I will never let them touch my Jeep again. Went in to get some front end suspension work done and ended up with broken front diff seals. I had to resort to a bad review before anyone would even call me back about it. After finally speaking to someone I took it back to get the seals replaced, and its still leaking. And on top of that on my drive home I got a major leak from my cooling system. I cant say for sure that they were the cause, but its just too much of a coincidence for me to feel comfortable dealing with them ever again. I was hopeful that I had found a home for all of my upgrades, but I guess the search continues.

Got new wheels and tires. Mechanics were great. The service in ordering parts and letting me know when my items arrived were lacking.

This store/shop gets 1 star only because that is the least amount of stars I can give. I do not recommend this shop. They are not taking care of their customers to say the least. Want to know the whole story then read below. It is FRUSTRATING. This place is not worth the money or the long wait.The terrible experience started when I called and waited on the phone for 45 minutes to get a hold of a representative one day during the week. It took 45 minutes before I gave up and hung the call and decided to try another day. When I finally did get in touch with someone the following day the store manager expressed that they are understaffed. I was able to schedule an appointment to bring my jeep in and paid $135. At that time I I already knew there was an issue with the suspension. On the day I picked my jeep up from the diagnosis appointment the store manager told me there were some parts damaged that needed replaced and that I would get a call within the next 24 hours once they get the parts that needed fixed ready to order. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now to even get a call back from the store after they said the call would be less than 24 hours. I took it upon myself to call the store twice within these last two weeks to only be told twice that they would call me back. If this is the customer service they provide to order parts that they know I need I can only imagine the service they will provide to fix the jeep.It is sad that my experience with this place has gone this bad. I like the online store but the Glen Burnie store might as well should just close. They are already understaffed.

This place is great, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have the equipment to work on raised and modified jeeps/trucks. I highly recommend this place for all your 4x4 needs. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for future work.

Terrible store, even worse customer service. Spent 3 months trying to facilitate a warranty claim, one day the sales rep assisting me quit and the rest of the store had no clue what was even going on. Not ONCE did I even see the manager, nor was he even tracking what was going on. Numerous times the sales staff was swamped with phones calls and customers waiting in the lobby and this “manager” (who I am quite sure is fictional or possible just inept) never came out to help.Save yourself a trip and don’t come here.

Made a 9:00 appointment to have 4 tires mounted on my truck. I had told the guy I didn’t have all day before making the appointment. He said we can get you in first thing at 10:20 I walk to the shop and they had still not started on my truck. They said oh we had two ahead of you. There’s is no reason to make a appointment unless that’s when your going to start on the vehicle. The manager told me oh that’s a drop off time not a appointment. I lost a lot of money by Missing work and having to wait on them. I would recommend taking your business else where as these guys are a joke. We’ve had a business at home for over 60 years in our family and never had issues like this the customers always come first. Don’t use or trust these clowns.

Happy to have this so close to home! Had Bilsteins installed on my Rubicon to replace the stock shocks. Called Friday, parts in stock; work completed Saturday. Discount on shocks helped pay for the install. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and jeep rides so much better! They line mark all bolts so you will know if they loosen. Good practice.

I received a leveling kit for my truck as a present and called around to find someone to install it. I decided to go with 4 Wheel Parts even with them being a longer drive for me. I dropped it off and had it back at the end of the day. The workmanship of the install was solid, probably even more impressive considering the surface rust they had to deal with to get the install done. The pricing was more than fair and you know it’s installed right because they do off-road parts day in and day out.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t think there was ever more than a moment when I was in there to drop off or pick up they weren’t answering phone calls or helping customers. You could tell they have a very good understanding of their customer base and the parts they sell and install. If you have some work to do to your truck or jeep and are in the Baltimore/DC area check them out!

Not all 4WP are alike. I went to 4WP at Glenburnie, MD because I had a great experience at the 4WP in Virginia Beach.The Glenburnie, MD store was a whole different experience. First, the salesperson lost my original order. Then they took 50% down $3500.00, so they could order my new bumpers. Then I had to call them several times to check on the status and try to arrange a time to have the new bumpers installed. Weeks past and I finally got the manager on the line. After I explained the situation, he said the problem was people like me calling them a taking up their time. WHAT 😦? Then he said he would get right on it but it was late and they are busy which is why he was compelled to answer the phone. He assured he would call me tomorrow. He never called. Two days later I drove to the store and waited around until I the manager had time to see me. IN THE MANAGERS OFFICE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT PROMPTS EMPLOYEES TO GET THE COMMITMENT IN THE FORM OF 50% DOWNPAYMENT. An hour later, I got a receipt for the $3500.00 refund.Sorry to inconvenience ya’ll up at Glenburnie 4WP. All I was asking is when my bumpers will be in.Not all 4WP stores are alike. Use discussion and read the reviews.

Went to 4 Wheel Parts to purchase a 2 inch front leveling kit with tubular control arms for my 2018 Silverado, had it installed there as well. People were nice & knowledge, truck looks great.

Ive been very disappointed with the customer service Ive received at this location. I placed an order for an available next business day if you order by 3 pm part on December 10 -- the part has not yet been made available after five retail business days despite my attempts to coordinate w/ several staff members and continual reassurance that it will arrive maybe tomorrow?.It seems to be nearly impossible to get a straight answer from these guys and I havent gotten the impression they care much about any individual customer. Would recommend ordering parts from elsewhere if you want them made available within the promised timeframe.It may only be 5 days, but it is a tough pill to swallow when you place a $1850 order and have no clear sense of when or if you will receive what you paid for.

I loved it even though you didn’t quite have anything for my old 99 Cherokee let alone my 96 country, but hey, I got some wax and upholstery cleaner at a very good deal for my birthday from my dad. Very good service too, thank you!

Started off great, god conversation about upgrading my truck. Took a while to finally get quote, asked a few more questions....then silent. Looks like I have to go somewhere else to get work done. I also had to find the items I wanted on line and provide the links to them, since they could not find them...VERY strange, since theyre off the shelf items. I was told that I can get all the work done before 2021, but if it took weeks for a simple quote....just not sure how long the install would have taken. Oh well...back to searching for another local 4 wheel shop to lift my truck, add some lights and a winch...too much to ask?UPDATE....Against my better judgement, I replied to them with a lengthy email.....CRICKETS!!!

I went to return a set of shocks that I bought from them online. The shocks that were delivered would not work on the application I have. I explained that to both the online sales rep and the sales rep at the physical location in Glen Burnie. After asking what the make and model of my vehicle was the sales rep at the Glen Burnie store seemed disinterested in helping me. He said that my shock needs were a custom order from Fox or one of the other shock manufacturers. Instead of trying to help me locate the correct shocks for my application he was either too ignorant to know you can get shocks that are aftermarket without a custom order or he didnt care enough about me as a customer to take the time to help me figure out the shocks I needed. I stead he tried to sell me on shocks that were well outside my budget. Instead I went to a competition and got the correct application and great customer support. The 2 times I have went into this store there has seemed to be a lack of interest in helping me determine the correct part ofor my needs once they learned I didnt have a Jeep or common truck. I will not be giving any of my business to 4WP. If you dont have a Jeep I would suggest looking elsewhere cause they dont care.

Due to traffic we were already and hour and half late and when we arrived supposedly 5 tires were ready they said oh I thought you were gonna come back for the other ones after they delayed my shipment! I am beyond irritated at this point, I was sitting out side with an infant having to wait for 2 more hours because I wasn’t coming back! I think I deserve a huge discount for your mistake not mine!

Horrible. Went to get estimates lift spring install the two people in front completely ignored me. Didnt acknowledge i was there.

Pleasantly Surprised a chain this large was so efficient. Im normally someone to do my own work in the driveway, but with rain coming in on one of my only days off, I decided to have the Mopar Lift installed on my gladiator by a shop. After calling around, 4WP not only came in at the lowest cost (Which was not the deciding factor), but they were able to get me in the soonest. Funny enough, that also wasnt the deciding factor. During my first call, the Salesperson (Todd Dunkerly) not only accurately took down exactly what I needed done (Mopar Lift, adjustable track bar, Mount and Balance 5 tires, and an alignment), but spoke knowledgably about the components.I just picked up the truck (Work started at 9am, was done at 3pm), did a spot check, everything seems to be perfect. I re-calibrated the speedo and trans shift points in the parking lot, truck drives perfect at 75mph(and probably faster). On 35 M/Ts at 70+lbs each, a perfect alignment and balance has my business for life should I ever need a shop. Unless they terribly botch something in the future. But at the time of this review, the staff seems on point!Also, bonus note, they repacked the takeoff parts in the truck bed exactly how I delivered it with the new parts. Although its common sense load distribution, common sense isnt always common.

First, all the counter guys are super helpful and knowledgeable and made the selection/buying experience super easy. Second, the installation is top notch. Hands down they did a great job with my truck and was super easy. You cant go wrong doing business with this company. Thank you guys 10 fold for your work and great customer service.

Recently had a set of Timbren springs installed by the guys at Glenn Burnie. Staff was great to work with and very accomodating. Cant recommend them enough.

Stopped in from out of town to get my jeep looked, didnt have a convenient appointment time but one worker came out to the parking lot and did a quick safety check for me. Excellent service.

Dont trust them. They sent me the wrong part and arranged to have it shipped back. In the meantime, they required that I pay for the replacement part and that they would refund me once the return was processed. 2 weeks after they received the return and they still have not returned my purchase. Their follow-up is atrocious....and you will sit on hold for an hour trying to get through to them. Of course, even though their issues predate the virus crisis, they use this as an excuse for their pitiful customer service. Send them money at your own risk.

I went to 4WP to have them look into a problem with my Jeep TJ having a vibration at 55 MPH. Dave waited on me when I came in. Despite some scheduling issues, Dave went out of his way to fit me into the schedule, and my Jeep went into the shop right away. I have to say it was refreshing to meet a person in the service business that actually takes the time to listen, and also actually hears what the customer is saying. I could tell that Dave carefully took in my long saga of a service story, and that he made sure the service shop understood it.I left my Jeep with them and went to have breakfast. As I was leaving they were already taking my Jeep out for a test ride. When it appeared my steel wheels were out of balance, Dave called me before putting clip on weights to make sure I was OK with that. As I returned from breakfast, I saw the Jeep returning from being test driven to make sure the problem was fixed. When I went in, Dave, and the shop manager Tyler, meet me to discuss the problem and solution. I could tell Tyler cared about his work, and that he took the time to make sure the problem was fixed. I appreciated that he came out of the shop to personally explain his thoughts on the Jeep.Overall this was a pleasant experience. The shop did an excellent job providing service to my Jeep. I would defiantly use this shop again.Tim

Ordered something for my husbands birthday. Went to go pick it up and my toddler was asleep in the car and I was pregnant and couldn’t lift much.The employee delivered it out to my car and put it in the seat for me. Super nice, wouldn’t accept a tip.My husband seemed happy with the gift as well.

Drove there for an hour as their website showed 4 items I wanted IN STOCK. (antenna mount, antenna converter, a cheap rim and cheapest 33 to make a spare for my rig). When I got there all the shelves were empty - I believe due to the pandemic. Reason for 1 star is, this is 2020 and everything is computerized, when you are out of an item, please mark it out of stock, how hard is it? Also maybe 1 item is okay, it happens to any other chain store but all 4 items... Disappointed and lost 2 hours of my life.

Called and said yea we can stay open for you, amazing customer service and help. Was able to get my new tires installed because of them.updated: had to update the review, do not realized i was given the incorrect size that i had order. Location was too far to drive back and forth to get it changed out.

Do not go anywhere else for your Jeep stuff. I wanted A/T tires for my baby Jeep (Renegade) and no one could get them. Called 8 shops until calling these guys. After the jokes, they found a great fit and a nicely aggressive looking tire. Very competitive prices and the whole experience was fun and informative.

These guys are great and knowledgeable! They saved me after I attempted to use another local shop that apparently has no idea what they are doing and that is sad because apparently they have been around a long time. This other shop had my Toyota 4Runner for weeks and 4WP had it finished the same day. 4WP also fixed mistakes the other shop made. Thanks guys!

This is very interest. I have never been in the store before. Really wasnt sure I was asking the right questions but the person I spoke with did his best to make me feel comfortable and got me the answer I need. It was a very good experience. ZERO StarsOrder at your own risk. I ordered a set of wheels over the weekend. I received an email on monday saying that the order was cancelled, the wheels were discontinued and that I would be getting a refund in 3-5 business days.I emailed a response to ask why was my card charged if they did not have the items. No response. I called Customer Service the next day to ask why would i order from them again if i have no confidence that they actually have the items in stock.Customer Service manager says its up to you whether or no you would want to deal with us in the future.Thanks 4 Wheel Parts for your horrible service.

I had a bad first experience. However on my second visit it was totally different. I had ordered the wrong bolt pattern on my rims on their online store. I honestly regretted having to drive in to the store because if the experience I had just days earlier. But I did anyway and was do glad I did.they really worked hard to squeeze me in and fix my mistake. They found the right rim for me and installed it right then. They apologized for the bad experience I had just days before and went out of their way to make it right.

I took my 2007 Dodge ram 1500 Mega to get a leveling kit put on they took great care of me and the vehicle Todd who was my salesman was totally awesome and made sure I was taken good care of hed let me use is Galaxy S10 charger dave Keith JK took real good care of me it is nice to have a place that doesnt have airheads working there like the other 4 wheel drive shops in the area these people are totally professional and care about what they are doing I am sold on them

This has been the second time that I have visited this establishment with no help from staff. The 1st time, I chalked up as a fluke. The second time was I intentionally waited around for at least 20 mins walking around the showroom. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. There were 2 associates working in the showroom that day, 5 Feb 2019 and neither one acknowledged my existence. No, Good Afternoon, Hows it going?, Ill be with you in a sec, NOTHING! Im thinking what gives? Why wouldnt you greet your potential customer as they walk in the store? Especially when customizing your truck the average transaction price would be several hundred to a few thousand depending on the set up.I dont know. This store is relatively new to the area and I feel like I gave them a shot to earn my business but after TWO occasions where I wasnt acknowledged, I think Ill take my truck and my business elsewhere.

Called to check on a order that was placed for in store pickup. Was told they have it but the order is still in process. Told the person on the phone I would like to cancel my order and he just hung up on me. I should have listen to what people have said about them online. I will never do Business whit them and will recommend anybody to shop there. Now I have to figure out how to make sure it was canceled.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I wish I could do (zero stars). I have learned my lesson, purchased a set of tires online, when I got no shipping notice I called and was informed my tires were discontinued. i asked if they had a replacement option and was read a list of tires from different manufactures. I asked do you have any other Maxxis Trepadors and was informed that they had none in stock. when I informed customer service that they are listed on your site as in stock and ready to ship, I was told not to believe everything I read on the web. This is unbelievable its their site and they list products that are not available or in stock, sounds like click bait except you have to pay for something not in stock. Find a better business to business with.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Both trips to this place to get work done has only cost me more money at other shops. Installed a lift kit incorrectly which resulted in an immediate return to the store. After having it for about two weeks the sway bar links fell because they installed them wrong which resulted in more parts and a visit to another shop. They then balanced wheels that after a second trip in to have them looked at they then indicated my wheels couldnt be balanced. They didnt have a problem charging me both times though. Should be a simple, hey these wont work. Youd think a place that sells wheels and tires might want to sell a set to a customer that needs them instead of robbing them. Inexperienced technicians with sub par customer service. If you must go, only talk to John Linsday or JK.Update - corporate has been working with me and is really doing a great job to fix the several issues. They are certainly doing their best to salvage the brand that has been tarnished by this location.

Very cool 4x4 shop. Plenty in stock and friendly staff. Huge selection of wheels, replacement bumpers iand tire carriers, and Jeep top accessories in stock. Well definitely be back.

I ordered a variety of parts through by phone (Lance) for my Toyota Tundra in May and received them at my home in NJ. I had the parts installed in July at the Glen Burnie location (>100 miles away). My wife and I stayed in Baltimore while supposedly the install was happening. Arrived prior to close the next day, the truck had just started being worked on. The store closed at 3, we left at 7:30 that night. As such, the install was rushed. Immediately, the steering shimmied at speeds above 50mph. Took it back to them, they (John and the tech) stated I had a bad rack&pinion. No, the tires only had 25psi, manufacturers requirements of at least 50psi. But, they did charge me for the new rotation and balance $120, despite the lack of air pressure! Additionally, the lift required steering welds to be added to stop the truck tires from rubbing the wheel wells. Those were not installed, when asked... they stated everything was done according. Then, where are the wheel wields!! Stay away from Pro Comp and 4 Wheel Parts, neither will admit to fault, telephone customer service is horrible, no one responds to e-mails, or fixes the problem. I have been a longtime customer of 4 Wheel Parts in Denver, but they have lost my business forever since they are partnered with ProComp.

Really terrible service and everything has to be ordered in. Consistently let down by employees lack of knowledge and its only been a few weeks. And on top of that, when calling expect to be out on hold for certain at least 3 times. Then youll have to call back and pray you get a reasonable sales associate who can juggle his duties the way hes supposed to. And then from there the price gouging begins, its one giant let down. This whole experiment for all the mall crawling individuals on the east coast is a sad attempt to replicate the Denver location. It falls short unfortunately rather consistently. Maybe if they had a warehouse here? I dunno. Maybe next time.
