This store is closing in Oakridge mall. They did not have much inventory. So sad to see this store go.

Safe clean environment. Limited capacity made me feel safe with covid.

Friendly staff, well laid out. Fully stocked with the latest seasons items. Great when you need a Disney fix but cant get to Disneyland.

Good size mall Disney location. Some activities for the little ones are available, drawing area and videos, which is nice. The rest is pure Disney. If you like the brand, and dont mind paying for it, then it is a great place to shop. Consistently excellent customer service is a Disney hallmark and this store wont disappoint in that regard.

Barrel into the usually come here whenever Im at the mall. There are times when they dont greet me at the door and that makes it seem impersonal and like I dont matter. But most the time Im greeted very pleasantly and happily. The managers are amazing and the employees are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend coming here the mall is great in the Disney store is even better. Especially if you like dizzy stuff including Star Wars and Marvel and the princesses and Mickey Mouse. Options 10:01 p.m. for a post headings and landmarks or options

Staff are pretty nice, though im sure they are under contract. I only come here because my 21 y/o friend still has NOT grown out of buying stuffed animals, at this rate the spending will never end sigh*, so thanks for feeding her addiction. Now now I understand that its our own problem to deal with but anyways, the store is also pretty well kept they have a large selection of stuffed Disney characters. The employees are always enthusiastic and nice.

Psst...a secret about this place...go at opening for the magic opening ceremony and bring your kids! This place is about 90% young kids store and toys, about the only adult thing youll find here are T-shirts and occasionally a few jackets. Nevertheless, still quite fun!

Items on sale were somewhat good. However, I scored a star wars weapon toy from last movie for about 75-80% off. Mostly, items are pretty pricey until you wait for a good sale June/July and Dec/Jan.

Disney stores are pretty similar all-around, but this one is always neat and clean, and the staff seems genuinely friendly and happy!

Came and bought some things for my daughter the other day, great selection of toys and the staff is always helpful .

It was pretty much disappointing. There were not many good quality plush toys and very few marvel collections. Overpriced shop!

Smaller thank the Valley Fair location but sometimes has more inventory and variety. Doesnt have the big screen TV and activity area for kids but still a great store.
