Don’t let the “tires” portion of their name confuse you!!! I took my son’s car to Gold City Tires after being recommended by a friend. We had already taken it to the ‘stealership’ and spent more money than I wish to mention, bought our own parts (about $500 worth) to throw at the issue and had numerous hours of DIY, trying to fix it. Dropped it off and got a call back the next day saying they thought they had found the problem - corroded wires in a wiring harness - and asked me if I want to proceed with the repair, which he priced on the phone. They fixed it for a VERY reasonable price and we picked up the car the next day! I wish I had known about them sooner! If you’re looking for a friendly and reasonable repair shop, this is the place!!! I have now found the perfect, local repair shop in Goldsboro!

I always take my vehicle here for inspections and I usually only wait for about 20 minutes. Taking it to Firestone, even with an appointment, youll probably wait 5 times that length! This place has great prices and the staff is super friendly and seem very knowledgable.

I can’t believe people would accuse this company of ripping people off as I have witnessed them telling people that they didn’t need the air filter changed when they could have just done it and charged for it. Honest work and great people. People exaggerate.

It took them 2 months to install a fuel pump and 4 tires. I drove my vehicle 8 miles before having to be towed back. They are only good for simple repairs. No diagnosis work is recommended.

Because we wanted to order n put in the part ourselves they tried to charge us triple what is was worth. Took car to another shop and was told it would $50. We paid them almost $500! Dont upset them or they will rip u off

Brought a 2008 pontiac torrent to the shop for a fuel gauge not working and was told that the problem was in the tank meaning a sending unit this diagnoses cost our company 850 plus dollars when we ordered and installed a new fuel pump and sending unit fuel gauge still did not work now we have 1300 plus dollars in the repair thats when i checked wiring and found a broken wire when repaired fixed the problem BEWARE THIS COMPANY I COULD NOT GIVE THEM 0 STARS ON RATING SO I HAVE TO GIVE THEM 1
