This was my first time in dealing with the Caliber Collision name and my experience was nothing short of the standard when it comes to a quality driven body shop. From the moment I dropped my car off, Jennifer got to work in documenting the damages and had a copy of the quote emailed to me that same day. Transportation to my rental car was provided on site.Buck at the front desk made the initial process a breeze. I actually forgot to remove my roof rack before dropping the car off and he went out of his way to acquire the tools necessary for me to mediate the situation. The customer service I received from this specific location was top-notch.The repairs were done and my car was ready for pickup on the original day they estimated. I’ve attached one ‘before’ and two ‘after’ photos, so you have an idea of the work they performed.Nick was also a pleasure to deal with.Thanks for the overall smooth process.

After 1.5 months and 4 chances to address deficiencies in their work, Im pulling the plug and going elsewhere. When the freshly-washed truck I dropped off came back with 40 unexplained miles on the odometer and mud covering the tires and wheel wells, I blew off my suspicions the truck had been taken off the lot for personal use. Over the coming weeks, I spent hours pointing out overspray, buffer holograms, dead paint, and badges that werent properly attached. When they justified spraying a cheap DIY bedliner on my new tailgate by claiming theres no Line-X in town, I called and coordinated the re-work myself with the staff at Line-X (who confirmed Caliber has an account and has used their services). And after all this playing Project Manager to help Caliber through their struggles, they still couldnt get it right in the end. No body shop in town will attempt a correction of their subpar work. So, here I am waiting on an adjuster from State Farm to assess the issues and approve the re-paint. Unless you enjoy missing time from work and repeating yourself until youre on the verge of a stroke, Id run fast and far from Caliber. Update: After two emails to the address in the Owner Response, Ive yet to receive a reply. Was willing to assume this location fell through the cracks and that corporate might make things right, but I guess not.

Dropped my car off and the expected date kept getting put off due to “parts”. No one ever texted me about updates and I constantly had to call. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle when I dropped it off besides the scuff on the right passenger side. There are shades built in the car and the right passenger shade hooks mysteriously disappeared. I will never go to this place again, recommended or not.

I work for a DSP for Amazon, and one of our vans needed some body work done. John at Caliber Collision was amazing. He came out right away to do an estimate on the van, get the estimate sent over right away, and was able to get the van in his shop within days of getting the estimate. The price was amazing and affordable. If you are looking for fast, friendly, reliable, service Caliber Collision is the place to go.

The service is prompt and high quality. From the estimate to rental to the repair, every single step closes the loop perfectly. They cleaned my car after the service. A 5 star experience. A big thank you for all your team!

They are taking for ever to access a car. This socks. The front desk attendant is rude. The time frame they give you is not maintained. Parts are never available. I wonder where they are ordering the parts. Maybe from SPACE. Just too expensive for nothing.

Took vehicle here for repair to rear bumper after collision. They reused parts that are stated by the manufacturer as a one time use part. This was a safety concern as the part reused was part of a collision mitigation system.When the insurance company brought it to their attention in a conference call with us, they claimed they didnt know and that the mistake was human error. They apologized and then said goodbye, which would normally indicate that someone has disconnected. They chose to covertly remained on the line to essentially eavesdrop on the continued private conversation between the insurance company and us. This was realized when our concerns about their level of service, or lack thereof, were commented on by the Caliber representative.Personally, we will not be returning and I would recommend against using this location.

If I could give them a 10 stars I would my truck was rear ended they quoted me almost 2 weeks but the had everything done and finished to me in a single week I love there work every body was professional and respectful and even stayed a few hours after to finish my truck Im sending all my vehicles to them for any body work and painting I need done because I know they will get it done right the first time every time and they have the best warranty on there work to thanks guys I will have more work for yall soon

Let me just say Caliber Collision did the most wonderful job on repairing my Mazda after the accident I was in.
