I live in the same neighborhood hood and have been doing oil change with future auto care couple of times. They’ve done excellent job for oil change and tire rotation consistently. They also found an oil pan leakage one time, called me, quoted with reasonable price and got it fixed the same day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good job Sean!

I have been doing my cars oil change in this business for couple times now. They have been very professional. The nice part is you can book the appointment online and just show up on the schedule time. They will take care of you.

I had been here for several times. I remember clearly that there is one time, I wanted to do a simple maintain before a long trip. Sean found the problem with my battery and alternator, he fixed it in a short time to make sure we can go as planed. He also explained very details about the problem and always have a very polite manner. I would recommend all my friends come here for any car issues.

My front brakes were making noise so went to FAC to change the pads, after the inspection to my surprise the guys notified me that I do not need to get a brake job. These guys are honest and upfront. I got the Groupon and the parking was difficult but not their fault and they took a little longer than expected on my car even though I had an appointment but what can you do. Overall, I am happy but know even with an appointment it’ll likely take 2 hours or so for an oil chainge. If you want it to be quick, I would recommend going somewhere else. These guys are great they handled my truck with care. This is my second time visiting this location to get the oil changed service was good, technicians are professional.

Be careful of this shop they are shady! I called and made an appointment. Before I made the appointment I gave them all the details about my vehicle which is a normal Dodge work van. I waited a 1/2 an hour after the appointment was scheduled. The technician proceeded to tell me that it was going to be a $100 for the oil change because they had to do it on the ground because there were no lifts available for my van. Why did they make me wait half an hour to tell me that the price would increase by 3 times the normal amount?

Beware of these cons! Bought a groupon for $44.99 for full synthetic oil change with free tyre rotation, 35-point inspection. Jason and the crew gave a BS about why its unsafe to rotate the tyre, did not do any inspection. They did not do the oil change saying that the oil is leaking and gave me a quote of $988 to fix it and change spark plugs. I insisted on getting the oil change done anyway. They said they did it but Im not certain if they did. The oil looks blackish, putrid and grainy. The groupon is a scam (I was still charged $10) so see some reliable auto shop

I can’t speak for the shop itself, but I bought something on OfferUp from one of the employees (I think he may be the guy that runs the place). He had the item listed for $200, but after he committed to selling the item to me he had offers for up to $300 and more, but he stuck with his word and sold to me for $200. If he’s this honest and trustworthy with a personal sale, then I’d think he’d be similar in his business dealings!

When I first took my car to sean, I had already been told by another shop that my cars exhaust system would need $2k to replace. Sean was able to demystify the problem and explain/offer a variety of solutions from more temporary hold overs to full replacement, along with the pros/cons of each.In short, Sean and his team’s expertise and service are so good that my entire friend group now drives down from Oakland to Fremont to get our cars serviced.

Took my Acura ILX in for the Groupon oil change. This shop does not provide a detailed, itemized listing of the services done in the 35 point inspection, any measurements on tire tread and brake pads. Nor in the invoice does it show the parts used in the work. They do indicate in the invoice any issues, but all repair shops provide detailed itemized invoices and services performed with the condition and measurements. They also did not put the correct tire pressure. They put 30 psi in all my tires, but the ILX actually takes 33 to 35 psi in front and 32 to 33 psi in rear. Will not return and will be going on May 2nd to another place to get the job done correctly.

My friend & I had a great experience getting our two cars fixed. We were able to drive home after a 30-min repair, while the other car stayed overnight for more extensive rep. My friend and I also super appreciated Sean, hes knowledgeable & helped us through what we needed for repairs.If youre thinking about groupon, Id recommend going & asking for the groupon deal to be honored. Theyre happy to do that & it better supports the people who run local businesses.

This shop has some good techs, especially Daniel. They have a very competitive deal on Groupon for an oil change, filter and tire rotation that is hard to beat. I would highly recommend. Also, Jeff, the front line rep, was super courteous and practiced excellent Covid protocols.

I got a voucher for this place so I made an appt and went. When I got there they said just wait, I ended up waiting on the street in the hot sun for 20 min. I decided to cancel my voucher and the guy working there was cursing every 5 seconds and didnt even care I was there. I highly recommend going somewhere else for an oil change. Midas on Washington is a place I frequent, theyre really friendly and have great prices!

If you just want to change oil/replace only brake pads based on groupon price. Their Labor rate is very expensive than other regular shops. They have quoted me 150$/ hr and many shops near by charges around 100 to 110$ /hr. Besides labor charges, All part prices are highly jacked up. So brake rotor just resurfacing, they have charged 80$ for rear, while they have quoted me over 100$ per new rotor for WBR brand, while online price < 65$.

Great service and super friendly staff! Went in for an Oil Change and 35 point inspection and they were very through. They explained what work would be needed on my car in the future and how much it would cost. I shopped around and their prices are very reasonable! They are honest and did not over charge or try to sell me something I didnt need. They even replaced my brake light bulb for free -Auto Zone charged $40 for the same job! I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome!! They have a great system, so despite needing to order a part for me, had me out of there by lunch time.They did a great job on my breaks and rotors and even found one of my mounts had a loose screw (and tightened it), lol. I laugh, but its really nice to do business with those who care. I highly recommend this place!

Arrived and was not acknowledged so I went into the office space where a guy, Sean I think, told me to wait in my car until there was an opening in the garage. Once they moved the car theyd finished working on, I was directed to park in the narrow stall, though it mightve been easier if theyd moved the car since they are familiar with the target. I waited around some more in the office and tried to get Seans attention but he sent Charley, presumably because he was working on my car. I tried to explain what I wanted done and that I had a Groupon for the service but he cut me off. I still dont know if they used conventional or synthetic oil, and Charley didnt check my Groupon beforehand to confirm what Id purchased. Once they were done with my vehicle, I was informed some of the service activities couldnt be performed, like tire rotation, and asked if I wanted them to complete additional work like transmission flush. Since the customer service was so poor, on top of Charley exclaiming F*cking oil changes! and badmouthing a co-worker to another customer, I asked for a print out of the 35 point inspection report to take elsewhere. Despite seeing official invoice paperwork and detailed reports strewn across the desk, Charley grabs a sheet of note paper and scrawls a few things that need repair. When I ask for readings of the tire tread, he says he doesnt know where the gauge is, finds it, then huffs as he walks back, telling me a single value, not 4, and not writing it down either. When I turn my car on, both my MAINT REQD and tire pressure lights are on. Charley says he wasnt the one working on the car, but hell reset the MAINT REQD light and that the tire pressure light will turn off after some driving. Days later the tire pressure light is still on. I also dont have a next maintenance due sticker.

Excellent quick fast service from Sean. Had a broken window and this gentleman had a quote and estimated time to repair in less than 5 mins. Service just doesnt get any better than this. He even over estimated the time for completion of the work and called me to let me know it was done! If I ever need quick small repairs or fix a broken window, this is the place to go!

I am gonna share the experience that I had here.1) Punctuality: I took an appointment for 3:30pm for work taking 30 mins and reached there on time. They started working on my car after 5pm only. If they are that busy then its better to not set an appointment. I would rather have reached there around 5 if they had said so.2) Oil change: I bought a Groupon coupon for full synthetic oil change and I dont know what oil they put because the guy there never asked which service I wanted and didnt look so friendly. Also, at the end the sticker on my windshield said that the next oil change is after 5000 miles ( which i dont think is the case for full synthetic oil).There was a 2nd guy, Shaun, he was pretty helpful and had a good attitude. He greeted me well and inspected my car well and explained what needed further maintenance. The two star for this place is just because of this guy.

The owner Sean is a pretty nice person, he is pretty generous and warm hearted.He sold me a really good condition low mileage 2001 Nissan in a fairly good price. And before selling it to me, he even replaced all of the four wheel and fixed some minor problems for me without any extra charge.Now I’m driving this car and love it.What a shame that Google hasn’t correct their name so far. They had reported this issue to Google plenty of times. It makes people hard to locate this place.But anyway this is a worth visiting place for any car related issues.

The changed oil was changed to the wrong 5w30, which was changed to 5w40 210 yuan, which is more expensive than the dealer. The air filter and the air-conditioning filter required 220 yuan of man-hours, and I only asked for another air-conditioning filter, and told me that the two are together. . It costs 80 hours for a battery that is 50% more expensive than the market price, so any price in this store must be clarified before deciding. This is the first and last time I went there.
