The one lady that works in the wig section mostly just rude for no reason won’t be back

I havent met anyone rude. And Im sorry the other person has, but this is the spot right here. Back in New York I used to go to one and when i moved here, every other place had bogus outrageous prices! But here.....here! The prices are amazing! I am soooo glad we decided to come by and have a look. Because we were blessed to find this place. I pray God keep you all at all times not just from Corona!

Tried to give them business, but was not given the price over the phone for an item or to even confirm they had it in stock. I’m not driving 30 minutes for me to get there and them not have what I need.

Rude staff..will not be visiting this place again! 10 of us went on a field trip there with our school, dressed professionally and acted professionally. We were only allowed to purchase one wig cap to try on 3 wigs..when other places allow no limit on how many wig caps are purchased. I had my eye on a few and would have ended up buying one if the staff didn’t stalk our every move and basically called us liars when we were asked how many wigs we had tried on..”we’ll we do have cameras just so you know”. Every move we made...we were eyeballed. I’ll definitely be finding another wig place to shop at! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

They are so rude....while, i worked there. I witness many customers complaint that their bank cards have been over charge..sometimes they will not allow you to return items even if you have a receipt. .i just advice anyone to use cash...not good selections on wigs...only 3 different human lace fronts to choose from..

My favorite beauty supply store in Greenville. Its sad I live in Simpsonville and cant make it to the store like I want to!

I like hair stores, mainly for their products, however most of them are really going up in prices for their products. Some prices are ridiculously higer than retail stores. As of 2018, I am deciding not to shop at too many more of the stores. We have given you good business in this area, Now it is very expensive just to buy hair and wear it for 2 weeks and it looks like a mop and some people repeat the process. Many people wear wigs or weave for protective hair styles, Your store sales hair that says 100 percent human hair, however the texture is something other than what is advertised on the wrapper.

Very rude staff i used to shop there every week but i will never go back when asking the cashier dee ( i believe thats her name from my sales receipt) for help about a product she just gave nothing but rude comments like i dont have to talk about what i know with u and ect . definitely save your time and go anywhere else not worth spending your hard earned money in a place were you cant ask for help on products, get rude comments and attitude

I won’t ever come here again. I came on a school field trip after we learned about braiding and wigs. We were stalked the entire time we were there and the staff was rude to us. Our group was dressed professionally and polite the entire time we were there. A fellow student tried to reach for a wig off the top shelf, her shoe hit the cabinet and the lady yelled at us to stop playing. We wasn’t playing nor loud at all. She rudely asked how many wigs we tried on and then she informed us that they had cameras 🙄 She also wouldn’t let us purchase another wig cap to try on 3 more wigs. She told us that we could only purchase one wig cap and try on 3 wigs a day. Although the sign up front says 3 wig try ons per wig cap, but it doesn’t say that you can’t purchase more. The people at the front counter are rude and unprofessional, I would rather take my business elsewhere.

I shop at this hair store frequently so why on this day the asian lady which I know is the manager tells the black lady that does the wigs to watch me. Mind you I asked her where is the hair jewelry she pointed me to where is was. Why did you have her to watch me and then she was rushing me out the store, but I can tell she was disturb by that. The only reason why I came to this hair store is because they have the hair i prefer.

Most of the things are imported from other countries like China and Brazil and that explain the prices. I found some things at the store for $2.00 and in amazon I found them for 5 or 6 dollars

I wear my hair long and try to manage a well groomed beard and I find this location very well stocked on products that I use to take care of both.

I never go in JDs without finding what I want plus things I didnt know I wanted. Selection in here is amazing.

I like this store. Its super big and has almost everything! ...including this matte lipstick color!! 👄
