Brandon was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I came in for spin shoes and he helped me through the wholeProcess and attached the cleats for me too. This is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I will definitely come back and spend my money here and support this store!

Absolutely love this store! I went in to buy a bike and Scott and Cody were super knowledgeable and helped me pick the right bike for me. Also love the full service bike shop they have. If you are looking for a bike store, check these guys out! They also have a great selection of outdoor gear in general. I will definitely be going back for all my outdoor and bike needs. We were shopping for a last minute beach vacation. My family and I have shopped here over the years and we knew they would have what we needed. There were a group of employees hanging out and even sitting on the register counter on their phones. We needed a fitting room and my daughter went up and asked the employees. They argued over who would walk over to the fitting rooms and unlock the doors. My son wanted a shirt that was high up on the wall and then suddenly there was no one around to ask for help. We left without buying anything. Customer service definitely went down hill.

I cannot say enough good things about this store, their amazing selection, and phenomenal staff (specifically Brandon)!I have MANY outdoor hobbies, with my most recent obsession being skiing. I hadn’t skied in years and needed all new gear for a trip to Park City in late February. When I walked in, I knew what I needed but wanted in depth suggestions and recommendations.Brandon greeted me as soon as I walked in then spent the next 2 hours educating me on every piece of gear I knew I needed and even gear I didn’t know I needed. Since that time, Brandon has helped me upgrade existing gear and far exceeded expectations with a recent ski repair.To say this store has earned my business for years to come would be an understatement. I refer everyone I know to Sun and Ski - Franklin!

It was difficult to find but I had a nice experience. Staff were very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I was in and out very quickly.

Please shop here! The store manager (Sam) does an amazing job and she is knowledgeable in every category of the store! I had about a million questions and she was able to answer every single one. She didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, which I really appreciated! The staff here are all so friendly and are actually interested in making sure their customers (like us newbies) have everything they need. We will go here first for all of our outdoor needs...I can’t wait to come back for some new chacos in the spring! Thank you!!!!

Awesome resource for those in our area who like to ski. Scott is awesome and helped fit my entire family for a new set of skis and boots. He has skied all of his life so he is very knowledgeable. We are rather new skiers and his approach is not intimidating at all. 100% recommend.

Want it to look at shoes. The guy at the counter greeted me asked me what I was looking for. Clearly shoes are in an obvious place once you walk in.But that’s where the help stopped. Think there was 6 workers behind the counter. And NONE of them seemed to be able to leave it to help me or anyone else to see if they could do anything for usWorst services ever

At the bike shop, the person I called would refuse to do simple tasks and couldnt find the bike I had purchased, took more than 16 minutes of my time to tell me some minor details, and was overall bad service.

Always been a great experience shopping here! Staff is always helpful and friendly. They do a lot more than most sporting goods stores! They even have bicycle repair! They have much better prices than other bicycle stores and their service was 1000 times better. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for sporting goods or any bicycle repair!

Great customer service with helping me pick out a great pair of shoes for a gift and even better service when i needed to return them because I bought the wrong size. Samantha was a huge help!

Had another great shopping experience at the Cool Springs Sun and Ski! I went in there not knowing what I needed for a ski trip and was immediately helped and outfitted with everything I needed. Samantha and her staff really know their stuff! I’ll be back!

The best selection of ski gear and the best sales people in town! This is the only place we shop for our outdoor needs. They even have bikes!!

Customer service is amazing. I Spoke to Sam on the phone about purchasing a pair of Birks and she was so attentive and helpful. Helped with sizing and the differences between shoes. Very intimate environment and good service.

The store is kept tidy, one woman was constantly making sure the store was looking nice darker skinned young lady. She recommended many things on sale. The other sales associate I spoke with was a manager. When I spoke with Samantha she was rude and aggressive. Did not give me the time of day. So, I decided I would be taking my shopping elsewhere. At least I know I’ll get customer service at Dick’s.

We always have great service here. The staff is always helpful and knows how to answer all of our questions. There are lots of places in town to get the same products for similar prices but the service isnt as good as Sun & Ski.

Went to buy a beginner bike and Will in particular was so helpful. No pressure sales, educational conversation and just plain nice! Overall good experience. Thanks again, Will!!

Joe and Andrew have been wonderful help and guidance for my road bike needs. Purchased a pair of bike shoes that were a bit too small and they dug into my feet with the straps. Andrew was able to help me find a pair and returned my previous ones.If you want great customer service and quality products, go to sun & ski!

I would like to give kudos and send my heartfelt thanks to the store manager Andrew. My wife and I evacuated from Florida for hurricane Irma. Anticipating the trip back we were looking for a safe way to haul gas- Andrew went beyond the call of duty in helping to meet our needs! Not only did he locate parts for a rack he didnt have in stock- he was willing to stay after hours to install it for us!! Wow. Incredible customer service. Thank you again for ensuring our safety while traveling with the rest of the evacuees on our return home.

Fairly impressed by this store. The manager, Andrew, was devoutly intent on finding a solution to what I was looking for in preparation for a long road trip. Plus, he was so chill to talk with.Had a look around and there is a selection worth checking out here.

Lance and the guys and Sun and Ski are awesome! We go here all the time for our snowboarding needs and they always take care of us. If they dont have it in store they are usually able to find it and get it in within a week. I highly recommend visiting them!

This is a great place to see the equipment and get some good advice rather than just shopping online. The guys I worked with genuinely cared and were more than happy to answer my tedious amount of questions. When I came back with a complicated return, they bent over backwards to help me out. Had a kids bike shipped to the store from the website. Couldnt have been an easier process. Haro 20 Shredder will be perfect my for son, great price point also. Only place I could find a quality bike that was better quality than big box places and not $400. Love my kid, but a 7 year old doesnt need a $400 bike.

Not only is this an awesome store, but the customer service is some of the best Ive ever received. Sam and Zach were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They had great personalities. They went above and beyond to track down and order a pair of Reefs for me, all just a few minutes before closing. I felt awful about keeping them late and not once did they ever seem annoyed or frustrated. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and to assure me that I was not a bother (even as they were closing the store). This was my first time in the store, and our family will be back for sure!

Good selection of clothing, shoes, boots and snow gear, but slightly higher priced over etail sites. I like the Spyder, Burton, 686 selections. The in person service is very good. Ski boot fitting was very professional. This is in Cool Springs TN.

Bought an Orbea, Morgan put breaks on wrong.Frame cracked Orbea sent replacement part of the frame, Morgan replaced then put chain on backwards.If you can work on bikes yourself, just take the bike home and tune it up, do not let them Work on your bike.My brother bought an entry level mountain bike & I refused to let Morgan tune it!To think they actually service the more higher middle class....in middle TN.Scary, I recommend REI for your outdoor adventure needs.
