I recently had 120 wedding programs and a 24x36 poster seating-chart printed at this location. I waited until the last minute before ordering online - where the auto-confirmation said everything would be ready the next day around noon. My wedding was in Savannah, GA and I was planning to drive there on the same day I ordered the printing (I know, I should have planned better). I called the location and explained my problem. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help me! After reviewing my order, thy said theyd be able to get it to me the same day by around 2:00! A MIRACLE! But it doesnt end there...one of our guests called and said they were separating from their husband and would be bringing their son instead. She did NOT want to have the husbands name on the seating chart. So I called this office again. They had already printed the poster, but told me if I could just email them the revised seating chart, theyd reprint it for me! In the end, everything was done by 12:30 on the same day I ordered it - a full day earlier than projected!Id be super frustrated if I had to deal with these issues, but at no point did anyone at this office show anything other than kindness and a sincere desire to help me! Give these ladies a raise! FedEx, this was the morning of 7/14 if you need to look up who to give that raise to!

The agent name Ashley was extremely helpful, kind and completely understanding of a charge that was made in error by one of the other employees. She made my day. She should be commended for her excellent customer service .Mary Iberg

The employee working was less than helpful with the machines malfunctioning. I spent ten minutes waiting at the printer. I ended up downloading the app and printing it through that while standing in the store. A total of 20 minutes spent inside to have a single document printed. Luckily the manager walked in at 17 minutes and finally printed it. I should note that the store was not busy in the least bit.

The service at this FedEx Office is beyond outstanding. The staff has gone above and beyond to assist me with all the printing and signage I needed for a large event. Nicky, in particular, managed to exceed my expectations. Nicky is knowledgeable in all things printing/shipping and her warm personality made it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend this store and this team for all your shipping and printing needs.

What a great welcoming atmosphere at this store! Service was outstanding and employees went out of there way to help and be friendly. DeMartha was one of those employees...excellent job!
