First things first: You will need your mask and your temp will be checked. Please abide by these rules to keep yourself safe as well as the employees who are risking their health/lives to cut and style our hair. It’s a fair trade I think.I was a walk-in today and I did not wait long at all. They had a full house and I was still able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I only received a trim. It looked great. However, $30 for a simple trim is a bit ridiculous. I have never paid that much for a trim. It has been almost a year since I came to them when it was quite a bit cheaper. I understand that businesses are hurting because of our presidents’ total lack of performance. I’m still very happy with the cut. The lady I had was great. She was quick and accurate. We’ve been using their services for about 3 years now. If the prices were, IMO, reasonable I would give them 5 stars. Sorry guys! As much as we appreciate your services, I don’t agree with the prices. I recommend using them if you can afford it. Overall I’m happy, only because I luckily can afford it. 5/5 stars for performance, customer service, wait time, & safety

They always work me in quickly. Very good at listening to what you want. No frills. They sometimes let you go with wet hair so a little hard to judge your cut until later.Convenient and a good value.

Went to get a color today. Morgan did a fantastic job. I enjoyed our talks, very sweet lady. I will be back again and again.

The store is reopened at this location. There is a new staff of mostly younger stylists. Valerie took care of me and Christina did my husbands hair and beard. The salon is clean and cheerful and the stylists are friendly and do good work. There was a sale on shampoo and conditioner which was a bonus. Glad to have them back!

The entire time I got my hair cut I had to listen to 2 grown women complain about another employee. I wanted just a basic trim, layers, and angled around my face. Didnt get a shampoo just because of time and Im glad I didnt I dont think I could of enjoyed it. My hair cut was a hot mess. I got the trim... To most of my hair my angles around my face are two different lengths and no layers. So I had to go somewhere else just to get the hack job fixed. Never ever will return here.

I moved to the area almost a year ago and have been trying to find someone to do my hair. I have definitely found that place now. It says it all in the name ... my hair looks fantastic. I love how everyone was so friendly they listen to what you want done and do just that. I have not been this happy with my hair in a very long time. It is all thanks to the people here. If you are looking for somewhere this place is a must stop in. You too will love it.

If I could give no star I would! My negative review of my so called high light-low light color service was REMOVED!! “To the stylist that demolished my hair, I would like you to know that I am paying a experienced to correct my color! You need to know you are not worth the $130.00 charge!!!!

Eric - at Fantastic Sams (on Evans street next to Davids Bridals) he is THE BOMB! He put me on his schedule about 2hrs before closing time. He took his time and was very professional, listened very well to my wishes and didnt miss any detailing my hair needed. He went far and above the call of duty. I love my hair and the magic he performed on me. Thanks Eric, I will be back!

I just went here to get my haircut this morning. I have been here before several times to get my haircut. Everyone is always very friendly and everyone Ive had so far has done a great job! I also like being able to get my hair rinsed after its cut which you cant do at some other haircut places. I will continue to give them my business! Thank you Victoria!

Haircut was ok. Im a guy that gets nothing special, just a cut. That use to be $13, this time it was $20. Huge jump in price.

My hair stylist was an absolute delight. He made great conversation, but unfortunately after trying so hard to fix a problem with my hair, it just ended up with different problems:( its slightly stacked but its a blunt cut so the bottom is very short and the layers dont blend :( I have no idea how to fix it and may very well have to go somewhere else

They are so sweet to me and my sister who has special needs when ever I bring her in there to get her hair cut.

Went to the salon after calling and asking about getting a hair cut and color done (have never had my hair done professionally) when I got there a lady checked me in then walked back to her client another lady came and went to do the same process and then said oh we dont do coloring after 4. Why wasnt that mentioned when I called then!?! She then tried to see if she could schedule me for another day I work as a phlebotomist and dont have many days off so I asked about Sunday since they are open on sunday and was told no we dont do coloring on sundays either. Very irritating and felt like my time was wasted.

Love this place. I have gone atleast 4 different times and seen 4 different stylists and all were great. Just got simple cuts, but all went well. Continue to return.

Took my wife here to have her hair cut the stylist seemed like he didnt want to be there spent only 5 mins on her and sent her on her way and the cut was very uneven i had to fix it when we got home was A very unprofessional/unpleasant visit will be going elsewhere from now on

This location closed as we were walking up by turning off their lights at 5:35pm when there sign clearlt said that they closed at 6pm.. I am sure a trim dont take more than 15 - 20 min, but now I know that my money will go elsewhere as I am sure they have enough of a clientele to close early...

Weve been getting salon services from them since they opened. I have four sons and a husband that go there as well. Not every cut is an A+ but the price cant be beat. I only had one issue major enough to speak with the manager and she handled it right away.

The stylist listened and cut my hair just the way I wanted it. No appt. But was taken care of in minutes.

I went and I said what I wanted and I was very clear to just shave the sides my hair was at my shoulders and the lady who cut my hair cut everything.she made the top uneven and made the back short and it was at an angle so I had to come home after paying and buzz my whole head thanks to an employee doing what she wanted instead of what I asked for don’t go here they won’t listen
