Ive been there twice and each time was a pleasant shopping experience no one following to see if trying to steal shelves neatly stocked with great up to date items and hair and the price is amazing as well definitely a nice local beauty supply store

Nice beauty supply store and workers are friendly. I like to explore with bright colors when it comes to weave and they didnt have a big selection of bright colors but they did jave a great selection of almost every type of weave you could imagine. Would visit again one thing though they are NOT open on Sunday.

Love the new store, absolutely awesome.!!! Great location. quality hair staff is awesome everything you need right there at your fingertips.The owner awesome .!! If you need something you dont see ask about it. If they dont have, Im sure she will do all she can to accommodate you.Love the atmosphere an the foundation of the store..way to go Ms.Lisa!!

Dont follow you around the store like youre about to steal something like most of them do, but no doubt that theyre watching. 😀

I used to love this store until I was sold a human wet and wavy lace front wig with two almost bald spots. An the owner didn’t want to do anything about it.

The person who answered the phone was rude. I inquired about a product and was told I would have to come in to see if they had it. I was then hung up on when trying to ask a question. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager and was refused.

They always have wigs that are priced wonderfully. I always get assistance with picking a wig out. They also opened the doors for me a few minutes before open time instead of making me wait outside one Saturday morning and small gestures like that are awesome. I always get compliments on my hair when I shop with them.

Love Them! Every time I go in the owner and staff recognize me. They always remind me to keep my receipt for exchanges because I always buy too much or change my mind. They remind me of things that I said I would get the next time (or my hair dryers would have not combs). And they have good opinions. Wigs, weaves, ponytails- if they say it looks good on me, it does.

Good selection of natural hair products, same prices as other BSS, and they had the lip gloss I was looking for 😊
