Every time I come in this store I’m promptly helped can tell they go above and beyond to help everyone with their needs. Romey is great! every time I have come in he has had the most excellent customer service and demeanor above would that standard would be recommend coming here very convenient and great service. Extremely poor customer service. I attempted to ship 6 business packages off. They needed tape. The rep put one small piece of tape and when I asked him to place more he instructed me to buy tape.It appears that it’s their policy to not use tape, which other stores have done for me. I didn’t have a problem but it’s how he communicated their policy and how he placed the one strip of tape of our boxes. As I’m trying to communicate what’s needed he’s moving without listening.I’ve never had an issue with UPS before, but I’ll switch my business account to FedEx moving forward. Poor customer service is non-negotiable

I had visited this location twice in past two weeks and both experience were very pleasant. There was an issue with the printer not able to print out my document but both staff and manager were very helpful and patiently to make it work even though there were lots of customers at that time. I would definitely come back again for the service.

Im honestly shocked to see a low rating for this location. The owner, Brian, is such an incredibly nice guy, and hes so often working the front right along side everyone else. Ive made this place my go to if I need to return anything to Amazon, I get packages redirected here sometimes because my apartment complex sucks, and if I need to ship ANYTHING.I know that its gonna be a quick and easy visit anytime I come by!

I’ve never had a problem at this store but today I had exceptionally great service and watched Romy provide exceptionally great service. He had a long line, phone calls, multiple things going on and he was multitasking like a pro while maintaining a very friendly upbeat attitude. The customer service industry is not easy; I was very impressed by this gentleman.

Friendly staff and great services. Dropped packages off there so many times. Also rented a mailing box there, staff guided me thru everything and answered many of my questions clearly. Highly recommended!

Nice store, mostly use for my amazon returns, never had any issues, only once been in a line more than 5 mins, but almost always been treated right away. Compared to usps its day and night difference. Staff is great, productive and helpful!

Ive had the misfortune to see him first hand argue with other customers and show disrespect and diva behavior, however today it was my turn.The manager, Romney, is condescending, salty, with lack of social skills, common sense and the understanding of customer satisfaction. Amazing customer service, they actually acknowledge you when you walk in, imagine that!! I didnt get the young mans name, but he was super awesome. I came in on Monday March 22nd, 2021. That way boss man or boss lady will know who I am referring too. I will be using their services again and again!

I wish I could give 0 starts for the service I received. Nicholas was the cashier who did the transaction. I asked for envelope and stamp and he charged me for the same. Later, I asked for a book of stamps, which he added into my bill. However, looking at the price I was ending up I asked him to remove the stamps book. Then he deeply exhaled and threw, literally he threw into drawer and when I asked him you will be taping the envelope, right?, his answer was very rude by yelling I am aware of it, GO!!. Never seen this kind of customer service.

The definition of poor customer service and one of the most condescending experiences I’ve had in awhile.Set an online appointment for notary services, scheduled for the following day. I confirmed online that the store provided service for the specific document. When I arrived I let the gentleman know why I was there and he said he was unable to notarize without having 2 witnesses present. I asked him why no one let me know this before I wasted my time coming to the Appt and his was response was “we have nothing to do with the scheduling system”. After questioning if there was a workaround, he said “well you should’ve called first”. Unfortunately this is something I wasn’t able to do because I set the appointment last night after hours and the document needed to be notarized today. Besides, I believed this is what the online system was for the in the first placeHis tone was so rude and unexpected I asked for the manager, which he said “he’s sick”. I asked for the highest person available and his response again was: “he’s sick”. I asked for the name and he simply responded Brad. I asked for contact information and he refused to give it.I don’t know if it was the way I “looked” or was “dressed” that sparked such a unsolicited response, but I’ll let folks read in between the lines there. Can’t provide the service...fine, but the added rudeness, feeling of inferiority for trying to be serviced is unacceptable.I ended up going to store #6351 who were so much more helpful. This, even though they themselves said they couldn’t sign the doc either at the time I initially went. However, they politely suggested I come back at a later time, which I did.I will never go to store #3734 again nor will any of my companies use them for shipping. If the owner reads this, I want him to be aware that some of his employees are representing him in a light that may be scrutinized, especially in this day and age. I’m sure they don’t care about the long term prosperity of that store, and it’s probably just another check to them. Reputation takes a lifetime to build and a single instance to destroy. Smh

Romey is highly unprofessional, rude, and hard to believe he made manager. I read the reviews prior to mine and didnt believe it but I can now vouch for their reviews and multiple direct complaints about a single employee. Horrible experience and unfortunate UPS has failed to relieve the cancer that is their lower management. Maybe try looking for a LEADER not a manager would be a good start to the business model UPS.

When shipping off items, I brought in my own shipping supplies yet I was charged for using theirs without given a choice for it. In order to ship off the items, they told me I couldnt do it without their box since I used ground shipping. Not only did I pay for the cost for the actual shipping, I was also charged an extra fee for the box used. Completely fraudulent way of doing business to make as much money as possible. Definitely not returning back to the this location ever.

Send them 3 pages of construction drawing to print out not only did they not look at the email from a week ago, it took him more than an hour to get it started. Why have this service if there isnt a follow up on the business email and if theyre not trained to use the printer? Waited an hour to print 6 pages, Unbelievable!!!

Brad, who is the Owner/Manager, was beyond rude to me over the phone.I made the simple mistake of asking about copy prices instead of “printing prices”.If you’re reading this Brad, my suggestion is to tone down the whole pettiness about having to be right and focus more on customer service.I can see why your rating is so low.

Ive been a regular customer of this UPS for a while now, I work from home and send items related to my job via UPS to the same address every time. I went in on October 3rd to send some credit cards (not activated) and I specifically told Nick that I wanted the standard UPS mail, not the next day one. He proceeded to not confirm the location to where I was sending the envelope to but since Ive been here so many times I trusted them. He gave me my receipt and I left. I later wanted to track my package and turns out Nick sent my envelope via USPS. I called the store to tell them they had made a mistake and they basically told me they could not to anything. Well it turns out my envelope got returned. It took it TWO weeks to get back to me. I just got it in the mail on October 18. I notice my envelope had clear tape in the opening and found it odd so I open my envelope and my credit card that I had sent where not in the envelope! Someone along the way opened my package and took my inactivated credit cards. This location just lost a customer, this incident could have been prevented if Nick would have sent my envelope via UPS (the way I always send my mail) in the first place.

Full disclosure I havent needed to pay for sending a package here, I usually only drop off pre-paid packages or Amazon returns but Ive always been in and out and the few times there were hiccups the staff was very friendly and helpful in getting it fixed quickly. Theyve always seemed to be in a good mood when Ive been there and efficient.

This place is a rip off. $7.20 for a 12 x 12 x 16 box. Shipped overnight during the Christmas holiday season in accordance with their own advertising in store and online, package was delayed within two hours of drop off, was referred to the general UPS store number, and then after it was delayed and missed the holiday I came to find out if there was no guarantee that it would make it next day which I paid for. Owner of the store was rude and deferred immediately to the one right hundred number, did not inform me that the extra fees were for nothing despite being in the time periods. Further, they illegally charge $14 for a book of stamps worth $9.80. Stay away!

I worked at this store for a total of 3 days and here is why. Brad, the owner, was very unethical. I showed up for work and granted I wasnt feeling well, I still believe in showing up to work and trying. He scolded me for showing up, told me I should probably look for employment elsewhere, and this isnt why I hired you. You didnt hire me to show up? Also, I havent received my full paycheck. He is 75 dollars short and is holding it out on me. In the 3 days I worked there (Ive never been at a job for such a short amount of time) he was a bully and rude and definitely played favoritism. He also would be very rude and crude about the customers once they left. Unethical and inappropriate and I have the slightest clue as to how he is still an owner and representing UPS. Have always loved UPS up until my horrible experience with him. Go for fedex. Or even the local post office. This man takes your money and pockets it and doesnt pay his employees.

They should change the spelling from UPS to Oops. For the second time, a birthday gift went astray. I am done. I will be finding another way to send packages.AdiosI spent $67 to send birthday gifts to my 2 year old grandaughter. UPS promised they found the package they delivered to the wrong address. The package is still adrift and they dont deliver on Saturday. Too late now.

If I could give this place a negative score I would. They wouldnt take my USPS drop offs....which is the first Ive ever heard. The employee said it was bc of space constraints, but when he opened the cabinet there was plenty of space. Theres a UPS store on Gary Burns (right down the street), but I was trying to save time. I wound up taking all of my packages with me, because I didnt trust their process.

Got there before 7. The lady is busy in the back talking to someone, Comes over and tells me the last pick up has occurred. Tells me she doesnt know where pickup location is open still because they are a franchise location. Not hard to find on UPS website.I leave the store. I see her going in the back saying goodbye to someone. I hear a cart leaving the door and back door closing. After I leave she closes the store early before 7pm. When I pull out of the partying lot I see a UPS truck leave the back of the building.She had the truck driver in the back of the store the whole time. She could have easily taken my envelope. she doesnt even deserve a job at the post office. What a pathetic little store.

I went here and the guy charged me a dollar to apply a piece of plastic tape to my box. I was surprised as no one ever charged for tape in my last 10 years shipping items with UPS. I was in hurry so I couldnt walk out. I just paid him a dollar and told myself I am never coming back here again. My last 2 shipments I drove 3 miles away to the shops at legacy UPS and told them the story. Those guys were surprise-- A stranger is better than a bad neighbor. This neighboring UPS is not my friend.

I would have given this place a 3.5 star if I could. I have received all the help I could except once when I shipped some urgent documents with a gauranteed to be delivered at certain time. The package was delivered more than 24 hrs late but when I called to check, I was asked to talk to UPS customer service and thats about it. Other than this issue, inhave printed documents, shipped packages and used notary without issues.

Horrible ! Spent 700 dollars plus 53 dollars to insure some framed scarves that the OWNER Brad packaged himself .One of the frames arrived broken with glass everywhere and the scarf damaged .It’s been MONTHS, Brad has resolved nothing . Multiple calls, no resolution. Broken frame still at house . The 53 dollars for insurance? I might as well have taken a match to that money and burned it .Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!

Should have checked recent Google reviews before heading there to drop an Amazon return package that I could have dropped at the UPS next to my home at Teel for free with some taping help and label print. I had a friend of mine try to ship something from UPS via my account number. Clearly gave information to him to ship product. Owner of the location would not allow the UPS number to be used, therefore he paid the $450 to ship overnight. Called the owner to try and have them re-bill. Unbelievable how rude and un-cooperative he was in trying to fix the problem. UPS has just lost my shipping business due to his inability to actual deal with an individual.

Well I gave this shop a few tries here is my history so farI recently came up there to drop off some of my companies information there, and the older gentleman got really defensive with me after just asking can I leave these here, after speaking with the owner he told me I was soliciting on his property. In my defense I was not selling his employees anything but informing then I was local and if they needed help in nutrition this is what I do. So that went sour and the tone was demeaningThen Twice I brought usps packages there because it was at my convenience due to me training clients and its hard to leave my shop. At first he was kind of rude the manager or employee, and said he would not accept my big stuff, then he would not take it because it was another carrier but would this last time.I understand from your point of view as a company but let me educate you on my perspective as a company.1.) Try to get to know the person your helping out - The reason I do usps is because I get a great business rate with the packages I ship internationally, now all you had to do was simply ask what do I do, what makes you use usps, and how can my company serve your needs?2.) Be more friendly and informative - After hard day of work training and writing custom programs for my clients, Im exhausted personally. When I walk in I should be greeted and ask how can I serve you or help you whichever you prefer, and when I drop off the usps packages then go to step one above^ very simpleNow Im not sure if there was a change in ownership I havent had this many problems with this store since about 4 months back, and yes I do make purchases up there but this was before I got my usps account because of the friendly faces and smiles that were there before.If it is an issue taking other competitors packages then my advice dont take them, I wont compete with other trainers out there because I believe in my work and my results prove it, look at your store and ask yourself how can we be better, how can we make ourselves stand out, we are not just a franchise but we are a reputable company serving high end people.Just my .02 cents, not trying to be rude but I am in the business world and I like seeing companies succeed and you have something very great working for you.Have a fantastic day

They charge a tape fee. Doesnt matter the amount, they tagged on a fee. Even USPS doesnt do that, and Ive never seen that at any other UPS location.

I have submitted the bad ATT Modem to them to send it to ATT, they told no receipt required and it has been a moth now the modem havent received by the ATT. I dont know what they did with the modem, when I inquired further to them about the modem, they just wanted to get rid of this issue and find no help.
