I was the victim of a hit and run in July. I go to Hollands Auto Repair Center, for my oil changes, brakes, etc. and Scott recommended Phoenix for body repair. I took my car in today and got it back today. It looks fabulous! They did a wonderful job on my car, and I just want to send a shout out to all the folks that work there!

Being a 26 year old female, you never know what to expect with auto repair shops. Phoenix was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, their work and the prices. I felt respected, heard and I could trust the staff working with my car. They were able to work with me in multiple ways in order to get my car fixed quickly without a rental vehicle. I went in last week for an estimate, I was told my bumper and fender couldn’t be fixed but they could be replaced. I made a deposit for the parts and was told to bring my car Monday morning and it could be finished by Tuesday evening. I did exactly that, and just picked my car up at 3pm!!! I am more than satisfied with the quality, professionalism and price. Everyone I encountered at this shop was friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need anymore work done I won’t hesitate to return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went in to replace place my bumper and grill from where someone else had hit my car. Leah at the front desk did an AMAZING job not only helping me through out the whole process But also made dealing with insurance a breeze. I was HIGHLY impressed with the out come of my car And will be going back for any Body work needs. Very professional, great quality work, and the turn around was fast. All in all a great experience.

My bumper randomly fell off (no accident or collision occurred) and i was able to snap it back in place but i wasn’t sure if it was secure to drive! went to phoenix and they said i was missing a few clips and installed them for me! I know they’re used to doing body work and not minor things like that but it was the nearest shop to me and they were super nice and willing to help me with my minor car issue! I will definitely recommend this place and will return in the future!

I came in for an estimate for a scratch on my truck. They offered to try to buff it out instead of painting because it didn’t seem deep enough to require painting. To my surprise they asked if I had a minute that they could do it while I was there. They were able to buff the scratch out of my new truck. To top things off they wouldn’t accept payment for their time so they did this all FREE of charge. I literally had another shop wanting to charge me 500$ to repaint the entire door. I can’t say enough about how nice and generous this was. My door looks brand new again. They will have my business for life and I highly recommend checking them out if you need paint or body work.

I had so much hail damage ALL over my car and they did a phenomenal job fixing it. The customer service is just as exceptional as the body shop. They took my car in last minute and finished it in no time. Leah was so helpful and sweet. She went out of her way to take me to and from Enterprise for my rental car and Russ was a delight to do business with. I will definitely be back if I have any more car issues!

Nobody wants to ever have to see a mechanic..... but when the unfortunate time comes you wantTo be treated just the way these guys treated me. My sunroof was stuck open due to a bad switch. Although there was no temporary fix for it, they fixed it so rain wouldn’t get in my car while we wait on the part to arrive. I’m grateful for them. And they have gained a lifetime customer!

You won’t find a better group of people than the crew that works here. I came in for an estimate after messing up my bumper, and was fairly certain I was in for a very expensive repair. Had I gone elsewhere that may have been the case, however they were able to fix my bumper on the spot! Everyone I spoke to while there was tremendously friendly and knowledgeable. This place can’t be locally owned. Lady in the office was rude she had her back turned to me the whole time while talking and then gave me a high estimate on my car with out looking at it . Went down the street and got my car fixed for a third of the price she gave me .

We were amazed that our car wasnt totalled after the tree fell on the roof, and equally amazed when it came back from Phoenix better than new. We drove away in the rain with a sunroof that didnt leak. (I was nervous about that sunroof when the insurance company said it had to be repaired, though obviously I didnt need to be).Russ also fought the insurance battles for us when they refused to pay for obvious damage from the incident.Thanks to the great team at Phoenix.
