I just visited here to get my jewelry inspected and pick out a gift and I have to say shopping at this Kays is a fantastic experience. The employees were friendly and helpful and the manger helped me pick out an awesome gift that still within my budget.Whether I want to buy or repair or just keep my jewelry nice and shiny, this will absolutely be the place I come first!

I have bought many items from Kay Jewelers over the years, and I always find the staff at this location to be extremely welcoming. My most recent visit was for an inspection. I had the pleasure of chatting with Dalton and Serena, both of whom welcomed me upon entering the store. Even though I did not purchase anything that day, I was still treated like a valued customer. This is why time and time again I purchase from Kay Jewelers.

Great products!! Horrible customer service. I circled the entire store and no one acknowledged my presence. I noticed two employees were assisting customers while the manager sat behind the counter. Once the female employee finished with her customer, she did a few tasks behind the counter. She never asked if I needed anything. I sat down and waited for a few minutes before Dalton was kind enough to assist me. He was great and the only reason there are two stars. I would never recommend this location due to the lack of interest in customer satisfaction.

The staff went above and beyond to help me today. I had spoken with one lady about designing a ring. I was not sure if the design was even possible with what I wanted, she then walked me through some ideas on what I could do. I now have a better idea on what I want. I greatly appreciate all of her time spent on me. I will be back to customize the ring to detail.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location! The staff always have a warm greeting as soon as I enter and are very knowledgeable about their product. They have helped me purchase a few beautiful pieces for myself as well as gifts for others. I plan on coming back soon and working with the delightful manager, Elizabeth, to have some of my grandmothers old jewelry turned into new custom pieces.

Jeweler was beautiful and at a great price. Bought it online so I would not need to deal with any snooty salesperson. Jeweler arrived and was every bit as nice as what I had expected. But the jewelry was not quite right for my wife and we went to the Kays store in the mall. Salesperson could have cared less if we returned the items. Never asked if we would like to see something else or why we were returning the items. We will purchase jewelry somewhere else that makes you feel good after buying a gift that you feel special about.

Rude rude rude... I will NEVER return to Kay. At this point they’re off my radar for future pieces. I’ve bought many many pieces from Kay for myself, probably 10 for gifts, and my engagement ring was also from them... all from the Collin Creek location before it closed. If Collin Creek Mall had had people that acted as inconvenienced as the people at this one do, I would have taken my business elsewhere at an earlier point in time. I had a necklace that broke and I brought it in to have the chain fixed, the man that helped me was an older gentleman, but he had the attitude of some punk teenager. Talking to me like I was ignorant and just a complete inconvenience. I also had a ring that I needed resized and instead of helping me out he got the ring Sizer and popped it down on the counter in front of me and asked what size I needed, didn’t check it out or help or anything. That was a BAD enough experience... but then I go to pick up the piece, sign off on it and leave. 30 minutes later we’re at the other end of the mall, still 5 minutes before closing time, and the chain breaks in the exact same spot! Thank goodness I was sitting down and noticed my diamond journey necklace in my lap, had I been walking, it might have been gone forever. So we ran, literally, back to Kay... they already had the gate closed, but spoke to us through the gate telling us to come back in the morning. We begged them to just take it back, put in the repair order, they just were flat out cruel. We tried explaining how hard it was for us to get there. We had a babysitter both times we’ve had to visit, it’s 30 minutes from our house, etc. etc. They didn’t care, it’s not their problem. I get that it was passed closing time by maybe 30 whole seconds when we got there, but have a heart people. It’s not like we showed up 4 minutes late. Their repair work sucks, and the people here are no good.

We took my wifes wedding rings in for the warranty checkup. Plus two other rings for sizing. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful & explained what they were going to be doing with our jewelry. We were told of the time frame for the rings being seized & approximate pricing. Then on the date for the pickup, we received three calls that our jewelry was done & ready for us. Again, the staff was very helpful & accommodating to us. Thanks to the staff,& we recommend this store to those folks seeking to buy their keepsakes, etc. George

Brought my ring for an inspection and to pick up.an order I purchased online. The customer service was NOT GOOD. If youre busy i get it...but they were super unfriendly and made me feel like I was just a bother. When I called the night before it took a few times to get through and then it was the same poor service. I dont usually complain but it really bothered me. RANT, so readers beware! My amazing husband, Bobby Clark, had Kay’s design a special wedding band for me with a yellow diamond! It was GORGEOUS!!!!! Since then, we’ve had nothing but problems!1. The smaller diamonds fell out & needed to be replaced. Took 4 weeks for them to repair & return2. When we had the bands welded, they failed to compensate for the change in ring size. Took 6 weeks for them to repair & return3. The prongs fell out with the yellow stone (2 days after they did a full inspection). They’ve had it for 2 months now (10.18.17). This morning, I received a call that it was ready for pick up ... only, it wasn’t my ring. They literally stuck 4 tiny diamonds in the center!We’ve called Corporate & demanded a full refund. Surprisingly, they refused. Kay Jewelers

I went into this location today to get my wifes wedding band fixed. We purchased this ring from Kays about 8 years ago, and also purchased the lifetime warranty plan. The ring simply broke at the bottom where they sized it down, and the band is thin, so I guess this could happen.The lady working at the store told me a few things that baffled me, and she must have thought I was an idiot. First, she said that their rings only last for 10-15 years, and that the gold wears away every time you put it on and wear it. So in this, I was amazed at both of these points.1) According to her, Kays jewelry has a life expectancy of 10-15 years. I guess that beats the national average divorce rate by a few years, but I wish this would have been disclosed when I purchased the ring.2) The gold wears away each time you put the ring on and wear it. So if I understand this properly, the human skin is stronger than gold. I dont remember geology that well, but I do not think human skin is harder than gold.If these were not insulting enough, I was then told that it would cost $150 to have the ring fixed and have gold added to the ring. Also, this is not covered by the warranty, and only soldering the ring was covered, but that the ring would just break again. Its funny how Kays will not buy the gold back from you when they size the ring down, but they charge you the price of gold when they have to fix their own product.Very disappointing and I will be letting everyone know to avoid this place.

Lies lies lies here in this store I went 3 times to talk to them Maria and Jessica the manager I believe that’s their names helped me and told me my bill will be this amount and they even acted as if they called to the bank etc and it never happened, I showed them my ring was lower price online if they will do price match they told me no ? End of the history I’ll NEVER buy again from Kay Jewelers, and if you have time avoid this store this people careless about you and your business.

I’ve been a client and also an account holder for a long time with this Jewelry store. I’ve purchase my wife’s watches and also our engagement ring. Recently i lose a couple of the stones of my weeding band, so I had Kay jewelry replaced, and fix it for me....about six months later the stones fall off again, so I came into the store to see about warranty or what happened..... and the response was....negative, not whiling to help, basically YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.If you are thinking about buying jewelry or diamonds...DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. The manager is very disrespectful and does not know about customer service.I also have to say that the only nice person was the gentleman who finally took care of me and help me send my band again for an estimate.Thank you Mr. You were very kind.

Being a newly engaged woman I thought my experience at Kay would be exceptional but I was completely wrong. I went in to have my engagement ring sized and was promised that it would be in by Friday but that never happened. Every time I call up there nobody can seem to find my name and was being very rude about it. At first they told me I had the wrong store and then the next day when I called they said they lost it. Every time I speak with someone they give me a different story. Now they say it should be in on Monday but I have not heard anything from anyone. Im so upset because I had an engagement party without my ring that was promised to be there. As of right now I still dont think they know where my ring is

Because I look very young, the sales associate JD completely looked over me, even though I had been waiting for 10 minutes for someone, and went straight to this older gentleman who had just gotten there. I have taken it back no less than 6 times and so ordered it in a stronger metal and it was supposed to be delivered on Dec 26...It is now January 5 and I still have not gotten my ring, nor do they know where it is. Went to have my jewelry cleaned and out the associate lost my ear rings, it took him 15 min to find them after looking in 3 trashcans he finally found them wadded up in a paper towel. A total of 45 min to have 2 rings, 2 necklaces and ear rings inspected and cleaned is unacceptable.
