At 49000 miles and being a 2020 the factory powertrain warranty was all you needed. The other warranties could have been obtained from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle........if my factory warranty had expired.Refused to honor factory powertrain warranty, lifetime powertrain warranty purchased separately, and 10 year 150,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty purchased separately on my Ram pickup.

First, a big Thank You to Jason the Service Manager. I had a blow out east of town late in the day and I spoke with Jason, he found a tire for me and even drove me and my gear to a local hotel. The next morning, Jason called with an update, and Alex picked me up and brought me to the dealership. My repair was completed quickly and I was back on the road. Jason went above and beyond what was needed and I greatly appreciated the help. This is the definition of exceptional customer service helping your customer. Had the best service ever with a women whose last name is Barnett! I came in to make an appointment And she noticed my car was making an awful awful noise! She went Above and beyond to make sure I got home safe with my son! They took my car into the shop to fix whatever was wrong without an appointment! I took my 2016 Ram 1500 in for a engine noise. They told me it was the exhaust manifold bolts were broken and I needed new manifolds they said they removed the inner fender wells to inspect it. The Truck had mud on it there were no signs of the inner fender wells were removed. the estimate was $2,600.00 I had 2 new manifold studs installed witch sealed just fine for $485.00 by a reportable shop. They said the manifolds were not damaged. Shame on Berthod Motors. I worked for Fred back in the late 70s He would have never condoned this kind of rip off practice. My Truck was barely still in warranty too

I just wanted to shout out the parts department! Michael was amazing through every step. He ordered me the exact parts I was looking for and went above and beyond making sure I got them… He stayed late one night and I could not make it at a decent time so he offered to drive them to me in silt! Sure enough the next day he stopped on his way home from work and brought me my parts. 10 out of 10 customer service will be coming back to get more parts from him!

I understand the entire world is short staffed right now. I am waiting for my vehicle that only needed a multi point inspection and alignment. They told me it would take about 2 hours. Ive been waiting for 3 hours and they have just informed me it will be a minimum of another hour. This is just insane. If I knew it was going to take all day I would have just taken it to a discount tires or something like that.

What amazing customer service! I have bought many cars over the years and good dealers are few and far between. Kelly made this such a simple transaction even though I was buying from over 1700 miles away. They handled every detail including having the car delivered to my door with in days. If I could give a 10 for a star rating I would! I’ve been searching for months for a Chevrolet Colorado, and got ghosted from a dealership who clearly didn’t want my business. So I decided to call Berthod, I couldn’t have been more happy with the results!! Shuree did a phenomenal job and was just as energetic as I was about getting the truck! The financial department also stuck their neck out for me fighting to get me a better monthly interest rate as we were signing the beginning paperwork even though we had already started the financial process days before! I would love to support Berthod Motors as a local business, but they have been terrible about responding to me. We were in the market for a new Promaster Van and we stopped buy and met a sales rep. In follow up, I called three times to ask him to call me back so we could buy a van, but never got a call back. We bought elsewhere. Now we have the van. I called about a parts question, got voicemail, left my number and never got a call back. Now I need service. Two days ago I called and was again put through to voice mail. I still havent gotten a call back. I requested a service appointment on the website that day too, and still no response.Maybe business is just too good to return a new customers phone calls, let alone answer the calls in the first place?! Good luck with that business model!

Michael in parts was absolutely amazing came in to get wipers and some parts for our old hero and had no idea what I was looking for! My husband tried to explain and I didn’t understand. Michael helped me locate the parts I needed and did not make me feel stupid while explaining what they are and how they are used! It’s nice to have a place in the valley that stands by there work and take pride in themselves! You have a great employee and wish we could find more like him for our business!

Jason Pidcock and Celeste took great care of us when our 2021 Grand Cherokee had an oil pressure issue. Even though we bought our Grand Cherokee out of state they treated us like family when we had it towed to their facility. At first they said it would be two weeks until a tech could look at our car, after one day they called me back and already diagnosed the engine needed to be replaced. The engine was ordered and they provided us with a 2020 Grand Cherokee to drive in the meantime. Three weeks later Jason called to say our GJ is ready to go. Outstanding customer service! Your team at Berthod Motors rocks!

God bless this dealership and Michael, I don’t ever write reviews but he needed to be praised! I went in looking for parts for my 1999 Ram Diesel I am a business owner who relies on this truck for work and can’t afford for it to be down! My truck was having fuel issues and I didn’t have the money to get it looked at by service this time and parts were a week away.... Michael went above and beyond and brought spare parts he had for his truck at home to my house on a Wednesday and helped me put them in! He stayed until midnight making sure my truck was up and running for me so I could go back to work! I will only be using this dealership for all my parts and service needs from now on god bless this dealership and Michael! Will be suggesting all my friends and everyone who read this to come to this dealership!

Needed a new Tonneau cover for my Ram 1500 after a freak accident damaged the one that came with the truck. My salesman Randy, sales/service manager Jason and the staff in the service department had my back and went to work getting me a new cover installed in a very short period of time. Cant say enough good things about them. The service I received and the professional manner in which I was treated makes me know I made the right decision switching to RAM Trucks. 5 stars plus a few.

Update to my review, parts department used to be amazing Michael provided excellent service. Now it’s just grouchy old men blaming former employees who can’t defend themselves. No wonder everyone seems so unhappy seems to be a terrible work environment with a terrible service department. Never answer the phone my parts had forgotten to be ordered multiple times friends are having similar experiences. Unacceptable I remember when customer service mattered.

Went there expecting the worst and had one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I usually don’t do reviews but if you need oem parts and someone willing to go the extra mile mike is your guy! I went there dreading what sort of experience I was gonna have because of past experiences. Whether it be the girl answering the phone and not helping me or the previous parts guy just looking at me like a dollar sign. I went in thinking I needed an alternator and starter which are not cheap! Mike instead of just selling me the parts that I did not need went out of his way to try and set me up with service to make an appointment but they were booked out for two weeks, so he went out of his way and said he carried a tester in his vehicle and came out and tested my alternator and starter showing they were good and my batteries were bad! He sold me two batteries and saved me over 1100 dollars in parts I didn’t need. I will be coming back to this dealership only for all my parts needs!

First off the sales team is amazing. But, unfortunately the service team is AWFUL! When we bought our Jeep it was an amazing experience and we were told that if we had any issues that were covered under warranty, they would provide us with a vehicle while ours was being serviced. So, our vehicle needed some warranty related maintenance and they refused to give us a vehicle and stated that we would have to pay $40 a day for a rental. Then, when my wife got an update and explained she would need the vehicle dropped off at her work 1 min down the road, the manager stated she would have to drive the tech back and drop him off. After that, the next person to call and give an update stated that one of the issues wouldn’t be covered by our warranty and I said that’s fine we would wait to get that taken care of and he said ok well your vehicle is almost done I think (very unsure) and he would give me a call back. When he called back he said that the vehicle should be ready to be picked up and to call them 15 min before we headed to pick it up. I explained to him that the vehicle was supposed to be dropped off with my wife or she was supposed to be picked up by their shuttle and he said oh ok well it’s almost done. Then before he hung up he said oh and btw the diagnostic test done for the other issue wasn’t covered either. I said ok what does that mean? He said oh well it’s $146 out of pocket. They never explained before running that test that it would be an additional charge or ask permission to run the test in the first place. Now I’ve been calling for the past hour trying to get ahold of a supervisor and everyone I get transferred to it goes to their voicemail. I’m beyond furious at this point. 😡

Disorganized - brought my jeep to them on 10/8 to arrange replacement of my rear view mirror and a oil change. They said the soonest they could get me in was today. I live an hour away and they seemed disorganized so I called to confirm my appointment before leaving. No answer. Left a voice mail. No return call. Nonetheless, I made the trip over because I needed to get this taken care of. The first two people I spoke with both asked me if the mirror was ordered. I said I hope so. The third person told me that it broke during shipment. Who knows if it was ordered or not. I was asked if I could come back tomorrow with no offer to make it right. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Well Berthod just showed me why I have been a Ford owner my whole life. A month ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and purchased a Dodge truck from another dealer, but it had outstanding recalls so I reached out to Berthod for help. Big mistake! I made an appointment three weeks ago and they new it had 7 recalls worth of work to do. My appointment was today. Dropped it off at 7:30am picked it up at 4:15pm. None of the recalls had been done! NONE!!!! Not “we got a couple of the recall items finished and could you drop it off again sometime?”, but instead no effort whatsoever! It’s not like I dropped it off with no notice or no appointment and expected 1 day service. I made an appointment, I drove 30 miles to their shop, I dropped it off early, I picked it up late, I took off work, and spent money on gas just so it could sit in their parking lot and look at the new roundabout at 27th and Grand. Hope this truck lasts. Sorry for abandoning you Ford. I will be back:)

Nice people but I had made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and informed them of the issues and they didnt even think to get the parts for the day of the repair. then two days after they had my car they called with a solution and said it would be done next day. Next day came and they had to push it thru the weekend.... avoid if you can but i needed a recalled part fixed as well or i would have gone to Howard in Aspen

Our daughter is out of state at college, so we made an appointment over a month in advance to have her Jeep looked at while she was home for Christmas break. We only had a short window of time before she had to head back. After no word in 3 days, my husband went down to check on the status and they hadn’t even looked at it. Needless to say, it sat down there for nothing and she had to head back to college without the problem being fixed. Will most likely never go back.

Bad service took 2 weeks to get an appointment and 2 weeks for them to take a look at my vehicle. An hour of over $600 for a diagnostic they didn’t fix and it was a wrong. Maybe it’s because they don’t have enough techs, this was my experience hopefully it’s not everyones.

Bought a brand new ram 1500 on July 27th. Needed to get it in two days later as the rubber window trim on a window was coming off. I was told by service dept it would be over 25 days to get it looked at and fixed. What a joke! Was rude once I said that seems like a long time. I Will never go back to this dealer. Stay away as there service dept is as bad as it gets.

Took her car in there for service a 2004 Grand Cherokee and they service the car but never bothered to wash the car after we spent $400 to change the oil and transmission fluid and then didnt notify us that we had a small oil leak and weve had to take it to some other place where we can get it fixed the prices are a little bit too high and I wasnt too impressed with the service writers we were close to buying a car there but then we decided not to

I whent for a recall on my dodge truck, they took 4 hrs to perform a job the was promised be done in 2 hr, after that they say they didt have one part to complete the 3 recalls my vehicle have ( I schedule those recalls 1 month in advance and they said they will have all the parts.) they promised again they will order them and they will call me in a week... they never call so I stop by after 2 weeks ( I live 2 hrs away and they new that in the beginning) to address this issue, they promise again to call me because they did recive the part again... so after 2 more weeks they didt call again so I call them and they said i dont need anything and they will close my recall in the system. My truck still need the service because dosent feel right I also tell them whatever the truck needs is ok to go ahead and replace they didt do nothing.. waste my time and monney in gas and energy. I will never recomend this services center for dodge, i dont know about the dealer but the services department really sucks.

Dont buy from here:Just dontI was originally going to buy a 2016 Renagade on property however they kept lying to me telling it didnt have a first time buyer program ( Which doesnt exist) and was telling me that the cheokee did which is 10k more than the renagade. so I went to Denver and bought one a year newer and 2k cheaper.It doesnt end there.After buying the Jeep, I went over there to get it serviced to change the AC and it took them 5 HOURS TO DO, Id rather break down and be stranded then deal with them again.
