Ive been using AutoTire for a while now. It started back around two years ago when I was having a problem with my brakes. I was in Greenwood and needed my car serviced as soon as possible. I found AutoTire on Google and saw they had amazing reviews. I was not disappointed in making the decision to take my car to them. They fixed my brakes SAME DAY and at a very fair price. This shop was recommended by a client. I had a coolant/thermostat issue and the level of service this shop provided goes far beyond any experience Ive had with a mechanic/repair shop. Being a BMW owner it can be challenging to find someone you can trust to work on your vehicle that wont charge you an arm and a leg. Honesty and professional! Our van would not start, so I had it towed to another shop, and was told I needed to have the engine replaced. I just so happened to stop in at Auto Tire to get a tire repaired. As I was talking with Brent about the situation with my van, we had it towed to his shop. Less than 24 hours later I had my van back and it was running perfect and at a fraction of the cost of a new engine.

Theres never any hidden agenda; they tell you exactly what is going on and dont try to upsell or squeeze every last dime out of you. The gentleman named Cory, who I think is the manager, always calls us himself to let us know when our cars are done being taken care of. There has been more than one occasion where theyve even done small services free of charge! I really cant believe how well my husband and I are always treated when we go here. They saved me over $300 on a wheel bearing replacement compared to other local shops, and they also completed the work several hours faster than projected (done by end of day turned into done in a couple hours). Awesome service! ABS light traction control problems on a 2013 Impala. 2 different places $1400 and never fixed. Left car for half a day and they had it fixed and is running great.

I would like to give a shout out to Cory and the team at AutoTire Car Care. They got my daughters Jeep yesterday, fixed the oil leak (which required tearing down the top half of the engine), replaced the axle half shafts on the front axle, changed the oil, changed the spark plugs, changed the thermostat, and had it back to us by around 1pm today. On top of that, they were well under the quote of the Jeep dealership that was going to do less work. If you need auto work done, go see AutoTire Car Care. We wont be taking our vehicles any place else from now on.

We have been taking our cars to Brent for well over 29 years and have “always” had exceptional service, without exception. Most recently they did a complete brake job on our Kia and it was done in a few hours and $250 less than a competitor quote.I have referred at least 6 friends to them.

This place is awesome! They have the best price on an oil change and tire rotation. We bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu last year and took it in to see what work was needed. They gave us a quote of what was needed and the labor price was more than reasonable. The car runs great given its age. I would trust them with any repairs that are needed and trust that they will give you a great price to match.

There are many places to go to have your vehicle served here in Greenwood. But, you wont find better customer service than Auto Tire. Brent, Cory and their team are top notch. They are very honest, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. That is what keeps us coming back. You can certainly tell the difference between a large chain vs family owned and operated business. If you havent tried them out you need to give them a shot at your next oil change or repair. We have been doing business with these guys for many years now and wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Great Service! Very easy to work with.

I took my car to auto tire about 3 months ago, after replacing my passenger side Hub myself. It was a brand new part. I put my dust shield on backwards and my car made a whirring noise from the passenger side when I drove. I had auto tire take a look at it, and they told me it was my passenger side hub making the noise. I found this suspicious as I had just replaced it. they went on to tell me I needed about 1800$ worth of repairs, including my driver side CV axle, both hubs, both rotors, both sets of breaks, and more. I could manage most of it myself, other than the axle so i had them take care of that part. I got the car back, and it now made a whirring noise on both sides, as well as had a broken turn signal. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME that the turn signal was broken. I had to find out myself when I drove the vehicle. Upon further inspection of the vehicle I found that i needed to replace one rotor (the other was in great condition, with only a small amount of rust) and neither hubs needed replaced. my breaks had more than half of the pad left. Beyond that, I found that my driver side dust shield was bent (it was not like that when i brought it in). I feel like they lied to me and tried to cheat me out of hundreds of dollars. Today I took my car to Midas, and they said that the front driver side cv axle needed replaced. I told them to get it over with. I was NOT taking my car back to auto tire, regardless of a warranty on the parts. I did not want my car messed up any more. In their defense, they offered to replace the headlight/turn signal switch, but I no longer trust Auto tire or their mechanics, and would rather deal with it being broken, than chance sending my car in there again.

I cant tell you how many times theyve tweaked or fixed something minor for me and sent me on my way. They genuinely care about your safety. For all the ladies out there, I know sometimes places like this can be intimidating, but I can assure you that Cory and his group will take care of you like family. Highly recommended. Plus they have popcorn in the lobby, so thats actually what sold me. Haha! :p

Staff and service is absolutely unbeatable. I had my car towed to these folks on a late friday evening. The owners and lead mechanic came out to meet me and discuss the issue. Mechanic IDd the issue in a heartbeat and my car was fixed next day. Unbelievably friendly and talented. Im convinced this is the best auto shop in Greenwood.

The guys at this shop are truly the best! I went in and asked for them to take a look at my tire that got busted on a pothole and they took care of me, told me all my options and fixed me right up. Left satisfied then later the TPMS light came back on and called them and told them about it and told me to bring it back they would fix it. When I showed up I asked them to rotate my tires and do a oil change and they did it just like that! That is what I call quality and good old Hoosier hospitality. Will be going here from now on!!!!

As a woman, it is sometimes hard to go to a car maintenance shop because you don’t know a lot about car repair. In my 20+ years of owning a car, I have visited repair shops where I have felt uncomfortable because I am the only woman on the premises, or I felt intimidated because I was being spoken to in words I could not understand.Thank goodness for Auto Tire Car Care! I have used this car repair and maintenance shop for many years now, and each time I am there, the service is superb and the staff are friendly, polite, and very professional. I have never once felt intimidated or uncomfortable. Any time my car does need work beyond regular maintenance, they treat me with much respect and explain things in a way I can understand them.They also offer rides if your car will be with them for the day. But if you decide to remain at the store, their waiting room is pretty and clean, with nice bathrooms, and plenty of free refreshments (like coffee, soda, and freshly-popped popcorn).My cars will never go anywhere else. I hope you give them a chance to show you just how great they are!

RIPOFF. Dont give this place your business. Took my car there in September to have mode door actuator fixed & he charged me $233 for parts & labor. It broke again in April & I went back there. Guy wasnt very friendly & told me it probably isnt the actuator that was fixed in September since there are 4 separate actuators on my vehicle. Also, they couldnt get me in that day to check or help. So I finally decided to get it fixed again but took my car to a different shop today (Brooks in Beech Grove). Surprise it was the mode door actuator that was broken again. Only was charged $141 for parts & labor (for the exact same thing!). Didnt have an appointment & they still had it fixed with a few hours. Also, I was told today there are only 2 actuators on my vehicle...not 4. Again, do not give AutoTire Car Care your business. They use cheap parts & charge way too much money.

Owner and manager with their staff will get your car back on the road, and at a reasonable cost.

Hard to imagine a better local tire and repair shop on Indys Southside. Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. There are plenty of options in this area, but I wouldnt even consider taking my cars anywhere else. You shouldnt either.

Our family has taken all our cars here for over a decade. The staff has always been friendly and informative, never charging for things that arent needed, and often doing small fixes for free. Everyone who Ive recommended to Autotire has received the same service, so I know they treat all their customers this way. Not just us.This feels dumb to say, but when I eventually have to move from Indy, Im going to miss having this place in my back pocket. So many other places do mediocre work while charging a lot more. The service Ive received at Autotire is going to be hard to replace.

I requested an estimate for replacement of struts and shocks on our 2006 Honda Odyssey at Auto Tire and no one responded so I replaced them myself and took it to Stewart Auto Center for the alignment afterwards. Stewarts did an excellent job. Thank you Stewarts!

Went in for sure my rear brakes were needing replaced. They came back and reported I dont need brakes they still have plenty of life left. Mind you, they could have had a done deal with me. They looked over my system and handed it back to me. No charge.To me they havent done anything trying to scam me. I appreciate their help and honesty. They genuinely seem to try to help resolve your mechanical problems.
