Based on 4/4 visits to the service department. The amount of time it takes to service my vehicle is not acceptable. Each visit had an appointment and had taken +4 hours to complete (for an oil change and tire rotation).With the recent recall it states on the letter that it should take 30min to fix. This dealership says the car must be left all day and come back the next morning to pick it up.Hopefully this review will inspire them to make changes

Service was excellent. The service advisor Sid, made it a breeze in explaining what I needed done to my vehicle. He was thorough and straight to the point. Considering how busy they were, the staff deserves a thumbs up for customer service. This also goes for the sales department since I was browsing in the showroom. Highly recommend if youre in the area.

This was by far the BEST dealership experience I’ve ever had. The staff was phenomenal.. My salesman was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patience with me as this was a big purchase. He went the extra mile to breakdown ever little thing about my car, and even helped me set up my phone and apps to ensure I left the lot ready to go. Shout out to Brian. Also, the finance manager that helped me seal the deal was also super friendly. I left this dealership location not just with a beautiful new car, but surprisingly happy. Normally dealerships are chaotic and stressful.. but these guys really delivered. Recommend driving out of your way to this location if you want a fast, friendly, and overall positive experience.

I will never be coming back to Fremont of Subaru for purchase or for service, simply due to the fact that their service department lacks any professionalism and communication skills.I made an appointment and when I show up, they tell me that they are unable to fulfill the service that day and told me to come back again during the week. A simple call beforehand would have been sufficient to save me the headache, but they couldnt even do that.Additionally, out of the 4 or 5 times Ive gone for service, theyve never had a loaner vehicle available, despite advertising that they have free loaners. The only way I was able to get my wife a ride from subaru of Fremont back home was to threaten to take the car to another dealership for service!I will be letting Subaru of America know of this dealers poor service and reputation.

Service and people are great but they try to oversell stuff.Stuff you dont want. Doesnt feel like we are doing informed decision unless you read about stuff.Simple options like synthetic oil or regular are not asked. And things recommended and required are not communicated found out I was adding things recommended and not required most of the time unless you have maintenance package.With maintenance package they will only do required things and even then try to sell you recommend. That is when I caught on this extra 💰 money scam. I like to trust delership in doing right things and not overselling. But maybe its just my wishful thinking. I know better from buying car and servicing for years.

Good service. During the service we were dropped home then picked up when the service was completed. Enjoyed free popcorn and snacks while there.
