I wish they could keep a stock of the products, the products in the correct style and place. Its not only there fault but mine also because I didnt check myself. So, I bought a large packs that had 3 bundles. Because I grabbed 10 packs the first 5 (1b30) were correct the other 5 packs were (1b27). I wish they would look at the hair, ask if this color, type, and the amount.

I stopped in and asked about a particular product. The gentleman behind the counter said he never heard of it while he never looked up from his iPad or phone or whatever he was doing at that moment. I asked him if he had any other products that could be used on my hair. His answer was “NO” Still not looking up. Never once pointed to a section in the store or suggested something else. Then I asked if he knew if they were other beauty supply stores in the area. His reply was “Google it”. As I left his store I noticed there was a beauty supply store directly across the street. I have never been treated so rudely. No wonder there was no one in the store when I was there.

I love shopping @ this location. The staff is always nice & very helpful. The store is always clean and neat so its easy to find items/products. They have a very wide/large selection of products/hair/wigs etc.

I love this beauty supply store! I will pass 5 other hairstores to get to this one.. They are always welstocked and have anything you could ever need for beauty.. I try to make this one my only shop! And owners are very kind.. They speak when you come in and offer assistance and welcome you back when you leaving! 😍😍

This is a great store. I will rate the positives with a 👍🏽 and negatives with a 👎🏽👍🏽 Wide variety of products. They have basically EVERYTHING. The selection would be complete if they had ayurvedic products such as henna/brahmi/indigo powders, but I suppose its not an indian store, so that should be expected. But theyre stacked on wigs, greases, gels, creams, they have it all.👍🏽 The owners/cashiers are very friendly. They greet you right as you walk through the door, and are willing to help you look for any product.👍🏽 They include small freebies along with your purchase.👎🏽 The music is kind of too loud. Not loud enough to where you cant hear inside the store, but loud enough to where its annoying, given the music choice.👎🏽 Sometimes it seems the owners are watching/following you around. I saw in another review where they said its not intentional, so at least they are aware.Overall, the cons are not enough to not return, but they are fixable. Its important to support local FRIENDLY businesses, so 5 stars for them!

I saw all the good reviews but myfirst time experience....I went in for hair color which is directly right across from the register.Took me a while because Im new to this. The guy at the register made me VERY uncomfortable as he stepped away from the register to watch me. Mind you that theres several cameras in the building and a whole tv for them to watch me while standing at the register.So I will NOT be back. Im looking forward to trying the new BLACK OWNED hair store in simpsonville.But to be fair, they have a good selection of wigs and bundles. If your looking for something other than that, I suggest to stay where your at. The place is huge, and clean. I saw human hair wigs start at $109 and blended start at $40.

Best Beauty was not very helpful or friendly. The ladies that was there today October 14th seemed as though they did not want to be there they had no type of customer service in them. No type of conversation, no help, not friendly or pleasant. I spent over $250 and walked out wanting to return everything cause when I git to the register these woman acted as though they were doing me a favor. Will be going to Beauty Beauty on Haywood rd. from now one

This place was just okay. If you are looking for hair. This may be the place for you. If you are looking for anything else, not so much. This was my first visit and maybe my expectations were higher, but in reality it wasnt so great. I expected a better selection of other items. That was not the case, it was limited and the prices were okay.

This large store has a huge selection of well organised beauty supplies at very low prices. From the many eye lashes and assorted hair products to the cosmetic products and patterned tights & hose, you wont be disappointed.
