Everybody at this location is awesome, friendly, and efficient and professional. This was the best service experience I’ve had in a long time, and that’s saying something since I work in a service department myself and know how busy everybody is right now. The appointment process was crazy easy, check in was even easier. My car was done before I thought it would be & the price was less than I anticipated. Fantastic job!!

Couldnt do a brake fluid flush because of an unknown issue. Wanted $240 to diagnose the issue. I declined the diagnostic and still got charged $90 for a job they couldnt even do. Extremely disappointing. Never again will i use Meineke. Tried jiffy lube the day beforr and same issue occurred, however they didnt charge and still changed my fluid in the master. Meineke did nothing at all but look at it and still charges? No sir

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you want your car to be fixed in a timely manner, with ease and convenience, go to Meineke and talk to Jeremiah. Im surprised they havent made him the Owner yet. I am from out of town, and he worked within a good time schedule to ensure the completion of my car, and even offered to take it for the week while waiting for a part. Who does that? Not a lot of people. The Meineke in Greenwood has my business until the world ends.

I worked with Jeremiah and Scott and they were beyond helpful. I had new tires put on at a different tire store and they completely messed my wheel up to the point that I couldn’t get the last tire put on. My son is in the military and is possibly facing deployment. We needed to have the tires replaced before we made the long, last minute trip to visit with him incase he gets deployed. I couldn’t have made this happen without Jeremiah and Scott’s help. I am forever grateful to them for the kindness they showed me during such an emotional time.

Better service than last visit, but warranty wasnt honored due to 12 month time frame. However, car was brought in within 12 month window for a clunking sound and recommendation was for something not covered by warranty at that time. Went with their recommendation, take it back a few days ago for same noise and recommendation is for sway bar link which is now not covered under 12 month warranty. Questionable diagnostics given the sound still remains, and rear brakes are now sticking. After thousands spent, Id expect some reasonable explanation for money spent for the same repairs with same issues present.

The guy doing the work in the shop, Josh, awesome tech, the Hispanic gentleman who’s name I can’t remember, sorry for that. Was really nice and helpful. Brad at the front desk was extremely personable and engaging with a myriad of knowledge over several different topics. What really makes this shop stand out though.... they are car enthusiasts. They take pride in what they are doing, they really want to have the best possible outcome for each client that comes in the door. They engage the client when necessary and are extremely respectful. I can not recommend them enough. My past experiences with other shops, like car x down the street....left something to be desired, but these guys know what they are doing.

After doing my alignment, they tried to tell me a strut was going bad and it would be 500.00 to fix it. I got a second opinion to find out it was fine. 🙄😡

I scheduled an early morning appointment to get the car in for major brake work. Dropped it off before they were open, and had my car back same day less than 6 hours later. In past with other competitors they needed my car for another day or two to complete the work so I was impressed to have the work done on the same day and have car back in hours, not have to rent a car for two or three days. They explained what was wrong before they started the work, and gave me an accurate estimate on the costs involved. I have been pleased with the professionalism and quality of service and will be a regular customer for future needs.

Walked inn cause Midas only took appoitments.As soon as i walked inn A new manager Jeremiah greeted me up beat and said i tell ya what im slammed and we are about to close but if you can wait about 30 min ill fit you in then he got me in in15. I had to go to Meineke after a very horrible experience at another place of business. Upon arrival Jeremiah and Josh were very helpful getting me back on the road and suggesting what needs done going forward. Definitely will be back!

I love the staff! They explained step by step what was wrong with my car. They also fixed my vehicle in a timely manner.

Brad the representative at the counter was very helpful and courteous. Through a miscommunication, I ended up getting my AC recharged instead of repaired. Brad and the Meineke team slated an appointment for the repair and I’m very satisfied. Things go wrong sometimes so I’m just glad they made it right.

Everyone at the shop was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of what needed fixed and how to tell their customers. I’m very happy with their service and will definitely continue to work with them for my vehicular needs.

Very nice at the beginning until I was ready for a estimate it took four hours to get a estimate. Then not everything got fixed they kept a bad sensor on my car instead of placing a brand new sensor on a new part... brad seemed very annoyed with me called on Saturday why my check engine light keeps coming on and when they would have time to look at it and replace the sensor he told me to bring it back Monday and drop it off before 11am he would get it in and I dropped it off at 6:30am went to work called at 12:30 about a update they haven’t even looked at it and I said okay they said it would be soon... I called at 2 and brad answer again very unprofessional and said still not in could t tell me when it would be in and this is my only car and I have stuff to do when I got off work I told him to not waste his time I’ll be there at 2:30 to pick it up.. not going back...

Very slow service. They seemed to talk to much and not worry about getting cars in and completing the work. Shouldve went to other minute on emerson.

Charged just over $1500 to fix 2 issues for me with guarantee this would correct them. 1 issue was not fixed leading to upwards of 4K in additional costs needed to correct. No compensation or refund was issued to me although they were completely in the wrong about diagnosis.

My muffler fell off on a road trip because the last guys didnt know what they were doing. They welded it on and Im sure it will last much longer. Helped me do other diagnostics and didnt charge me. They were just willing to help. Good business if you ask me.

I usually do my own car repairs but after dealing with Brad at Meineke I may have second thoughts! He did such a fantastic job on my repair for such a reasonable price and fast I will send more work his way. For those people that left bad reviews, you either need a nap or had a bad shrimp in your cocktail or something. And if you complained about the cost of the repair than you are truly unaware of what parts cost and the value of good workmanship. Believe it or not there is quite a difference between a $5 weld and a $50 weld job. While sitting in the waiting area I also observed Brad in his management role dealing with walk-in customers, juggling a constant ringing phone and still getting work done on vehicles while being short staffed. I hope his boss reads this review because whatever you are paying Mr. Brightwell is NOT even close to the value he is bringing to your business! Long story short...Brad at Meineke over on 31 in Greenwood is your Go To. It has been many moons since I have dealt with a repair guy I trust so it was refreshing to find Brad.

Everyone was very polite. Brad was on the phone with another customer however took a second to speak to me to let me know he would be right with me. Of course like most car centers mechanics came in to speak with Brad about other vehicles and they as well were very polite. On my way out both the mechanic and Brad told me to drive carefully and to have a nice day. (The weather was bad on February 15th). This my first time at this shop and I will go back. It truly is the way you make a customer feel that keeps them coming back.

I called about 5 days ago to have oil changed and came yesterday (07/09/2021)for appt at 4.30 pm .they told me that Jake did not put any appt and was sorry so We arranged another appt for today ( 07/10/2021) at 2.30 pm and I called to let them know that I will be a little late yet they told me that was no appt for me at 2.30 pm.. the guy who booked me his name was Jeremiah. I think he did in purpose !!! He is the mole in the company !!!Jeremiah is sucks and the mole in the company!! Or he is just purely dumb !!!

My car was overheating and they fixed it right up. With more complications than I had expected, they completed everything ahead of schedule. I had to return to get the shifter cable adjusted and it was completed in no time. I spent a little less than 30 minutes in the lobby chatting it up with Brad until they adjusted the shifter cable. Excellent!

DOES NOT stand behind warranty, and poor quality work. Charged for 3 hrs. shop labor with no description of work. Still broken bolt in exhaust ??? (1 1/2 months pass yr. labor)20yrs. loyalty with family cars and company trucks. LOST !!!

They had a malfunction on the oil and it wouldn’t stop so they got oil on the engine but other than that it was good.

Went in for a scheduled oil change and asked if they could just scan my vehicle to see what code came up for my check engine light that came on that morning. I was told more than likely not because they were busy and the guy at the desk continued to inform me that he just wished his oil change appointments would stop coming in cause he doesnt want to deal with them and just wants to go home. Most definitely not coming back and would have just left with the car in the first place if I didnt already have my family out with me to pick me up while it was getting the oil change.

High reviews so I decided to give a try. Made an appointment they got me right in within 20 mins they told me what my problem was and fixed it within another 20 mins. Overall it was a really good experience fast, helpful & decent price! My exhaust was so loud now I dont even know if my car is turned on its so quiet :)) will be returning!!! A+

These guys are clowns. Very unprofessional and dishonest. They charged me 700.00 for inspection, and replaced my driveshaft with a used rusty one, charged me as a new part and also installed it incorrectly. Stay away from this place. They are scum and filth, and I am very disgusted with their service and unprofessionalism. They are supposed to care for their customers and best service for vehicle repairs, but because of their negligence and greed people will get in car accidents and get injured.

I brought my truck in for a second opinion on an exhaust issue Ive been dealing with for a few weeks. The dealership I took it to wanted $2000 for the crack In my exhaust. They wanted to replace entire exhaust manifold with catalytic converter attached. Meineke solved the same problem by replacing the flange & flange gasket. My cost from Meineke was $285.61. This included a 10% veteran discount..Exhaust noise is gone and I am extremely grateful to Brad & his technicians.

I went in person to drop my 2010 gmc acadia off. i told the kid behind the counter i wanted a complete diagnostic on the motor cause if there was to much wrong with it im just going to send it back cause ive dumped alot of money in the car already but if the motors good check the brakes transmission tires and anything that will deem it safe to drive for my wife and kids? told him the heat only worked on one side and he said that was a different inspection and would cost another $128. i said well i already know its the actuator so just hold up on that and well do that later. i really need to know if its worth keeping for what i owe on it? the next day they sent the text with their results and i called to discuss the details... they said i had a bad lower control arm in the front, needed new brakes and brake system flush, tires were bad and needed replaced ( which most of which i already knew) for $2,767.01. i asked what about the motor to which he said i drove it and it seems to be in good condition? so i said go ahead and do all the work as listed. next day the cars done i paid in full and get in the car and start it up and the check engine light is still on and the check tire monitoring system light is flashing? so i go back inside and ask why the check engine light is on and he said he didnt know? so i explained to him (not the same kid i talked to when i dropped it off) that i had asked for a diagnostic on the motor to which he said they did not do cause it wasnt on the order? he was helpful and went in to get the hand held diagnostic ( same one autozone offers for free) and plugs it in and it tells him its hitting 4 codes with the timing chain? not a cheap fix and i had just had it fixed 3 years ago only to find out the warranty for that through the dealership had expired a year ago? theres no such thing as an honest and fair mechanic im here to tell you!!!! so now i have to find another mechanic to fix that issue cause im sure not gonna trust em again to do what i ask them to do!!!

I had a rattle and a shake in my car for a while so I called up this shop because it was convenient to where I was at the moment. I will now be bringing my car here for permanently. The service I received was outstanding. Dan was a great person to talk to. He recommended some additional things but was not pushy about it at all. I got a text which have me a full run down of my inspection which was really cool. There are some things Im going to need done in the future and this meineke will have my business.

Danny and the crew at Meineke have always done a great job. He’s always super honest about what needs to be worked on: what’s necessary, what he highly recommends, and what could wait till our next service. He keeps good notes about our vehicle so he can always refer back to what has been worked on. We are a family of six with all of our family living out of state. We travel OFTEN and we can always trust our van is in good shape if Danny has taken care of it. :)

Took my Camry in for brakes. Daniel gave me a reasonable quote and the end price was exact that to the penny. I dropped it off near closing time yesterday and they got it done around 1 today. Daniel seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything and what it would cost before performing any work. Ill be coming back in the future.

Zach and his team went above and BEYOND to take care of my car and myself. I’ve never dealt with a more honest shop. The amount of leg work he has done with the Pendleton pike location and with the finance team, I am blown away. I highly recommend the greenwood location and Pendleton pike.

Meineke Did an oil change on my kia rotated tires but I was reading signs they had posted in there talking about customer service and customer care I asked if he could sweep out the car while it was there they said they dont offer that I truly feel they should offer more for the price they charge for oil changes I paid 60 dollars when walmart charges 30 35 for syntheticthey rotate tires put windshield fluid in and sweep your car out if you tell them. You could do better meineke

The employees are always nice and honest they don’t force you to make additional purchases but will do a full check and make a suggestion on what you should do. As a female my first concern is being taken advantage I have never felt that way with them. I drive 30mins to this location as I don’t live on this side of town anymore because of their excellent customer service. Keep up the great work guys

My appointment was scheduled for 11, I dropped my car off at 10:30. They didnt even start working on it until a little after 12. After they were finished they called to tell me and made a snarky comment that the only thing wrong with my car is that it is dirty. I didnt appreciate that comment. The wait time was ridiculous. I will not be going to that location anymore.

I came in for an oil change and was surprised as to how quickly the guys had me in and out. I always appreciate not having to wait an extended period of time! The only reason I am only giving 3 stars is because this is the first place I have ever been to that has not gone over things with me about my car once they were finished. I know I need struts but no one mentioned anything that may need attention on my vehicle. Im not sure if they were just too busy and didnt have time but I wish they would have gone over things that need worked on.

I’m not good at names but the manager at the front desk displayed excellent customer service. He was very attentive and made me feel like I was in good hands. There’s always this stigma of places like this taking advantage of “Women” but even if that was the case. He fooled me. Got me in fast to service my air conditioning. They were friendly and straightforward.

This is the absolute worst mechanic shop Ive ever been to. I went in for a basic oil change. Mind you my car was working just fine before that. Daniel said it would be about an hour even though I had an appointment. It took two hours to get my oil changed. Once it was done I paid and left. Everything was fine at first. The car ran fine and I was satisfied with the service, as slow as it was. That was when I noticed something weird. My speedometer and rpm needles were bouncing up and down in time with the turn signal when it was on. Then all of a sudden my car just died and wouldnt turn back on. The tow truck driver said the battery was very low. He jumped the car and it started, but was honest and said he wasnt sure if it would make it back to the shop without dying again. I had it towed back to Meineke and Daniel said he would look at it in the morning because it was closing time. Ok fine. My cousin and I had to call several times to find out what was going on and the first couple times we called he hadnt even started on it yet. When the inspection was finally done he said that the car died because the power steering pressure line blew and sprayed all over the alternator which caused the alternator to go out. When asked which pressure line it was because there are more than one, he said he didnt know. He just used the vin number to order the parts and didnt actually know which part it was and couldnt even tell us what amp the alternator was. He quoted the job at $1,100 to fix it for parts and labor and said he would work with us any way he could. We called someone who actually knew what parts were what for a second opinion and he said that he could fix it for $450 for parts and labor. So we decided to take it to the other mechanic. As soon as Daniel found out we werent going to have it fixed there he started being very rude and said he wouldnt give the keys back until it was being towed. He probably thought that since two women walked in that he could screw us over. He claimed there was a lot more wrong with the car and that he wouldnt know exactly what it was that was wrong with it until he fixed those two things. The actual real mechanic we talked to said that those two things were the only things wrong with the car. Those two things were not wrong with the car before I went to Meineke for the oil change. I had a mechanic with me when I bought the car and it didnt have these problems then. That was literally two weeks ago. I will NEVER go to Meineke again. Especially not this one. Worst service ever. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I’ve never had to fix something that wasn’t broken but it is recommended that the timing belt on my Subaru get replaced at 105,000 miles and I’m a female that knows nothing about cars. I was hesitant on where to go. Upon getting my quote, Tom was very helpful. The job took maybe one full day and the price was lower than other prices quoted to me as well. I also had a mechanic simply check to make sure a new belt was put on since nothing was broken and everything checked out great. I will be coming to this shop again for any future mechanical needs.

Being a woman I go in to car places expecting them to try to get over on me. I did not get that at all here! I put down the deposit but after speaking with my husband and father we decided to just trade in my old car.I was not expecting to get my deposit back, but the owner was very understanding and generously agreed to the refund.Like I said Ill definitely be returning to this location in the future!

The last time I visited this particular Meineke, the guy at the front desk (Dan I think?) was very kind. I was a new customer to the store and he went above and beyond. I went back today to get at oil change, and the same guy was there. I was happy to know that that same person who helped me last time was here to help again. WRONG. He was SOOO rude today. The way he talked to me, the way he was answering the phone, the way he was talking to other customers. Very rude. I went back today because the last time I had such a great service. I will not be going back after today. I would much rather go further for better service than to go somewhere close to be treated the way I was. I understand a bad day, but when the guy upfront is talking to themselves saying (in a very rude way) “Well I don’t know what everyone’s else’s problem is today, but everyone is in a bad mood!” Let’s check our own attitudes.

I was able to get brake work done at a fair price that was better than their competitors

They took change in my console put a new battery in without asking if I wanted it. Charged 300 dollars fo a so called bad wire and blown fuse. They are rude and do not want to explain what realy is wrong with your car. I will never use or recommend anyone to meineke. If you use them take anything of value ot of your vehicle. Oh and watch out when you drive away my steering wheel had grease all over it and my hands was black by the time I got home.

Usually the staff has always been respectful and kind to me as I bring our cars in for oil changes regularly. Last time I came in was the only exception. As I was giving my information to the man at the front desk, he stopped me after entering in my name to the computer and made fun of my name. He was incredibly rude throughout the rest of the conversation. I previously have had good experiences here but am considering researching other options.

I called to get a quote for breaks, Monty told me to just come in so he can give a better estimate. I was able to get the correct estimate for the work that needed done and got to see what needed to be done. The guys at this location are amazing! They are extremely helpful and answered all my questions. They had my van done in a few hours! I will definitely use them for my repairs in the future.

My first experience with Meineke was nothing but positive. I called in the morning about getting a quote on a few things I knew were wrong. Danny, the store manager, told me to come on in at any point that afternoon, and he assured me I would not be charged to run the quote (brakes/rotors, two tires, and replace the windshield wiper reservoir). After looking at the car, he said I really needed to do my brakes today (which...I knew...). He didn’t try to sell me things that weren’t broken, and he was very upfront about everything that was going on. The tires would not be in until the next day. Zach, the gentleman who owns six local Meinekes, offered to Uber me home and back or let me take a loaner. They got everything handled for me, they were professional, they were fun to talk with, and they provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had an issue with my vehicle and they werent able to fix it, but they were super honest and kept me up to date as to what was going on. They gave me options to think about and estimates before going in first and charging after. They only charged me for labor and let me store my car there for a while until I was able to find a towing company that would scrap my car (which they referred me to) even though its a small lot.Super helpful and super friendly.

Got my brakes done today!! The staff was very helpful & went above and beyond what was expected! Quick, easy, no hassle service from Tom! And they didn’t squeeze me for unnecessary repairs to get an extra dime!!! I was truly pleased with the service and Tom has earned himself a loyal customer!!

Needed a tire plug and an A/C recharge. There is a leak somewhere, but they explained how the UV dye will help detect it.

Simple Oil change. No issues and they didn’t say anything was wrong or hey you need new brakes. Going to have them install an exhaust and down pipe soon. Will update after that. But so far so good.
