I love this store! I have to say this is the BEST beauty supply store in town hands down, the store is so organized and clean.The owners were so helpful, kind, and understanding. This is only store I will be going to for my beauty supplies!

I spend a lot of cash here in this store just for purchases of weave wigs and small items. I went here today to get a couple of the 1 piece jump suits they have. I picked up 1. It is $19.99. I asked one of the representatives. . ., is this really 19.99. He said I dont make the prices. Smh. Lawd that thing need to be 9.99.

Professional and respectful service. They have most products that are popular and are very supportive when you are kind of lost in finding what you really need.

False advertising.. wrong prices on merchandise and the store owner and workers want honor it. And it wasnt just one or two packs of hair it was the whole section priced wrong. They didnt believe me so they went and checked and noticed that it was all wrong so they hurried up and changed the prices but still didnt honor the price that was on the merchandise

When I went there, they had everything I needed and more. Very good prices and very good service. Everyone was nice and helpful. I will probably be shopping here and only here in the future.

So to say the least... I love this store and I love that they are open on sundays. I literally just left this store and today was a day I felt uncomfortable and honestly if today wasn’t a Sunday, I would have been putting my items back. I wasn’t able to make up my mind on what I wanted to get today and it did take me a minute to figure out and make sure that what I was getting was what I wanted. The women asked if I found everything ok and I assure them things were good and I ask questions of what was needed. Meanwhile I was still taking a while to get my things together the lady started following me and everywhere I turned around she was there trying to find work near .she also offered to grab my basket but I let her know I wasn’t sure if this is what I wanted and she proceeded to try and grab my things out of my hand.. CONFUSED I let her know once again I wasn’t sure if this is what I wanted and she let it go. So I continue to look around the store and noticed the cashier had been staring at the cameras and could barely Give me eye contact while taking my cash. I don’t know who stole from them but I shouldn’t have to walk around to shop in a store feeling like I’m looked at as a Thief

The selection in this store is amazing. They have whole lines of different products. They were very helpful and friendly. The prices are a little higher than other stores but I think the superb customer service makes it worth it.

I needed help with finding some hair. I was sold the wrong hair after telling the girl EXACTLY what I wanted. After getting my hair done(in a style I didnt original plan just to not waste the hair) I had extra bags. I returned to the store the next morning(the minute they opened) and tried to return the unused bags. They refused to return. I explained that I never received a receipt because when I purchased they were packed and about to close. They still refused and said that I MUST be a member of their store in order to return. I tried to show them my bank statement to prove I purchased the hair at their store. Despite my statement showing their store name, time & date I purchased, as well as their address I was told that they really need a receipt or a membershiporder to return. I even opted for store credit and STILL they refused. I WILL NEVER set foot in that store again!

After todays experience Im just not sure if I will continue to shop and support this business. When this business first open owners were very friendly and helpful. Today I was followed through out the store constantly be asked if they could help me. Once I got to the register I was told that I could place my things on the counter I explained in was fine. Then I was told Im just trying to help you out. I explained that I was fine if I wanted to sit it down I would. I explained to the owner how I felt from the time I walked in the door. He told me I could go and shop somewhere else. I explained to him youre ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!

I have shopped at this establishment since it has opened and bought everything from make-up, extensions, to child hairbows but Never again!! I recently purchased extensions but didnt open until I got to my beauticians salon. To my surprise open one of the two 12 inches and its 10 inches rather than 12. Immediately know that I need to contact them and they will make it right due to customer loyalty and service that they normally give...Owner says take a picture which I do and i even do video so that he can see before we even use it. I let him know I will be there when I come from work. Get there ask to speak with the owner, hes not there but speak to his wife. She says its a misprint and its really 12. I explain to her I just wanted a refund or credit to what I purchased. She then says no because its not her fault and its really 12 even though the outside and inside is different even though we messed ALL this before using. At this point the husband looks at says the same thing we both exchange the same words again. I explain Im an honorable person and have no reason to be trying something you can see from account that I come often and pay with no problems!! So wouldnt make sense to do that now...he then says Im probably trying to steal or something and says to take the hair back!! A hard working a woman of 3jobs sir can take her business somewhere else!!!

Standard beauty supply. Some things arent priced so well but if you know your products youre good to go. They have a nice selection of braiding and crochet hair. Good accessories for little girls hair. Some salon grade products and tools. It does get crowded but they get in and out. They have pretty good customer service as well which isnt expected at a beauty supply. Most times a staff member is walking around to assist customers as needed. Only downfall is the horrible parking situation.

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of press on nails, took them out to see what nail they’d fit on and my nails were longer and wider than the press on nails, so I put them back in the package and took them back to the store. They refused to return and told me to take my garbage with me. I left the nails as there as I expressed I was only looking to exchange, they acted as if they were contaminated.. so I called my bank and had it disputed immediately. Had the $ dispersed back into my account that same day. I’ve been shopping with them for two years and they were so disrespectful. I was disgusted!! Never again.

I really like this place. The staff always friendly and willing to help you carry your things. They offer a membership where you can gain points, and use those points toward your purchase paying less than the actual cost.

I was looking for crochet mambo braid hair. There is no selection, since they only carry the Janet brand. I am not a fan of the Janet hair, it frays after one day of wear. This store needs to offer more selections.

The Prices here are always double or triple Venus prices. The 7 day return policy with receipt is understood. On Oct 13th I purchased a 2nd box of the hair I took pictures of thats on this website. We didnt use it. I rode it around. Today I decided Ill just return it for store credit because I will need some hair this weekend or week but not this hair. No receipt, but I pull my bank statement up that has Beauty and Beauty Haywood Rd. Along with the price of the hair ( purchase cleared on 10/15/19). So this dude says nope dont see the purchase in our rewards system, so no way of verifying the purchase. I ask so the Wells Fargo bank statement is not good enough? He says nope not without the receipt. I say wow. Unbelievable.Now mind you, Im asking for Store credit and Not cash money.Because I Will buy product. Really dude???

I purchased a 360 frontal and 2 bundles from behind the counter. This was in the beginning of July. I had to take my hair out for my job and was able to put it back in last night, so the hair is HORRIBLE NOW it knotting up WAY to easily now and shading. Mind you I washed it before putting it in my head. His answer for this was I’ve been selling that hair for 3+ years now. Ohh and I only worn the hair for 1 week once it’s was first put in

This has been my favorite location. They normally have anything I need. I get my lashes feom here. They are not advanced like Divas but its nice and the men and the short wig lady (she helps me try wigs and wears them herself) are always nice and courteous to me.

Please!!! I repeat Please do not spend your money here. They treat black woman like criminals. Its absolutely disgusting!!!! I was checking out and the Chinese lady was ringing my products up wrong because she was too busy watching other customers. Its obvious she thought they were stealing!!!!!! When I asked her about it she told me to mind my business and that I didnt have to shop there. Let remind you that she needs us not the other way around. I have been shopping here since they opened and have spent thousands!!! Hate to see my hard working money go into the pockets of a racist!!! Never ever again would they get a penny of my money!!!!

Today will be my last visit to this store. The very skinny ugly woman that stands behind the counter accused me of sampling hair grease when I took the cap off of a jar of bees wax to smell it; not to mention it was pouring down raining, and I had a cap on my head. Its funny that Blacks are the ones patronizing their stores, but treat us with such disrespect.

My sister and I shop here all of the time. In fact, we have spent thousands of dollars here since they’ve opened. Our experience today however was utterly disappointing. The owners have instructed their employees to watch the customers like hawks. You cannot have a pleasurable shopping experience without several employees shoving their nose in your face asking you “what do you want?” “Can I help you?” “Are you looking for something special?” NO, I’m just looking for now!!! I don’t mind being asked once but four and five times is harassment and it made me feel like a thief and unwanted in their store. I understand that all customers are not honest and some may deserve this kind of treatment, but if you must run your business this way, you might as well close the doors. They lost 2 great customers today. I will never step foot or spend another dime in this store again and I will suggest that my friends and family do the same. Absolutely ridiculous!

Lady at cash register was very rude to me. I have been shopping here for years. They had free lashes for every customer. My daughter wears lashes but the lady at the cash register took the lashes out her hand and told her she was too young for them. I almost reacted in a negative way. I just left. I will not be back.
