All was good until the closing. Once we closed it went downhill fast. They said we could get it delivered whenever we wanted, NOT! They wanted to deliver it in 3 days & the pad hadnt even been put down. It was delivered in March. The punch list was given to them on May 27th. It is now Nov.5th & still no repairs. Skirting just got put on in Sept. Now because of a water leak with the fridge there is mold in the home & still nothing. Run, dont walk away from this place.

Absolutely as delightful as buying a home could be. Justin was our salesman and he went above and beyond and answered any questions I had even while he was on vacation. Kim was the absolute best as well very helpful in every situation that arose. Delivery was painless and the ones who delivered our home were definitely well versed in the process. Great Job and Great Experience all the way around the board. 10/10 recommend Justin as your salesman and 10/10 recommend Town and Country Homes.

They were great. I had trouble getting a loan from other places and I went to town and country and got it quickly with no trouble. I highly recommend going to town and country!!!

I highly recommend when looking for your home, look elsewhere and don’t buy from Town & Country Homes of Hammond. Long story short, my wife and I moved in our home in April of 2020. We contacted town and country about completing our Punch List in June 2020. Never heard anything from anyone so I contacted Hamilton Homes, the manufacturer of the home, in September 2020 and our home to this day, December 2020, still hasn’t been fixed, Electrical Wires are exposed, trim is hanging from the wall, doors don’t shut properly and multiple lights don’t work. All of this has been broken since the moment they delivered our home. I manage a business myself and know what it takes to run a business so when I tell you Town & Country Homes is the last place you want to buy a home from, it’s the last place you want to buy a home from. We have a 3 year old and a baby on the way and the trim that’s broken and hanging from the wall is a hazard and is dangerous, Does Town & Country Care? No! I filed a complaint with the State Fire Marshal’s Manufactured Housing commission so maybe they will finally contact me about fixing my home. It’s sad that it takes me doing that to get something done. Town & Country is very quick to take your $$$ but not quick in anyway to fix your home & accommodate your requests.
