Our tensioner gave out in March in Nevada, and was repaired. It gave out again as we were visiting the in-laws the day before Thanksgiving. They told us to use Freedom Automotive, and Rich opened shop for us.Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he worked extra to repair it and get us back on the road before the holiday. He also took the time to show and teach me what was wrong with the vehicle, and we were out the door for almost one-third the cost that we spent in Nevada.The vans been running seamlessly since, and were home safe and sound again. I highly recommend not just Freedom Automotive, but Rich as well. Hes a superb person and mechanic.
