I have fibromyalgia and after my husband recovered from a quadruple bypass surgery, we started walking together. Walking is great because nearly everyone can do this exercise and modify things to live a healthy lifestyle.The problem was that it hurts my joints and arthritis because walking is a weight bearing exercise. With biking, you get a fine workout for all your muscle groups. And it is so easy to get on a step through bike. With the electric component, if I need help, it’s there...even if I need it to be all electric. I will still use my stomach muscles to maintain balance.Pedego is the Cadillac of electric assist bikes. You can do this and use it to reclaim your health. All while having a blast. Be safe and bike on!!

I love this place! They are so friendly and informative. These people really want their customers to have a great experience and they go out of their way to make that happen. My wife and I visited Pedego Franklin after researching ebikes . The owners, Bob and Kim could not have been more helpful. This was the best experience of all the shops we visited. We purchased two bikes and have enjoyed them very much, I recommend this store to anyone serious about ebikes.

4 of us rented e-bikes & rode a nearby Greenway trailfor a couple of hours. Great fun!!! Only downside: I hit some slick mud on a shady curve & the bike slid out from under me, my bad. A few scrapes & cracked rib; bike received minor damage. Pedigo was very reasonable with $40 charge for scraped up rear rack. Thank you Pedigo for that! As soon as I heal Ill probably will be riding again. This time a little more carefully though.

THE BEST way to get to know Franklin, TN is to rent these super fun bikes from Pedego. The owners are not only very knowledgable and helpful, but they are just lovely, wonderful people. We almost wanted to skip our ride and just sit and talk with them. ; )The bikes are easy to use and in perfect condition. I had my 6 and 8 year old sit on the back of a stretch bike, and it was not only a perfect fit, but amazing to ride. We all had so much fun and cant wait to do it again.

First visit and the owners answered my questions about ebikes and suggested recommendations. Offered a test ride and I tried out 2 Pedigos. Very nice and fun on my first ride. I will rent one and hour or two on my next visit before making a decision.

I was an avid cyclist in my 30s and 40s...dropped out for awhile, sold my bikes in a yard sale and used the spinner occasionally...missed the sport, turned 65, and bought a used hybrid last year. I live in a rolling and hilly environment after moving from sea level and dont enjoy the inclines anymore...heard about e-bikes but thought them to be a cop-out like when CDs replaced LPs...1000 CDs later I stopped in to my local Pedego shop for a test ride...ever take a bite of exceptional food at a restaurant and know youre in for a great meal from beginning to end?...thats the way I felt after starting my ride...what fun!! I heard Pedego is known for great customer service and because Im 65 I dont remember the saleswomans name but she answered all my questions, got me on a bike, and made sure I understood everything before I took off. Im now doing more research on these things but if all youve done is research go out and try one...then youll know..

There is no bike shop with better customer service. None. Gen has a genuine concern for insuring that her customers are knowledgeable and happy with their e bikes. Bob knows e bikes like Bo knows football. Trust me on this, buy your e bikes from them, you will not be disappointed.

They tried to do all that could be done tried several different bikes out. Found the one that I was intrested in. Good place to buy a good quality bike and get all the help to make it right for you.

We went to Pedego in Franklin TN Thursday 5/14/20, to inquire about e-bikes; well long story short we ended up buying our bikes thanks to a wealth of information/knowledge from Kim. She was so amazing to talk with and when we went on our test ride, well that was it for us, we just had to have our very own Pedegos🥰😍🤩😁. They even delivered our bikes to us the next day, thanks soooo much Bob. So if youre in the market for an e-bike 🚲 then do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle of looking at different places to try and find the right place, because Kim and Bob will satisfy all questions, worries, wonders, and concerns.

I had the pleasure of visiting Franklin for my birthday weekend back in September. Im so ashamed I havent sat down to write a review until now. In short - this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! By far the highlight of my trip! Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful and they made me feel like I was an expert, even though I was a total beginner! After being fitted for the most appropriate bike and small crash course, my friend and I were ready to set out on our voyage. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood was so serene. The only thing better than riding the bikes was the customer service! Bob and his wife were the sweetest people Ive met in a long time. Wonderful location, awesome activity, and amazing owners - I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We went yesterday and had a amazing time it was so much fun. The owner was really sweet an nice. She explained everything we needed and took a test drive around the parking lot we went around franklin for about two hours and it was only $14 a hour i recommend this shop to any and everybody. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

My fiancé and I went on the Make It A Date ride and it was super fun! You dont even have to pedal! It is GREAT. Also, the food tasted awesome. The only bad thing was that the seats make your booty hurt after a while especially when you hit bumps. Other than that, it was awesome, we will be back! :D

I dont usually write reviews but I feel compelled to tell this story. I am a disabled veteran with 5 young children, I bought an electric bike a few years ago to be able to spend time outdoors with my family. Unfortunately it sat for a while and I couldnt get it to work, so I looked up electric bikes on google and found this place. I took my bike in to have them look at it and immediately I could tell by the look on his face it wasnt good. I asked him to just look at it and see what he could do for me. After a couple of weeks he called me back and said he had it done so I went to the shop with the understanding that Im in Franklin and Im gonna pay dearly for this repair, because there was no one else to fix it. When I got there the man and his wife were there they brought my bike out and told me to ride it to see what I thought. Needless to say the bike was repaired completely. He proceeded to tell me how he had to modify this and do that and replace this and that, all the while Im thinking this is gonna hurt. He named off at least 5 or 6 parts that he had to replace and none of them sounded cheap. So at the end of this whole process I finally asked what the damage was gonna be, and to my utter shock and amazement he said $150. You could have knocked me over with a feather. This man had to completely rebuild half of the bike and replace the other half and out of the kindness of his heart he only charged me a third of what I estimate the cost should have been. If you have an electric bike that needs attention this is your place. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great company greater people. Thanks so much for putting me back on the road, you are my ebike shop from now on. JT

What a great bike and fun ride! If youve never taken a ride on one of Pedegos electric bikes you should give them a try. Smoothe ride, really comfortable seat and the benefit of electric when you need it and easliy turn it off when you want the exercise benefit of a regular bicycle. Great bike to take on a vacation trip for carefree, effortless sightseeing. Stop by when youre in downtown Franklin to meet Bob and Kem Harris owners of Pedego Franklin.
