I always have a great experience when I shop at this store. I am greeted every time I walk in and if I have a question they are quick and help as best they can. All of their products are top of the line and they always offer samples! Not to mention the AMAZING return policy. No complaints here.

I was originally going into look at some primer. I asked her multiple questions about different products. I was also curious about skincare, since my fiancé and I are getting married in August, as well as Im turning 30 this year and I dont necessarily need acne products anymore. When she got busy, she came right back and we kept talking about products. Thanks for the suggestions! I will definitely be back!

Excellent, professional customer service. Alicia (hope I spelled that right) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was just looking while the guys were getting fitted for a wedding. I purchased 3 items that i LOVE and left there feeling/looking so refreshed and relaxed!! Also signed up for the Beauty Insider program after Alicia explained it to me. Honestly SO helpful with out being pushy or overbearing! I WILL be back!!!

Worst customer service ever from Sephora. I just left this store. Only needed to pick up a mascara. I asked if there was a better one than I currently use. I asked which she used bc her lashes were fanned like I was looking for. She said she only uses Kat Von D. I began asking her to point me to it but she was already gone. There was only one other shopper present and employee walked away from both of us toward the register but didnt seem to be doing anything. I really wanted that mascara but wasnt sure I had the right one. Didnt want to bother her again so I left. Purchasing online from somewhere else now.

I LOVE this Sephora, I like all of them, but this one is tops for me. If you have any skin care issues, you MUST go see Rose. Shes very knowledgeable in all things skin care. I definitely recommend scheduling a facial with her. Your skin will thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Rose.You took the time to listen to me and help me even though i was just looking for foundation but i got a lot more than that. Im only 44 and when i walked into the store my face looked tired. Rose took the time and helped me with the right foundation and a hydrating spray which made my face look amazing! I was so shocked how my skin looked younger and fresh, I was so over whelmed by the improvement in face that I actually started to cry I couldnt beleave how pretty my face looked.Rose you are a very kind person who takes great pride in what you do and I just wanted to say Thank You….

I love Sephora, This is a beautiful newer well organized modern location with a great friendly staff. However its a bit of a misfit in this mall, I am very surprised they chose this part of the city and are still doing ok here. It would be very nice to have another one in a more upscale suburb in a more high end shopping center with more stores of its kind. It would do fabulous over in Breton village area, woodland mall or knapps crossing area, it would be a perfect fit in those areas with many people that love quality skincare and makeup. I am so happy to have this beautiful store in the area!!

The price was $38.16. I gave the girl $40.20. She got out her calculator, and gave me back $2.48. Genius. Do I give her more stars, or less?! lol.
