I recently stopped to replace my windshield wiper blades. The young man who helped me was very helpful, offered me several options, gave me his opinion on which might be the best, then picked them out for me and then carefully installed them so I could safely drive on my way. I really appreciate this high level of customer service!

Started with battery test at NE 6 location. Carefully parked my RV around side of building so not in the way. It was early Sunday morning and clerk was alone. She had me move my motor home so she could keep an eye on my door. And I took up 4 parking spots. As she was testing the battery she kept hitting the device like it wasnt working. She said the battery was fine. I asked her to test the alternator. That was fine. She seemed tired and annoyed and I wasnt sure if the machine was working so I went to the other auto zone on Williams highway. The clerk that help me there was excellent as was the manager who had to come out and remove a bracket to get the new battery in. Their test showed I needed a battery! They lose a star for my experience at the 1st store.

After spending $50 on a part I was told by a woman who work there that I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom. Snarky and rolled her eyes at me. Kind of ridiculous. Went to another store who gladly let me use the restroom without a purchase

AuotZone is a good place to go if youve kind of got an idea what you need but arent sure. I like shopping here for maintenance and repair parts; even if they dont have what I need they can help me figure out what it is and theyll order it for me. Today I bought rotors and pads to change my brakes. The person behind the counter was helpful, kind and professional. They helped me choose the type I needed and fetched them for me. Employees at the two locations in Grants Pass are consistently masked and the counters are marked off with social distancing indicators as well as plexiglass to protect workers and the public from spreading COVID.My only critique is the rewards system is cheap. It gives you 1 point when you spend $20 or more. If you spend $20 or $2000 you get one point. If you have a big purchase and want to get the most points possible, you gotta come back every 2-3 hours once the system resets your account. I spent $200 today and wouldve had to make 4 separate trips to maximize my rewards points (given what I was buying). If this rewards system was actually rewarding Id give autozone 5 stars. As it stands, heres and earnest and hefty 4 stars. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sold me wrong lugnuts.. took back. People did not know how to use computer. Came home went to OReillys and ghost my lugnuts. Drove 2000 dangerous miles due to incompetent workers.

The staff is usually super helpful and I like their free loan-a-tool and check engine services. While this time they did not have the part I needed, at least I have a better understanding of my vehicle than before I came.

Brain the store manager is AMAZING!! We broke down about 30 minutes outside of town yesterday.....we bubble.gum fixed it to make it to Grants Pass. It appeared to be a fuel issue so we started with the filter....boy was that fun in a parking lot. We thought ok now were good but 6 blocks away it died again.....the nearest autozone was not the one we just left and we pushed and babied the vehicle there. There was a code light and turns out we didnt need a fuel filter but we did need a sensor. Of course it was at the other AutoZone and not the one we were at. We had absolutely no way to pick up the part. Brian, the manager, actually went to the other store and picked it up!! What amazing service and what a way to save our day. We got the part in and we are back on the road. Even if we break down in a few more blocks Brain provided outstanding service during a stressful time.

Ordered a turbo through this store because Wendy at the front counter said if you get here and order it before 12 today it will be here tomorrow we rush in on tuesday to get there and order in time and now its thursday afternoon, no turbo, my truck is out of comission cuz we took the old turbo out, and no one at that store knows whats going on! The whole reason we even ordered from this place is the next day availability. Thats a joke should have gone elsewhere.

I reckon I go there most often for my auto supply needs. Always met by friendly helpful folks, willing to aid and inform you in getting your needs and wants met. Cant say Ive ever went away disgruntled or disappointed. I go to the place on 7th street. Grants Pass.

Guys behind his desk are very helpful. Is plenty of free parking and Ill let you use the bathroom in the back if you ask. There never seems to be a whole long line in this location which I really like. They always seem to have what I want which is wonderful. And its one of the cheapest places in town. I really like this AutoZone.

Usually helpful and easy to get what you need in and out. Sometimes they are so busy that it may take some time if you need their assistance with a battery test for example. Other than that the prices are comparable to other parts stores.

Very friendly informative clerk helped me solve a problem regarding my deflated tires on my hand truck. Now I have a foot pump so I can get air in them and use them. I returned because a year or so ago a very kind employee installed the fuse in my car for me since I had no idea which one was blown. It pays to return to a store where customer service is important

Amazing service above and beyond. I had to replace my truck headlight. I did not know how to do it and the service counter person could not figure it out either. So the mechanic took the time to do it at no cost! I will take my truck here for service from now on.

I was very pleased with the service; they did not have what I was looking for, but directed me to their competitor who did have it. That kind of cooperation shows that they care about getting the customer what they want, even if they dont carry it.

I was in yesterday at around 4:30 needing a head light for my Hyundai Tucson. My daughter recommended I just get them both changed. I go in a very nice young man named Tim S was at the cash register I told him I wanted the same ones that were in there now. With out question he said lets take a look. We went outside he popped my hood and pulled out the bulb. With in minutes I was purchasing the new bulbs and then he was installing them, the second one gave him a hard time and he dropped it and it got lost in my front end somewhere. He searched for a while but then said I wont keep you any longer, Ill just go get another bulb. He did and got it in without incident. Then I told him yesterday my right rear blinker went out and I was over by OReillys and when in to buy one and they said they didnt have time to put it in. This young man put it in for me just like that. I will NEVER shop at OReillys again. And Auto Zone is my only go to Auto parts store from now one. Thanks Auto Zone and thanks Tim.

Always helpful. Went in after dealer said my battery was bad, had them doubke check. It was bad so they loaned the tools to swap in a new one in the parking lot. Then teated my alternator. They are always friendly and go above and beyond. They were even helping a lady with a battery swap at the same time being kind to help ease her stress.Good prices and a great place to go for basic maintenance parts.

The store is not bad. But theres been 4 or 5 times of ordering parts and drove 30 miles to pick them up and finding out it was the wrong part. And they didnt have the right one. Very frustrating.

I waited for 10 minutes without even a greeting. Very unprofessional workers. 1 was smoking outside the door. 3 customers were waiting ahead of me. Ultimately went to OReilly. Too bad for them

Worst of the many Auto parts stores in town. I happen to live close by to this one however but Ill never go back. Last time I was there, 5 of us were in line waiting and when the phone rang, they actually took the call and started to help a phone customer before us after weve been waiting in line for 15 minutes already? If anyone in this store ever cracked a smile, or acted friendly, Im sure they wouldnt last long with the other co-workers. Why do I need that kind of service every-time I go there. Theres plenty of other places in town and the others usually have what I need in stock? Unlike this place..lol
