There is a man that works here. I believe his name is Mark or Mort...something that starts with a M. (Sorry, I couldnt hear well). My boyfriend and I came in yesterday with battery issues and Mark was so kind. I truly wish we had cash on hand to give a tip. He cleaned corrosion off of our battery and it cranked up like normal after that. Mark truly went above and beyond for us with his attitude. Truly a great attitude and deamenor he displays. I cant describe it. He was overly nice. I was speechless by how kind and polite he was to my boyfriend and I. Thank you Mark!

Today was great. Stopped in for a warranty replacement for a friend of mine. He purchased the part at another location and a carquest I was told advance has purchased the chain. The staff here were awesome. They were having a hard time finding the warranty info because it was from the other stores system, rather than getting the run around the manager made the call to warranty it under customer satisfaction. This isnt my regular store but I will be returning to this one for any major purchases. I was doing a favor for an elderly neighbor who lives far from this store. No headaches or problems, I got the new started and he is a happy old guy with a running truck. Thanks to everyone there for the help. I will definitely be back. In and out in less than 10 minutes, definitely take great care of their customers.

This location always bends over backwards to get things done. Ive stopped going to the other parts stores due to this locations customer service. They stood behind a $250 part that they didnt have to replace. all on their dime. Hard to find that level of service anymore. They constantly send 20% off coupons, so their prices should make you buy here too! Thanks guys! Good work!

Ryan, James and Bob are all my commercial experts, and parts experts here. I don’t feel comfortable using any other locations due to people having lack of experience, or selling the wrong parts. Thankfully with this crew I never get the wrong parts, so I can look forward to that, additionally, they do great on helping me out even when I have questions. Ryan is also doing a great job sending customers who need work done and are looking for a trustworthy person to work on their vehicles. I really appreciate it, and appreciate this location significantly.Thanks Advance, and thanks to James, Ryan and Bob, really appreciate the hard work. Great stock and excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable counter staff at 60 ave & Bell location. They are all seasoned professionals. Source out of CarQuest warehouse so good quality. I find they have more Moog components than competitors which is great if you dont want to keep changing out the same Lifetime warranty parts.

My car didnt start so I knew mt battery needed a jump. I headed home, grabbed my receipt from 2019, (I left the car running so it wouldnt need another jump) and within an hour I was back home with my free new battery. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. A great experience from an unfun event.

The store its self has a lot of useful stuff in there,but the customer service lacks. Very rude staff except for one person in the whole store. The gentleman that cashed me out was nice everyone else was extremely rude and I definitely would not recommend on coming to this location.

I dont have a car but you could multi go up in that buy anything for anything that has volume down one reel to reel three wheels on your four-wheeler go ahead and grab your part if its something that you aint looking for ask somebody if its something that you want tell somebody something else broke go ahead and go to auto parts and get it fixed they got everything you need might even let you use the two or two if you want to fix a vehicle outside never know you might need a friend if you aint got a friend Richie

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I had a headlight goo out on my car and they help not only find which bulbs would work for me car but also which ones are going to give the most value. I wanted the brightest bulbs that wouldnt burn out within a year and also not cost more than it should.

I was in your store last weekend needing windshield wipers and a alternator. I have visited this store twice. My experience was totally disappointing.1. I brought Break Fluid online on the Advanced Auto Parts website and wanted to return it at this location. The rep said he could not find the order number in the system though I have shown him the confirmation number from my online receipt and he asked me to contact the phone number which is beneath my online order instead of reaching out to them and helping me.2. The second time I have brought a coolant at the store and because my mechanic said I did not need it, I tried to return it back at the same store without my receipt. The rep totally denied to accept the return because I did not have a receipt. We are living in a Digital world and who carries a receipt now a days? I also requested to share my credit card transaction and he is totally unsure if how to check online which was made couple of days ago and asked me to bring the receipt instead.I would definitely have the management look into this!

Im sorry but my experience with this location was horrible. After I paid and ordered my parts yesterday. I was told they would be ready for pick up this morning. I had already made arrangements with a auto shop to have my parts put in at 8:15 this morning. The parts werent available till after 1 today. Now I have to find another auto shop to install my parts. And Lou the manager didnt seem to care. I hope they are more helpful to future customers. I will not buy from them again.

I want to take the time to thank the staff at Advanced Auto Parts at 60th Ave and Bell Road. When my truck broke down nearby they went Above and Beyond in helping me diagnose the issue. The staff is real knowledgeable and Ill definitely be going back when parts are needed.

Brace yourselves; Terribly unprofessional and rude staff. The manager at this store needs to be evaluated ASAP! This is a review of the staff because all stores carry the same merchandise.I called in beforehand to ask what to do with a part that was defective [few months after purchase] and was told to buy a new one and return the old one for a refund. Doesnt seem right that I should pay for the part AGAIN and return it but hey, do as youre told, right? Wrong.I did that and when I showed up to the store 3 employees were too busy to greet and help me. Eventually a younger female said shed help but refused to do anything regarding my return claiming she cant see any info on my purchase because I bought it online, [FYI Advance Auto Parts has if not the best software program out of all the automotive parts stores]. I told her I didnt grow up in a tree and to check again because I know how their systems work. She refused and claimed she cant do anything because I didnt have my original receipt print-out even though I have the order number. I told her to figure it out but was met with more ignorance and attitude.She then got a guy named Red who told me to come some time between 3-5pm when the manager was in. When I asked what he meant by some time he said, well we dont know exactly when hell be in. When the staff doesnt even know when the manager is in, you cant expect much of anything.I went home and dug through my receipts and found the print-out and brought it back to the store 10 minutes before they closed.When they saw me they all looked at one another and mumbled something inaudible...probably admiring my persistence, Im sure. The third chunky guy with a lanyard hanging out just said peace out and good luck and left. The female gave Red that look employees give you when they want to curse you out but remember they need their jobs. She then said boldly that theyre about to close to which my response was well the door was unlocked and its not 9pm yet. Red took over and somehow he suddenly realized that he misunderstood why I was returning the part and said oh its defective! Why didnt you say it was defective?. Of course my response was: Well why do you think I came here with the old part?. Dumbfounded he allegedly refunded me the money and we parted ways.The staff at this location is knowledgeable, rude and have entitlement issues...not sure why, this isnt a BMW dealership. It is a shame because someone invested quite a bit of money to remodel this AAP. I am confidently never giving this branch another penny of business. Will definitely follow up with corporate to see if AAP as a whole deserves any business in the future.

Good location to find auto parts for American-made cars. Floor mats, exterior mirrors, electrical parts, motor oil, tools and a large variety of chemicals. Batteries and most engine parts available.

Have a commercial account with Advanced and love the dedication to customer service here. I used to go to make model year and needed to find a new place when it closed down... Thankful I found this gem and who new the same manager runs this from Make Model Year!!! Thanks James for putting in lots of time going over your books to find hard parts that only cost a few dollars. Not many people have the dedication and savy you do! Keep up the good work and and Ill keep coming back to you guys with my bisbusin and always refere you over anyone!!

Walked-in to see two employees eating chips at the cash register, talking, they did not acknowledge me when I came in. There were another three service people behind the counter working on something with a customer which was fine they were busy I did not expect to be acknowledged. I asked the chip eating employees for specific product to which I was questioned why I would use that specific product for that specific reason I responded that I was told it was the best product to use by my mechanic. One of the two chip eating employees wandered off came back sayiglng, No they dont have it and that was it... I said, Great AutoZone does so Im going there... what a big fat let down... if this is their grand opening the bar is set so low I cannot even limbo beneath it!
