I had a long experience with Simons Autobody and the end result was superb. The process was lengthy, nearly 7 weeks for a fender bender. This was primarily due to discrepancies between the shop and my insurance company. The insurance company seemed to think the the body shop was trying to rip them off, the body shop insisted that they were doing everything necessary. In the end Im not a car expert and when the two parties who ARE the experts are in intense conflict over my car, it left me in a tough spot. Simon and his staff were very professional with me and ultimately I am pleased with their high quality work, and thank them for that. I just dont think I can give 5 stars given the full details of the experience.

Did expert work, but perhaps more importantly, I had a lot of problems with my insurance company (this was my first claim in MA, and the rules are different here). The folks at Simons helped me advocate for myself, and eventually got my insurance company to cover all of the manufacturers recommended repairs - even after they had initially declined some of the work as optional. I would definitely recommend them to a neighbor.

Someone rear-ended my BMW, so I took it to Simon’s based of their reviews. While it took a while (5wks, because the third party’s insurance company wanted things done quickly and cheaply, so they wouldn’t cooperate), my car came back looking better than before it was hit. Simons decided to repair it correctly, not cheaply.Simons also worked with me and two separate insurance companies to make sure my car got repaired the right way and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket for it.

Very happy with the work at Simons Auto Body. I brought my Audi A6 in to have some cosmetic detailing and body work with ceramic coating amongst other things. I was amazed with the job that they did, it was better than I expected! I would highly recommend going to Simons if you are looking for meticulous work and great customer service.

Simon and his team provide excellent quality work, they are very knowledgeable, reliable and offer outstanding professionalism when dealing with their customers. This is one of the WORST body shops you can ever go to. They didn’t complete work that i asked them to do and still took my money for it. They lied right in my face, and did nothing about it. They even left car parts in my car from another car, stripped my wheels, even had a air bag light on, and didn’t perform specific tasks I asked them to do, & yet still took the money. THEY LIE! Don’t ever bring your car here, they are all shady and will destroy your car if anything. Do not bother bringing your car here, I repeat, do NOT bring your car here. Thank me later.

I was recently rear-ended by another driver and took my car to Simons Auto Body for the repairs. The inside of the facility is spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They even coordinated with Enterprise Car Rental to come to pick me up.Unfortunately, my car insurance tried to have Simons Auto Body cut corners on the work. Simon personally fought for me and made sure my car was fixed the proper way. Throughout the process, they communicated with me to ensure I was completely informed about the issue with my insurance company. The car came out looking fantastic, and I have no complaints about the work.To top it off, they dropped the car off at my house, and the car was detailed. It is not often you take your vehicle to the shop and it returns cleaner. I would highly recommend using Simons Auto Body.

My car is certified pre-owned, and I had it less than 6 months, when I got into an accident on a snowy rotary. I got significant damage to a headlight, and surrounding areas. My car was in awful condition. I brought it to Simons Auto Body, hoping that my car could get back to normal.The staff was so kind and patient. I didn’t have to worry about scrambling to find a rental car, or dealing with lots of phone calls to insurance. When the car was ready, I was amazed!!! My car is in excellent condition, and it looks better than the day I bought it. I couldn’t have imagined that it would turn out to be so wonderful. I highly recommend this auto body shop to everyone. I had such a great experience at Simons Auto Body today. They buffed out a long scratch where my car had been keyed across 3 panels. My car looks like new and I cant even tell where the scratch was! Plus Simon and his staff were so nice and professional. I definitely recommend them!

Honda Fit had damage from a rear-end collision in a parking lot and hail damage from falling acorns and branches. First round of repairs looked great. They also cleaned and washed the car for free and did a good job of it. Noticed that the window bottom trim was also affected by the hail damage and Simon took care or it, replacing the trim pieces for all 4 side windows. After that, noticed that there was some glue-like residue on one piece of the window side trim. Simon had his guys repaint all of the window trim with black matte paint. Hes very dedicated to his craft and your satisfaction. If youre not happy, say something and he will work with you. The atmosphere of the place is very upscale, which is unexpected (in a good way) for an auto shop.

These folks are absolutely professional and go above and beyond for their customers. The repairs made to my wifes car were perfect and we were surprised to find the car cleaned inside and out. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I will continue to recommend them to friends, family, and coworkers. Definitely a first class place!

As we close out 2012, I can say I have used Southboro Auto Body a whopping 5 times this year for 3 different cars. While that might sound like I’m a poor driver, 3 werent my fault, and 2 were in accidents by 2 of my kids! But Ive found Simon (new owner) to be a pleasure to work with, and the work of Southboro Auto Body to be top notch. I wouldnt have used them 5 times if I wasnt exceptionally pleased. The work is very professional and at a reasonable price. Im sure I will use them again.

Yes, there still are businesses out there that practice integrity and professionalism. I was experiencing a most exasperating situation with my Insurance Company. Simon, his WONDERFUL staff were so knowledgeable and patient with me and their guidance helped me make the best decision when it came to our Lincoln MKX. Good place for fixing my car

I took my car in because it was having random engine misfire and was happily surprised that Simon actually sent my car to the dealership, where he knew the repair would be covered under warranty! Its nice to know there are still mechanics out there that care more about the customer and the car, than the money! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an honest opinion on their car!

These guys were great! A neighbor recommended them to me for getting my car detailed. They dropped me off at work, delivered the car back to my office that afternoon and the car looked amazing inside and out. And the price was much more reasonable than others in this area, with no lack of service at all. They even touched up a little rust for me for free, and let me keep the touch up paint. I will use them again no doubt, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Simons did a phenomenal job on my car from direct auto. It had been damaged by a plow and after the work they did to it you would never be able to know. Paint matched incredibly. And the detail was perfect. I couldnt be happier.

Several of my family members have brought their vehicles to this shop multiple times, and the best advice I can give you is DONT DO IT. We have seen vehicles returned with less gas than they arrived with, evidence of water damage while at the shop, and repairs that take far longer than they should and mysteriously seem to have more severe damage than is readily apparent. Previously we have had a returned loaner kept by the shop and driven around for another week before returning it to Enterprise, and Enterprise charged *us* for it. They also make you sign an agreement not to speak out in reviews and on social media about them, which I find personally offensive. Now that Im aware of what this shop is pulling on people I will not let any of my family vehicles near this place.

Southboro Auto Body is an amazing auto body shop. I got rear ended and was able to get my car in the next day. Simon, the owner, is a caring, knowledgeable person and after you drop your car off, you are in good hands. He takes care of everything for you, and you dont have to worry about your car. The work done on my car looks great, as if it were brand new, and they offer warranty on all of their service. This is really a great body shop, which does a lot more than just repairs, and if you are looking for a place that will take care of you, and not screw you around this is the place to go. If I ever need to go to an Auto Body shop for any reason, I will be coming back to this one undoubtedly.

I just had a great experience at Southboro Auto Body. Small damage to one of my doors was annoying and I wanted to get it fixed. I drive by Southboro Auto Body every day and inquired about getting my car fixed with them. Simon came to the car with me and offered to fix the car for free where it would be virtually invisible and also gave me a verbal quote to make it perfect. I can hardly notice the damage with his free help and his quote was 30% less than another body shop I tried.. Stellar customer service!

This place was horrible, i was promised that a small problem would be fixed and was told it would be 900 for a SCRATCH! and when it was done the person was going to handle my insurance and that repair. Now apparently paying 5000 dollars through insurance has forced my insurance monthly payment to rise, because he took apart my car told the insurance that the car was broken and it wasnt i only went in there for a scratch so be careful he pays a lot for advertisements and likes to scam people

I called Simons auto body to pick up my car on a Thursday to have it looked at around 4 in the afternoon. They said the car could only be picked up 8 am Friday the next day. I agreed to it, then decided it was probably not in my best interest to go with them, and explore my other options. I called Simons auto body again on Friday at 7:50 am where I requested a cancellation, they told me the service would be cancelled. I left for work, and when I came back that night, my car was gone. They had taken my car without my permission. On Saturday morning I went in to get my car back, and the service they offered was horrendous. I spoke with Simon, the supervisor/owner, and he told me that they could not cancel the tow, and that he would have to charge me $100 for the tow, and $70 for keeping the car there for 2 days. With no other options, I paid the fee, and was forced to sign a paper stating I authorized him to take my car, when that was not the case. When I told him I did not want to sign the paper, he threatened to keep my car and to keep raising the fee $100 each day I did not pay, he said this in Portuguese so the other english speaking customers could not hear or understand his threat. So forced to pay this ridiculous fee for having my car stolen, I would advise you stay away from Simons autobody.

Best services in body shop car repair in Framingham

I went here one morning around 8:45am after calling. They told me on the phone that theyd give me a quote real fast while I wait. I got there and had to wait almost an HOUR just to have Simon come and see my car. He looked at my car for about 20 seconds and said hed give me a quote to fix the mirror and scratch on door, in 5 mins. So I waited 5 mins and nothing.... 10 mins, nothing. Finally someone told me they would email the quote very soon. 2 hours later, no quote. When I called, they said their internet was being weird, but that they had sent it.Basically I wasted 3 hours of my day and NO quote. Meanwhile I went to another body shop nearby and got a quote in 5 mins. :) DO NOT go to Simons if you want a quick quote! I dont know how the work is because I never even got a quote back!

Worst customer service. the customer service lady yelled Jesus Christ over the phone at me.Said the car was going to be done last Saturday but still not today after 4 weeks. Said they would call the insurance appraiser for supplements on the day I dropped my car but turned out didnt do anything after a whole week until I checked with the insurance agent. Too bad cant gibe negative score.

Yes, I liked the place. Their work is great, the service is also very good. there is only one big problem. They dont meet the deadline to deliver their car. With that you lose money with the car rental. Because the insurance pays for 30 days. It would be a good time to deliver the car to you. Only not. They hold your car indefinitely. And insurance paying parkin. You get stressed. And nothing solves. If u stay on top your car stays there. Great workshop. Thats the problem.

Not very good experience with simos auto body they are not interested in making small repairs, I took my car to fix the door they saw that I was not going to give a big money so they didnt even call me back to tell me the budget and When I called back I always said to call later then for me and a terrible place to leave the car to fix it for them they are only interested in something in which they will earn a lot of money ..

For almost a year our insurer was reluctant to pay us the insurance deduction reimbursement because it was not our fault. I was very upset with the insurer and when we contacted Simon and his team. We have been given all the necessary attention to complete the entire process with the necessary confidentiality and security. I want to congratulate the entire Simons Auto Body team and personally thank you for all your hard work and last week we received our refund check that was already deposited in our account after Simon and his team reversed with the insurer to resolve this issue. . Not to mention my wife gave up selling the beautiful car, by the way. Congratulations Simon for the team and professionalism!

Simon promises you that he is going to do many things in his car to looks better and the car comes with just the main job barely done and he gets all the money from the insurance with out doing all the things that he promised you and the insurance .Portuguese:Worst service ever. Simon promises to make several improvements to his car and only makes the main one. Want to take you in the conversation. Besides taking more than a month, the car only comes back with the main service done and poorly done. I dont recommend anyone leaving your car with them. They take the insurance money and dont give a damn about the Client.
