Purchasing experience was fine. I think I got a great deal. In fact I enjoyed the attention from the owner and the finance manager, and sales staff.But the maintenance service was the worst Ive ever experienced with any car Ive owned. After all, this is a luxury brand with which they want to compete with German and Japanese cars. The service rep flat-out lied about the loaner car policy. She said they cant provide a loaner car for my insurance policy. I have a coverage with a major insurance company, and it turned out a lie. Then she kept my car for a few days, not even bothering to update me on the status until I called towards the end of each day. Even then, she rushed to end the call and I probably spoke to her less than 30 seconds each time. Her excuses for keeping the car seem all lies.Sorry to give this bad review because of one service rep. But it was bad enough to reconsider buying a Genesis next time. The brand offers very good value for the price you pay, but the consumer also needs a good service after the purchase. Genesis is not up to par for that, well, at least this dealership. Comparing their maintenance service to other luxury brands is a joke.I am going to another Genesis dealership for my next service and see if they are all the same. If so, they cant survive in the luxury vehicle segment of the market.

Let me start by saying when you are trying to build a luxury brand to compete with BMW and Mercedes, you will need to do an extra work to match their dealership experience.This Genesis dealership ruines the genesis experience from the ground up. They talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. They dont show you any welcoming gesture. They are so rude in talking and responding and if you dont come in with in Rolls-Royce they dont even try to help you.They intentionally ignore you while you are there. The place itself is very unwelcoming unlike the bmw and Mercedes that are 2 blocks away.This specific location needs light years before they reaching any good level of customer service. The owner/manager is so rude and obnoxious. I dont suggest visiting this location at all no worth your time and not worth getting humiliated by their staff and management. I will be filing a report of complaint with Hyundai about this location

I was hesitant to go to this dealership based on the reviews and I wish I didn’t. It turned out to be the worst and most insulting customer service experience I’ve ever had. The salesperson was extremely rude and disrespectful and the manager just didn’t care. I put up with it at first but it got so bad that I had to leave. I sure was not going to buy a $75K car from this joke of a place. In fact, this terrible experience made me completely change my mind about buying a Genesis.I filed a complaint with Genesis customer service.

Went in today to try genisis of glendale another try and yet again no one was trying to show me the gensis gv80. I could tell I was being judged because of the clothing I was wearing. I was previously turned off to this dealership because of a sales person named David, I wanted to test drive the gv80 and he told me I couldnt test drive the car because it was too expensive to be test driven and yhat they only let you drive it once you make a deal.How does anyone make a deal on a car they never driven?? If genisis is trying to make a name for itself as a luxury brand they really need to step up there customer engagement/ customer service. Its a terrible feeling when sales associates treat you like your poor. If I couldnt afford the suv I wouldnt be shopping for it.

David the salesman is very rude and unprofessional. Ruined my experience at that dealership. I let the manager know about my experience but I don’t know how serious they’ll take it. There is another review about David and how bad of a worker he is. He should not be working there. I would be surprised if he is still employed there if I ever decide to go back. It is unfortunate that the next closest dealership is in South Bay. If you ever go and are serious about getting a car, do not let David be anywhere near the process. A very bad look on that dealership and I hope they find someone better to replace him because g70s are beautiful cars and should not be represented by him. Thank you.

I do like this dealership because the dealers and sales Personnel are pretty cool and know their stuff about cars. I just wish that the dealership itself was bigger because parking there is a hassle and in order to see cars you got to drive to another lot, on top of that there used car lot is also in another area down the street. But the dealership does care about your safety and they do care about your well-being other than just selling you a car. Ive had two transactions with them so far the first one didnt turn out so well due to safety reasons with the car and the second transaction was a better upgrade that Im in love with. Overall good dealership just really small lot

Unprofessional. Judging via voice and how you dress. If you told a kid, they might believe you. Not me. 2022 model whether it is genesis or other auto maker, it never arrive in 2022. It always arrive early in 2021. I have purchased multiple car including benz, honda, bmw, audi. So sorry. Not earn my business here. That salesman need to be taught how to treat customers again. Based on our old quote “customers always right and first”

I called in and the sales representative I talked with completely lied to me and didnt give me a direct answer to a question I still need an answer to. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away because they will give you a poor experience and make you feel you arent worth their time.

We had an end-of-lease G80 from another Genesis dealer, and called Genesis of Glendale for some guidance about which way to go. My call was picked up by Austin, the next day we were sat in front of his desk while he went through our options, and two hours later we were leaving with a new lease on a dealer-demo 2020 G80. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, Austin and Don, the head of Finance, made us feel incredibly welcome, and most importantly, we trusted what they were telling us.I wish I could do business with this dealership every day. There was no pressure, no sleaze, just an honest and rewarding business transaction for both of us. You cant get much better than that.The car is kick*ss too, that always helps!Also, we received a totally unexpected thank you gift today via USPS from Jae, the General Manager. Thats never happened before in all my interactions with car dealerships. It really quite blew us away, thats thoughtful customer service.

Everyone from the GM to the guy who wiped down my seats after my 2 year old stood up on them and got them dirty was friendly, professional and respectful of me and my time. I got a fantastic deal and didnt have to waste a ton of time negotiating. The GM was transparent about pricing. He started negotiating at dealer invoice, didnt try to load me up with a ton of things I didnt want, and and didnt try to make an extra buck by loading me up with miscellaneous fees. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Every person my wife and I dealt with while selecting our new Genesis G70 was professional and friendly. When the combination of colors and features we were looking for was nowhere to be found within a hundred mile radius, they offered to give us a matching model for the three weeks it could take until the next shipment arrived... but thanks to their connections within the budding Genesis dealership community, the team at Glendale Genesis was able to locate and secure exactly the car we wanted from a dealership on the other end of the state - including sending a driver to get the car and bring it back same day. If you are in the market for a Genesis (and Id argue you ought to be!), you wont regret trusting the Glendale team to handle your lease or purchase!

I called and talked to David who told me is a sale manager, he was very unprofessional and rude, when I asked when to come and see/ test drive a G90, he said you can’t test drive and only you can come to the dealership with money ready to buy the car!!! I told him how come I can come and purchase a 70k+ car with not even see it in detail and test drive? He replied: this is the rule of this dealership and if you are unhappy you can go somewhere else!! I’m very disappointed from this dealership, this dealership alone is enough to ruin all Genesis effort to come to a luxury side of the business.
