Nice place to shop but your paying for the name of the store just like the others a little higher cost but it was nice and clean .

This review is specific for the Pharmacy, their service is terrible ...GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AND VACCINES !!! This place does not serve nor do I recommend it !!!!!!! it is difficult for them to do their jobs, even with an appointment, They had a 70-year-old person waiting for more than an hour, with an appointment made on the Internet, in the end they did not attend, nor an explanation of anything at all ...they left her waiting, so as not to attend to her. Incompetent, they should hire personnel who want to work, not ignorant people !!! if i could i would rate them with 0 star

Not a safe area. Too many scary situations at this location. Most recently I was shopping with my son and was followed by a man who was recording us. Went to the manager and pointed this man out and the manager didn’t do anything. No security person there. Nothing. I ended up going over to this man (who was well over 6’ and 200lbs) and told him he wasn’t leaving until he deleted that video of me and my son. Long story short, he did pull his phone out and deleted the video but not before the manager saw it himself (and other customers too I’m sure as this happened at from of store). All i heard the manager say as I left the store with my son was that what he did “was not cool”. Will never go back to this store. Creepy.

I had problems checking out again that was the second time I shopped there I usually go to Walmart but Tom thumb has a 50 off rack in the back and sometimes I have some good deals

Dont buy infant formula here, I constantly get busted open cans, they are not gentle with their product at all.

This is a really nice store. Nice produce, meat department is always in great shape.My one gripe is that the aisles seem so narrow and almost claustrophobic. A floor plan remodel wouldnt be the worst thing to happen, but overall Im pleased that this place is so close to my home. Will recommend and return often.

I shop here for items between weekly grocery runs & have perscriptions filled. You can get curbside pickup using the Tom Thumb app. Recently, have been in the store & other customers were not wearing masks. Be mindful if mask wearing is important to you.

Good place to shop. Bakery, deli, meat market workers and cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Produce is always fresh. Prices are reasonable and the store is always clean. Very good selection of products; I can always find pretty much anything I need here. Recommended.

Don’t use their Pick Up Service! It took them 24 hours to process my order only to have less than 1/2 of the items I ordered in stock. Walgrens will have your order ready in half an hour and they contact you if something isn’t available!

Presentation is superb in produce section. Deli and bakery are good but could be better. Efforts to limit exposure to COVID 19 is excellent.

Over all great place to shop, but very expensive...so be ready to come out of pocket for something that you normally wouldnt have to pay that much for. For example (made up): grapes at Aldis $2, at Tom thumb you will pay like 4. Why not go somewhere where you will get the same quality of that product but for a lower price. Even if you can afford the expensive side of that product. Just my facts..

I love shopping here. But recently customer service has gone downhill. Not sure why, but who knows, its a difficult time, so I just let it go. The plants used to be much much better, not anymore thought. I wanted to buy some cute small ones for my office and I asked the lady, plain and simple will these grow big? No they will not grow overnight... hahaha I just laughed and left.

Excellent selection of products of high quality, esp. produce. Location of products is logical: never have to hunt or guess. With member card prices are competitive. The only grocery store Ive found where customers as well as staff follow Covid safety and sanitation guidelines--I wont shop anywhere else because of this

I was in your parking lot today waiting on a friend( who isnt familiar with the area )to show up. Once the friend arrived I got out the car to speak then got back in my car. This is when I realized your security guard walking in our direction and stood right behind my car. I immediately decided to see what he was in fact staring at....And yes, it was us he was scoping out. This is when I decided to not go inside the store. Once we immediately pulled off, I could see in my mirror him walk off. We did absolutely nothing for this security guard to stop and make it a point to come towards us and stand behind my car.I would hope this security guard wasnt racially profiling!!!!! This was 6-10-20 around 6pm.

I needed a very special cake recently for a three year olds birthday party and the team in the bakery provided me with a cake far beyond my expectations. The artist did an amazing job and spent a significant amount of time getting the image just right. They were extremely friendly and kept me informed with updates throughout the process.I will definitely be going back to this location in the future!

Worst experience ever today!! if I have a Just For You card and put in my phone number and it still didnt ring up the right price and I catch it at the checkout, why do I have to go stand in line and then fight with Felicia Washington who wants to do a deep Discovery into why its not working right?? Its not my problem, I dont have time to keep waiting on you to keep ringing it up three more times. Then you want to actually take my phone go into the app see if I had the cheese selected in the app (which Ive already shown the person before you that I did), then you want to go into my account and look at my phone number and try to verify thats the right phone number. Heifer its cheese! Ive got a physical card on me, Im showing it to you... please move on. Refund my money or take all this s*** back. Geez!!!

They are no longer carrying quite a few things that I like and the manager was in such a hurry he was rude. I understand that he had a lot to do and it was very busy but you should finish with one customer before you start with the next. We have chosen to spend our hard earned money in that store and the very least we deserve is an acknowlegement or a hello.

This particular Tom Thumb location has become my primary stop for a majority of my grocery needs. If you manage to find yourself here in the evening hours, be sure to say hello to Kenny, the cashier usually on duty. He has exemplary knowledge of his store and his personality is something i look forward to each time i go there. Dont forget to be about the orange sticker. Massive savings.

I always like this store. Sometimes they are a little out of my price range but they have great produce and meat selection.

I was looking for fresh squeezed orange juice like you used to carry.Sadly you do not do this anymore.However, that said, your Tom Thumb location on Camp Bowie has the absolute best bakery anywhere in Fort Worth. You make the very very best donuts and sweet rolls and pastries, and I go nowhere else other than your Tom Thumb on Camp Bowie for those items. Im very very happy with your Tom Thumb location there.

Hate shopping here and Albertsons. Makes it harder and more time is being spent insidr the grocery store because they have the aisles directed off as one ways...which makes no sense at all. Meaning you have to go down one aisle one way just to get to the other aisle where you need your items. It can be in the middle of the aisle and you have to walk down another aisle one way just to get back to that aisle just dumb!!

This is a shell of a grocery. Little variety and extremely overpriced.

My wife and I tried Tom Thumbs InstaCart home delivery service for which we paid extra besides the cost of the ordered food. The delivery window was 1 - 5 PM. Actual delivery was an hour and 10 minutes late, without explanation or phone call. When I phoned them to find out what was going on, Miriam not only couldnt find our order; she also couldnt make sense out of the fact that our order number, which was on our emailed confirmation, was 8 digits rather than the 9 that was their norm. I called Tom Thumb to gripe, and the very nice MOD said InstaCart was weird but wasnt part of TT. Soooo long, TT, its been good to know ya . . .

Tom Thumb Camp Bowie....The bakery was open, but no one was qualified to help, as the only [said] knowledgeable employee was at lunch. After paging for a manager and waiting for an extended amount of time, I was informed that he is a new manager and has not yet learned to answer when paged. He never surfaced. I firmly believe that the lady working the adjoining deli could have assisted if she werent so busy talking over me whilst explaining how much she didnt know. Lack of cross-training was not the issue. Listening and accountability are necessary skills in customer service. This store failed miserably today.

I go to Tom Thumb when Im looking for a good sale on sodas. I use Dr. Pepper products. They have good sales like buy 2 12 packs and get 2 free. I always find something else when Im there. Their produce and bakery departments are the best around, in my opinion.

I cant say that Im real fond of the staff at the store. Im not saying that theyre all rude or anything like that. Its just that nobodys really friendly. Couple of guys in the meat department were kind of funny though. Other than that I can tell you that the store is bright and clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean. The produce is absolutely marvelous. They have a wonderful Bakery and Deli. Their butcher block is fabulous. Those guys are really helpful and amusing to top off.

Clean, well lit store but small. Couldnt find a lot of items Im used to seeing at other stores. Employees were friendly but bag person put many canned items in 1 bag making it very heavy. I used the electric scooter and had my cane visible so she should have known better. Actually, several of the bags were quite heavy.

Went in at 5:00pm on Saturday 7/7/2018. Wanted to get a card and some flowers for my anniversary for my wife. There was a sign saying This station is closed. Please go to the customer service counter So I picked out some flowers and went to the customer service counter as instructed. As I waited at the counter an employee kept assuring me someone would be right there. After 15 minutes and watching several people go through the regular checkouts me,and another person who was also waiting to pay a bill started looking around to see if someone was going to help us. After 20 minutes I had enough and walked out. The man at the register who kept telling me someone was coming didnt even try to stop me and offer to check me out at his register as I walked by. I wanted to take the flowers to my wife while she was at work, and by being held up at customer service counter she had got done at work and headed home. We frequently visited this store over the years, as we are lifetime Fort Worth residents, but my wife has complained about service issues and the presence of pan handlers always outside the store. So this is most likely our last visit to Tom Thumb.

This is the best store around. Has wide selection of goods and the staff is customer oriented. Ive shopped here many times and I dont have any complaint!
