Nice place but they are monitoring how many people are in the store at one time. We had to wait 15 minutes in a line to get in the store.

You walk in and your greeted by someone friendly asking if you need help looking for anything specific. So many choices of body wash, lotions, soaps, candles, sanitizers etc. And I love the scents I love how every season they switch it up. Always have deals going on. Love it.

Welcomed me in as soon as I was comíng in the door! Asked if there was anything I was looking for ! Told about sales! Very nice girl- she helped me through the store up to check out ! The store looked awesome ! Decorated great &alot of stock ! One thing she never gave me the free gift on the coupón- rather disappointed !! Not sure if she used the 20%of or not ! The reciept was kinda cónfusing!

Went in today and had a good time stocking up on lotions & soaps bc of the buy 3 get 3 free. It was a pleasant atmosphere.. we were greeted at the door and asked a few minutes in if we needed any help, but after that the employees didnt really bother us which was nice lol.

I walked in expecting to really bash this place for its awful selection playing over the speakers, but the staff is surprisingly very, very involved with their work and their familiarity with the products, and I found myself buying way more than I went in to get, but Im saying that with a big, dumb smile on my face!DEFINITELY coming back for some other seasonal scents!

Smells wonderful in store and friendly staff.

Worked here for almost 3 weeks. In the beginning of March. Never got a single check. And it’s May. I was not paid for the work that I did. When I called about why I didn’t get paid they said it was out of their hands and couldn’t do anything. I was also trained for about 15 minutes. The environment and the energy in the room between all of the females was not the greatest.

This is my favorite place to get candles, wall insents, and soap I would recommend shopping here

Wish I was given the coupons the other people got after I spent more than 100.00.

Tho the experience was nice, the environmental waste was very high. I was given a bag and a brochure, and told to fill it with the things I would need. Everyone else had the same but I was just browsing. Threw my bag away in the trash, not even used, and the garbage was filled with everyone elses bags. Why so much waste? Atleast provide recycle bins maybe?

The greeter was very polite as she sprayed our hands with sanitizer and asked us to please wait while they did a mid day cleaning. Store was well stocked and all personnel were friendly and helpful.

I dont buy anything from there, but it smells good.

I have been going to Bath & Body Works for many years! I absolutely love the body creams, hand soaps and sanitizer! Right now they have a great fall selection! Always has great deals! I make my way to you every 3 months!

Most unpleasant shopping experience to date. We we force to spray an offensive scented hand sanitizer on our hands, the brunette at the checkpoint entrance insisted on knowing what we were shopping for when all we wanted to do was shop. She kept badgering us to define what we were looking for. When it deemed safe for us to enter she spoke into her headset “mother daughter looking for candles” at which time we were sicked upon by another salesperson. Way too many salespeople attacking customers throughout the store derailing what was supposed to be a fun pleasant experience.

The smells are overwhelming, but the products are nice.

The line to get into the store was 30 minutes long at least. Then the cashier took another 20 min to ring up my product and properly apply my coupons. I love the store, but this was an inefficient visit.

Its a bath and body works. Its what you would expect. Good, but not above and beyond at all.

Made us feel very uncomfortable. Followed us around the store to make sure your mask was always inplace. Wasnt a pleasnt shopping experience.

They are practically vultures here. You cant go more than 30 seconds without them recommending some candle youve already checked out 20 times, and then charge you for a candle you didnt purchase. Nice

I was impressed with how they handled social distancing and safety measures for COVID by hand sanitizing everyone on the way in.

The purpose of coming to a mall is looking through different shops and seeing what you like and what you want to buy. How are we supposed to know what we want if we cant look? As soon as I got there we were forced to spray hand sanitizer on ourselves and we were asked what we wanted to buy when we got in there. I told them I liked the aromatherapy line and they brought me right to it but before I could even finish telling them I was looking at candles as well they were breathing down my neck about what lotion I wanted. Am I able to look? Over sanitizing isnt going to do anything either. Exposing yourself to that many chemicals and sanitizing everything is going to weaken your immune system and youll end up catching something when the flu season does hit. Get a grip.

Horrible experience.Went for the first time after they reopened and the lady at the entrance tells me they have a 20 person limit in their store then proceeds to ask me if I’m actually going to buy something because the store is limited to people who are actually buying stuff. Then she proceeds to ask me what I’m going to buy. I have not been here since March am I not allowed to take a look at stuff? Regardless I am not obligated to buy something. Grandville location Train your workers better! I work retail and have experience with the person capacity and would never treat a customer like that. Store only has 3 scents of hand sanitizers and the employees watch you while you shop. Will not be returning to this location. Employees are unprofessional and were clearly not trained properly for the reopening. Employees act like the store is high end when it is not

As well as can be expected. They were out of hand sanitizer. This is not the fault of the store. I suspect due to people freaking out and bough way more than needed. I stood in line behind a lady that had 10 hand sanitizers and 6 hand soaps. Excessive in my book, and selfish, but as mom used to say when its gone, its gone and others suffer for it. I just wanted 1 for my vehicle, and had to go to Target to buy it, where the sign said only 1 per customer and this is why I found a shelf worth available.This is not a rant on the store. Its not the fault of Bath & Body works nor its employees. Its a rant on people that feel they are entitled, and are selfish, and dont think of the other people that may need it too.Hang in there Bath & Body Works. Thanks for a great product and for what you offer.

So I understand the new rules regarding Covid-19 but this store is definitely being over the top!As soon as we walk up to the enterance, the employee in front asked to stand in front of the cart to explain stuff to us.. ok no issue here.. she then proceeds to explain to us like we’re literally 5 years old all the new rules and that we need to put a piece of cardboard paper at the bottom of our bag. This whole ordeal took way too long and was super condescending.We get into the store finally and I begin to smell the hand soaps (because that’s literally the point of this whole store)..and a rude employee sees us and tells us we can’t smell the candles or soaps. Are you actually kidding me?Upon checkout, the manager proceeds to bag all of my soaps with 1 glove on. Seriously? If you guys are so concerned with the transmission of germs why are you only wearing 1 glove? This part didn’t bother me too much but if you’re gunna be over the top at least be consistent !!!Never had a bad experience at this store but this is ridiculous. The employees are literally breathing down your neck the entire time you’re there and constantly staring at you. Will not be returning to this location!

Store is always clean. Workers are always eager to help. I always try to go in when the Wallflower scents are on sale. If you have a Victorias Secret card, it works here also. Try there lotions. Even as a dude, they do a good job on my dry skin. I just try to get a neutral smell. My fiancee loves their lotions, especially anything with cucumber or coconut for the summertime.

I do like the product but dont care much about the workers. Very snooty!!!

A scent for literally everyone . From candles to air freshener and lotions and soaps to cologne and much more. All different size range too. Perfect for stocking stuffer or grab bags and give aways. Always a sale going on too.

I went in there to get hand lotion in mini size. I was able to find three I liked and I purchased them.

I love their products but Im sick of being hounded right at the door and all the way through the store. They are relentless. No more, Im done shopping there.

I visited this location Thursday evening. I was greeted and assistance was offered if I needed it. I picked out my items and proceeded to the line; there was 1 cashier checking customers out and about 7 other employees wandering the floor. There were 6 customers in front of me and the person at the front of the line was having an issue so the line was not moving. At no point did anyone offer to help the only cashier and after nearly 8 minutes of not moving, I dropped the items I had in my basket (bag) and left. I can’t get over the lack of attention that was being paid to checkout by the other employees. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and leaves me hesitant to return to this particular location.

Went in a few weeks ago and purchased several items. While checking out, the girl ringing me up asked for my email, I said no thank you, and she immediately got rude with me, as if it was completely unacceptable that I didnt give her my email. When she bagged my items, she pushed my bag so hard at me that it tipped. I understand that theyre required to ask for emails ( I used to work in retail too!), but its not expected that everyone gives them out. I also understand that it was busy in the store, and Im sure there was a lot going on, but regardless, her reaction and attitude to a simple question-response was completely ridiculous, unexpected, and uncalled for. The other sales associates were helpful & friendly though!

I have never received such terrible customer service. The employees were very unhelpful and spent to much time chit chatting and whispering about customers in the corner than actually doing there job and assisting them. I did bring it to the managers attention and she did seem concerned but didnt do much about it. I walked out empty handed that day because of it and dont plan to ever be back. I will proudly take my money elsewhere. I was only able to get the name of one of those girls unfortunately and I believe it was Erin.

Every smell in this store makes me want to buy the whole place and take it all. Cant go wrong with the new peachy sents and the summer line that just came out is amazing!

Didnt like how their help seems to rush at you the instant you walk in the store. I like their wall flowers, but their lotions, body wash and fragrance all smell a little different but have an tendering smell that is the same in all of them
