Great customer service and had what I needed when I needed it. This was the only place in town that had the belt I needed for my mustang to run again very happy

They were great, they know their stuff there. Get extreme.

Always seems like a complicated issue to get parts from them. Ordered online and website said part was available, went to pick it up and they didn’t have it and said it was on its way and they would call when it arrived. Never got that call. Went the next day to pick it up. Brought it home, wrong part. Went to return it and they refunded it back to my card but won’t be available for 24-48 hours. Oreillys and autozone both get you refund immediately. Service is weak guy was eating a burger at the counter.

Napa has the parts and can get the parts other stores cant. I needed a part that no one else could get. Napa was able to get the part and have it in store in 2 days. I am very happy with Napa and the staff. Very friendly and they know what they are doing.

They have everything you need. From electrical to gear grease and tools. Always 2 or 3 employees on the register. Line go guick.

Price Gouged me for 27%. Found what I wanted in the showroom, a brake hone, price was $18.99, at checkout $25.99 and would not budge or even discuss it. Take it or leave it is what was implied. Not one more cent or referrals will go their way.

Called for inventory on a part that I couldn’t find elsewhere. The price was about double of what other places could sell it to me for (but they had to order it in). When I went to pick it up, because I was told it was available, it was not at the store. The customer service could be improved.

This is one of the best Napas Ive been too. Its not just that they have almost always had everything in stock (the one time they didnt, they called another place and hooked me up) but also the customer service. As someone who doesnt know a whole lot about vehicles, I am not made to feel dumb for asking questions.

Best auto parts store in GP. Cory runs a great crew from Ed, Paul, Josh to the rest. Im always treated with respect and in return I give it back. Even with custom orders they really go above and beyond to find what you need. I was adapting a panhand bar from a 1995 chevy caprice to my 1965 chevy pickup and needed a bushing that worked. They pulled out the micrometer and went to work looks through tons of data tell I had what I need. I go no where else then Napa.

Napa is the only parts store who makes sure their employees actually work on cars! This particular store has a perfect track record of always getting me the right parts. Tons of selection too, now that they moved into a larger store.

They offer the most reliable parts with the best possible service from its employees. They are all very informative and helpful.

Nice store, friendly staff.Generally speaking, I will get starters, alternators, etc at Napa for the lifetime warranty (so I only have to buy it once lol).For expensive stuff, or stuff that I dont care much about I will go cheaper places, or online, but I have had good success with Napa lifetime warranty parts for years.Also if I have some special odd part from some old vehicle or equipment, I will go to Napa before one of the other chains, because they are usually able to find what I need.
