This store has seriously declined in service from management down to regular employees!! And the only reason i did one start is because it wouldnt let me do no stars with the exception of the only employee Thats been there since the store ed w.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offered to help me install my new wipers and headlights on a 100 degree day!

I personally love this store!! Most places treat women like idiots...not here. You are treated with respect and service personnel are very knowledgeable about getting you the correct parts the 1st time. You get what you want with varying qualities and varying price choices. So nice to have a reasonable price on a product you can count on. Very nice selection of merchandise, solvents, oils, cleaners, for floors, gas and diesel engines whether your working on or under your vehicle. Good slection of tools and if you dont want to buy a tool you can rent it. Auto Zone also has a scanner to help you check out codes on you vehicle. If you dont know how to use it they will help you, at I believe no cost if stay on the lot. You can order specialize/custom parts for older vehicles, racing or hydraulics suspension for competitions.

Helpful. Theyve come through during all of my auto emergencies. I would like to see a bigger variety of parts on hand for older/classic aged cars.

This is my local auto parts store that I go in to town and get the things I need. The associates always go out of their way to help and will recommend other places to go if they dont have what I need, but they usually have what Im looking for. Store hours are accommodating as well.

Its a new business in the area ...there fast, friendly, and prompt. When u come in theres always someone there to help you ..along with great parts and prices to match the quality you buy.. .cant be beat in the area for the quality and price... I would highly recommend them anyone.

I dont shop there a lot but when I do I get good courteous service everything I need at a really reasonable price. If you need something quick and on the Fly this is a good place to go and buy.

Tony was great help, helped me change headlights out this morning in 10° weather much appreciated very friendly staff as well.

Got stranded at a pilot truck stop because our fuel pump went out. Asked 1 of the employees about getting the best one and if we needed anything else to change it ourselves. Had to go back 3 times for 3 different things and then on top of everything else they sold us a faulty pump. Not impressed at all!

Employees working the day of Thursday April 4th sold my brother a piece of equipment that didnt work... Knowing it was missing pieces and had some things swapped from other items in the store, they good from him when he tried to return it less than 30 minutes later. This is not how you conduct business nor is it professional. Right your wrongs AutoZone they are out of control.

Newer place in town, offer a pretty good selection of all types of auto parts and supplies, they also have some type of rewards thing that you can get with a key fob, returns there are generally pretty easy.

They are always willing to help even if they cant find what youre looking for

Brett was awesome. He even analyzed the check engine light on our 07 Chevy Trailboss for FREE!! Thats not even the best part though... I have been vigorously hunting for LiquiMoly Jectron Fuel Injector Cleaner. Wal-Mart, no. Menards, no. Advance Auto Parts, no. Not even Hy-Vee had it! Amazon had it for about $10 a can. I was prepared to pay $12 in stores. Walked into AutoZone and turn to the right and they had a huge wall heaping with fuel cleaners. I searched, and didnt see it. Slapped myself and put on some fake glasses. There it was!!! $8.99. AND $2 OFF JUST BECAUSE!!!!!!!! $6.99 WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH YEAH!!!! They had 2 but I only got one. I left one for the next lucky soul that walks into that heavenly location. Thank you AutoZone. Now imma finish my oatmeal creme pie and blue hog wash. #lyfeisgood
