Great family owned business! Have used myself on several occasions over the last 15+years😊and referred my family members&friends.Always completed satisfied with the professional work and customer Service at this shop!

Took car to shop and they drove my car. My car had an extra 3k miles on it. The inside was filthy and smelled like beer. I would pass the shop and men would be in my car not fixing it of course but chilling. I personally had a spare tire on the car so he wouldn’t drive it but he replaced my spare tire without asking me and then charged me. I knew then he was driving my car but they quoted me the cheapest price. Like my father said if you always go cheap you get cheap. These people are not professional and should shut down. The youngest son may be on drugs. Please stay far away from this place. Since getting my car, my check engine light has come on, things are missing from my car, plus they lost the back to my car key. If you have a nice car stay away from this place bc you may see someone else driving your car when it’s suppose to be getting fixed.

Worst experience with an auto shop ever, first my daughters involved in a car accident, car has minimal exterior damage but is leaking oil, I have towed to this shop but car was driveable, owner says a 3/4 day repair, it took over a week & 2 days, day after paying for repairs & retrieving car, engine light is on, its Saturday, call shop, no answer, leave voicemail, but no call bck, Monday call & speak to owner.....fast forward car is immobile & this owner says they didnt do anything to motor....WHAT???? Than they would tow car or repair it at location, after a week, no show & excuses, mechanics n court, mechanics n accident, mechanics axil broke. Lesson learned, dont ever trust a Jack leg auto shop.

3 times they made my car look brand new!!! Always polite and professional. Its tough being in an accident but every time Custom Body and Auto Service made me feel like they cared.
