overhead and then was asked to go wait in line at customer service who might be able to help and walk BACK to pro service to help. Lowes here we come!

The line monitor is rude and rediculous. There is one line for both self service and live register. So if you are handicapped, too bad cuz you have to wait to for self check out to get done so you can go to cashier. They have to stand around till then...

This particular location could do a better job with team management and placement. It was hard to find someone and most of the people shopping in there were not distancing at all at times. Management needs to step up!

Very disappointing visit. These poor guys working curbside arent getting the support they need from management. Add more staff to this service especially on weekends! Doesnt take much to understand and to help your employees work more efficiently with some support and backup!

The staff at the San Lorenzo store has nearly always been good and that reflects on the managers that comes from the top down.Soo during this pandemic time of 2020 the staff is extra helpful, sanitation cleaning stations, free masks thats classy, and a clean store with employees directing you around the cashier/self check area
