Couldnt be more happy! These guys went above and beyond our expectations!! Just had them paint our mini cooper black. I took off the copper S on the back then I ordered a new one on Amazon. When we went to pick it up we noticed THEY put a new one on. We didnt even ask them to do that. The car looks mint! If you have any hesitation... dont! Very reasonable price with outstanding results!

These guys did a great job. I have a $60,000 Ford lariat pick up that was involved in a rear end collision. From the very start they explained everything that they would do and worked with the insurance company to get it done. This is the second time I’ve been there and both times it’s been superb! John and Sam are excellent communicators and are very knowledgeable. They worked with my insurance company to get the job done on time and within budget. What a great experience – Sam and John knocked it out of the park. I have been restoring a 67 Impala and had called or stopped by 17 body/paint shops - very happy that I selected Maaco Framingham’s top paint service. We discussed how I wanted to use the car and they made sure we were all aligned on expectations and they exceeded them. The car was handled with great care and the job was done ahead of schedule but not rushed. Not all Maaco’s are the same and the Framingham location is at the top of the pile. Recently went to Maaco in Framingham to have the hood of my 2008 Accord repainted after dealing with some rust. Sam was great to deal with. Over the past 6-7 years, I’ve used Maaco to fix minor dents in my family cars.I’ve never been disappointed. The GM Sam offers exceptional, personalized service (wash/vacuum) and their work is always top notch. Perhaps what I like most is that they work with me to address my needs - eg finding off market parts - to come up with most reasonable, affordable price.Highly recommend them!

Excellent service - would use again anytime! My vehicle had been sideswiped after I purchased it, the damage was minor but was covered by the transport company. John said the work would take a week and it was completed on time. From my first phone call until the day I picked it up, each person I encountered was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and cares about doing a quality job. In todays era of being rushed and forgetting about quality - this shop really knows the value of excellent customer service. My van looks beautiful and I will definitely be back if I ever need additional body work on the van.

Unbelievably awesome!!! I had a 30 old Toyota van that needed dent removal and repainting but is not valuable enough to justify expensive restoration-grade work. For an extremely modest amount of cash they made the van look new and BEAUTIFUL to the point where I get compliments everywhere I drive it. The shop is owner operated and the staff is totally engaged--performance and service towers over other chain outlets including those of the same franchise. Its like that scene in Back to the Future where everyone is cheerful and does a great job.

Only reason for reviewing is that they went above and beyond. Im a person that dont give a company a review because they did a good job. They should always do a good, at least acceptable job. However they not only did a good job, they went a step further and fixed an issue that wasnt asked of them. The bumper needed a small adjustment i was going to do myself because it was easy but they did it for me. The fact they took the extra 5 minutes to fix an 2 dollar issue that wasnt asked of them above doing a good job makes me want to come back here if I need service.

My headlights had over spray on them and so did my windshield. My headlights I didnt notice until after I got home. My windscreen I thought was dirt at first, until it started to glisten thats when I realized it was Clear coat. Ive left numerous emails with customer service before leaving this review and Ive yet to hear back. My headlights have grey paint. I paid a little over 1600 for touch up because the guy said bumpers and fenders off, well My headlights that cost over 1000 alone say that wasnt the case.

I was very pleased with how friendly the staff is and how comfortable I felt bringing my car here for body work. I was paying for this out of pocket and found the pricing very reasonable. They kept my car for only 3 days and did a fantastic job. Given my experience, it is the only place I will go to for body work from now on.

As you know, Maaco is a franchise, but the owner of this location has a very large staff that have been with him for years. They do exceptional work. I just got back my second car which is painted so nicely and the dents are completely fixed. The car came out just like new! Its the best work at a fair price.

Maaco of Framingham is just a great body shop. If you are paying for your own repair, as I was, owner Sam goes out of his way to try to save you money. I have always been satisfied. Just go there!

I have a late model Porsche and needed some body work after the wife had some disagreement with the trash barrel in the garage while driving the car . My friend recommended the guys at Macco of Framingham so I decided to try them and I can’t be happier . The owner gave me an estimate and stayed exactly within that estimate and did a fabulous job with the car . Car was done on time . Matched the paint flawlessly. Hope I don’t have to have body work done again but if I do they will be the ones I go to .

10/10 recommend my car looked like it was attacked by a bear I had some really nasty scratches all over the driver side and some on the trunk they had my car fixed up right on time and for 200-300 dollars cheaper than some other places quoted me for very pleased with the work they did and the staff was very friendly.

I love this place. I went there to get my car painted a new and very unique color. Sam walked me through the whole process and was fantastic and put me at ease. John was also very helpful. They were courteous and respectful and informative as well as warm and friendly. My car came out fantastically dot-dot. This was done in January 2020... 6 weeks later I am still getting compliments all over the place about how professional the paint job is and how it looks like its right out of the factory. I am so happy I got my car painted and so pleased I went to Maaco Framingham I would do it again in a heartbeat. I recommend them so heartily

My RAV 4 incurred damage to the front passenger side lower door and rocker panel. I went to a body shop and, since its a 2009, they told me to just live with it as it would have been over $3k to fix. After a couple of years of living with it and getting concerned about the surface rust, I went to MAACO and was immediately impressed with John, the manager, and how he analyzed the repair and presented his professional opinion. Just a straightforward, honest discussion. The price was 2/3 the price of two other quotes I had gotten. The work was completed sooner than originally planned and I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the work. I cant walk by my car without stopping and looking and thinking about how glad I am that I took it where I did - and they made it good as new. Im even driving my wife crazy, mentioning over and over, how pleased I am with the work that was done. Thanks MAACO, and John.

Their service is excellent, and Sam is very friendly guy. He has saved me more than 600 dollars. Last week my front bumper was pulled and needed a engine shield change. The first body shop I went gave me a quote of 891 dollars and suggested me to change my front bumper, which was crazy because my front bumper did not have any dent or scratch, I went to Maaco and they fixed my pulled bumper and change the engine shield less than 300 dollars. They are very professional and one of the best body shops.

Had some odd rust on my 3 year old Dodge Ram, they accommodated my schedule for when I was traveling, and took care of the rust very well before it became very expensive. Saved me money in the long run and reasonably priced.Also came back because noticed a piece needed adjusting, they fixed it quick and I was on my way. Good stuff.

I had bodywork and paint done on my Tahoe after my kids dinged up every corner. The price was great, turnaround time amazing, the truck looks fantastic and John and Sam were great guys to deal with. It is rare when you can say you absolutely got more than you paid for.

Maaco on Edgell Rd, Framingham just painted my front bumper. It totally matches the rest of car. Best paint job I have seen. Usually it is hard to match a color but they did fantastic and made sure it was right. Also, they helped me all through the processes and handled the outside appraiser and Insurance Company. They also coordinated with the Rental Car company so all I had to do was drop off my car for repair and get into my rental car right there and then. I highly recommend this facility.

This Maaco location is top notch. I brought my car in for a minor repair on a lease car that I chose not to put through my insurance. They arranged for a rental which was waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my car. Not only was I given a very reasonable price but the work done on my car was exceptional. The staff are super nice and took the time to explain everything. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone I know who needs any level of autobody work. The experience with this Maaco location could not have been better!!!

UPDATE: 3 weeks ago MAACO responded for me to contact customer service. I did immediately via the email they gave me. They have yet to respond to me. I have even sent them 2 additional emails. I see how they handle their mess-ups in public. Now we have another bubble and they still havent fixed the huge scratch they put in our vehicle during their last fix.Paid thousands of dollars to have our vehicle painted. Had to bring it back a multitude of times because we keep getting bubbles in the paint. The last time they fixed it, they put a huge scratch in the paint. Horrible work. Would not recommend them and WILL NEVER use them again!

Quick service as promised, but the job was incomplete, and the interior of my car is cover in white powder near the break pedals.

I had to have my Mustang repainted after I bought it after a private seller. Turns out the hood and roof needed to be redone as it was starting to rust. I took it to Maaco Framingham to have it stripped, primed and painted and they did a VERY good job. It took longer than anticipated, however they wanted to make sure that it was done perfectly with no additional charge. They are very thorough, friendly, cost effective and a well run business. I strongly recommend them for any body work needed.

I have been rear ended 5 times in the last 4 years and every time I find my self coming back to this shop.After trying to shop around for an honest and reputable body shop, I found this Maaco branch to be the best one.The manager Sam walked me through the whole process and explained everything precisely. The car has always been prepared on the day it was promised.On one occasion they even went as far as dealing with my insurance company in getting them to approve a specific part the insurance company was rejecting.Most recently, I had an issue with my driver side window and they were even able to help me get that fixed.I strongly recommend these guys! Recently had insurance repairs and painting done here and couldnt be more pleased. I would very highly recommend Maaco in Framingham. My Audi A4 was rear ended and was heavily damaged. The work it needed was very extensive, including cosmetic repairs and also electronics. I just picked it up yesterday and its perfect. The people at Maaco were a pleasure to deal with and made the entire experience easy.

This is my second time in a year (both over $3k not my fault) that I had a vehicle repaired there. Both times they found a few damaged items that the appraiser did not. They fought for me directly, did the paperwork, and had the appraiser return to their garage. They did not just take my money, bang out the dents, and Bondo the panels. They care about the customers and their vehicles. They perform high quality work, and use manufactures parts. John and Sam and very professional, experienced, and friendly. Both times I picked up my vehicles the day they promised. They even vacuumed and cleaned them for me.

I brought my 2000 Toyota Tundra to the Maaco in Framingham Massachusetts to be painted and clear-coated on Tuesday Morning of this past week. They were one of the few shops around that would agree to paint the truck after I had done a small amount of body work on the two rear quarter panels and replaced the two front fenders.Much to my surprise they called me Friday morning and said the truck was ready. I could not be more pleased in the way this truck came out. They match the color perfectly. I cannot see a single line of any of the taping they did. There is no overspray anywhere. The truck looks absolutely spectacular. I got the truck back that I dreamed off.Thanks guys!!

I have been using MAACO in Framingham for 15 years. They have painted 13 trucks and 2 cars as well as repaired numerous dents. I have NEVER had a problem, with the people, the price, the service, nor the quality of the work. Not once. I strongly recommend them.

MAACO does first rate work. They are extremely professional, hospitable, and if you need a car rental while your car is in their on site shop, they have an excellent relationship with Enterprise at 18 Cochituate Rd. Also, in Framingham. Enterprise gets 5 stars too!!!!!

Everything about this shop is terrible. Color didnt match, runs and sags literally the size of my hand, front door mounted 1/8 lower than back door, hinges and hold back were loose and i had to tighten them the next day. Plastic clips that hold interior trim in place were broken. Now i have no cover for the interior door handle. The car was returned dirty. Not done on time. The guys in the office were nice though and accomodating, but it soon became apparent that they didnt have actual body men in the shop. Ive seen some tech school kids do a far better job. Price was what i would have paid anyplace else for subpar work. I will avoid maaco for the rest of my life. You should too.

In summary Best experience. He was recommended by my brother in law.Banged my door, hinges bent at an angle, unable to close door.I called him on the phone on this stormy day assuming its gonna be busy. He said I can come right away. Eventhou he was busy my need was urgent.I thought he may suggest to change the whole door and repaint or to change the hinges. I was low on budget. He got the issue fixed quicky and I was able to close the door smoothly.I will do all my bodywork thru him from now on.

Was looking for auto body shop to fix bump and paint job on my friends new car, I got best consultation and quote from Macco in and around Ashland, Framingham and Hopkinton areas. Sam is the person I was working with and the whole experience was awesome. He explained different options repair/ replacement and suggested best option. we took repair route and the result was amazing, I couldnt believe there were no signs of bump/ scratch and it looked like brand new.. great paint job, more than that my friend was happy since it was new car. They provided extra paint incase any scratches for future.Another bonus was, my car door got stuck during the collision, and the door windshield was broken in Macco store while closing the door. Nobody believe, Sam fixed that door for free of cost even though it was not their fault. I never had such great and cool experience in last few years.I would recommend this shop to any one, one of the best auto body shop in and around this area... It was A+++ experience...Cheap and best shop..

This was out of pocket body work for my Mitsubishi Lancer and Sam provided a fair estimate and excellent work. The metallic red color is perfectly matched and I cant distinguish the repair area.
