If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!I made every payment on time I missed one payment you guys should at least allow a grace period before you come aggressively knocking at peoples doors and threatening them with police its not worth the hassle Black Friday is coming just buy you a TV for half the price and none of the stress

I received great customer service here. Lamont and Danita were kind, respectful and helpful to me every time I called and made store visits. Every interaction was a positive one. I would highly recommend this store to others.

If I could give a negative star I would have. The lady that would there is Very rude I took my business to East Chicago Indiana. And glad I did. East Chicago all of there staff are very pleasant to work with.

The staff came and picked up my dryer which was not working correctly, the staff repaired the dryer in a very timely manner while being very professional and courteous, i believe the staff deserve all the credit they get

Rude the manager is extremely ignorant with the customers. They will call and call even if your not late. My parents are customers and I wish they was not these people used the elderly to sell and make commission Danita the Manager is super disappointing as a manager she cares less about the customers and was rude and ignorant to my parents

Danita and Corey are great. They work hard to give you what you want. I would always recommend RAC. They help when no one else can.

We had a great experience with them and plan to go back.

Good place to get furniture if you cant afford to buy it outright but then again thats what theyre there for to make money not to help out the public if a double but you get what you pay for when you dont have good credit

Rented some items here about 3 years ago and the employees are just very rude. Avoid this store if you can.

I bought a 1 couch set paid cash and rented the second one the manager has a really bad attitude talk any kind of way to customers I returned the set I rented and will never again rent from here
