Bill and Daniel are very knowledgeable. They knew my problem immediately. That same day they ordered a new transmission and it only took them 2 business day to replace it and have it ready for me. That says something because I have a 2011 Traverse AWD and that job is very labor intensive. This is the second car they have helped me out with, I will always come here for transmission problems.

IT FEELS GOOD NOT GETTING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!! They could’ve easily just serviced my transmission like I asked (given false information on a service) not only did he give me proper info on my transmission and when it really needed to be serviced he educated me on my transmission and answered my questions about my car no one else could!!! SEE YOU AT 100k miles!!!!!!! #TEAMAAMCO btw I have to get my headlight bulbs replaced definitely going to see if they offer this service I NO LONGER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OTHER PLACE NOW!!!!!!

Love the professionalism and willingness to infoarm, we all know that is rare with auto shops. We had to replace our torque converter on a 2016 explorer called around and check tons of reviews. Shops in Wilson had inconsistent reviews, and the costs varied from $1600-2500. A lot of money to not get good service. I searched rocky mount and Goldsboro. This shop had they best reviews!!! Nothing negative at all. It might be a drive depending on your location. But it’s worth it to know the job is done right! We dropped off oct 1st and picked up the 9th. It was actually ready sooner than he suggested. 1 year warranty included. But I would recommend this shop if you want professional and honesty! Can’t put a price on that. And no, I’m not getting paid for this review.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone, they are wonderful caring people who do amazing work! On a Friday an employee stayed way past closing for us to pick our car up because our ride did not show up to get us and we had to wait on another one, after not having a vehicle for over 3 weeks they came to our house towed our vehicle, fixed it and held it until we had all the money to pay! Mr.Bill and his staff are great caring people!

Weve taken three different vehicles here and received good, honest service. The last vehicle was our 95 van. Two vehicles were checked over and nothing wrong, not even a fluid change! The last just needed a fluid change and then we went on a 2700 mile road trip and had no issues. Very trustworthy place. Thanks!

I talked to the owner and felt very comfortable with him. He explained everything to me. He wanted to make sure if it was my transmission and not something else. He seems like a guy you can trust. Wow! Just Wow! I have a very old car and no one in Goldsboro or neighboring towns wanted to work on it. It is in great shape except for some minor issues. Bill Kaglic (owner) really knows customer service! He went over every detail and every option and broke it down for me so that I understood. They were able to identify an issue caused by another shop and they fixed it. To be honest, they went well above and beyond what was expected. Bill works very well with his other employee Daniel, and together, they accurately diagnosed my issues, but I decided to still have the rebuild kit installed anyway just for peace of mind. They were right and it was not a transmission issue, but an engine issue. They also have a very nice shop. Albeit they seem very busy, they will stop to address issues with each customer than comes in. These guys deserve the highest recommendation that I can give! Customer care is their business and they really want you to be satisfied. I was even asked to call back in a few days and let them know how the car is running! If you have ANY transmission issues, THIS is the number one recomended place to take your car! They are honest, caring, and professional and they will tackle jobs that everyone else shyed away from!
