Every experience I’ve had at this store has been a poor one. Never in stock of what I’m looking for. Customer service was mediocre as he didn’t help me figure out how to get the headset I need. Walked right out. Not going back here. One too many not-so-good experiences

This is my regular Gamestop. They are the best. Great crew, great selection, great location right by Walmart so its easy to pip in while doing your other shopping.Go here if you need a game! They will take good care of you.

The guys are great, however, not much stock in the store. Everything is moving online only.

We went here today to spend money when we can easily go to Walmart to get a ps4 controller. The assistant manager Michael told us he had 5 people in his store he was at capacity. 1 person left so I could walk in and he stopped me again and told me he actually had 6 people and I wasnt allowed in. I asked him if he was the store manager and he lied and said he was and then when I asked for his name he said he was actually the assistant manager. This is why Gamestop is doing so bad is because you have managers like this. We understand social distancing but he had 6 people in there so he was already breaking his rule for the store.

Amazing staff! Especially the store leader, Alex! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and I just love the atmosphere in the store now. It looks much cleaner than most GameStops Ive been too. I recommend doing business here for sure.

The staff here is amazing! I went in to pick up a Xbox one game I have been waiting for, for awhile now. I was greeted with a smile, and helped right away. Kimberly is such a sweet heart. We talked about the game I was picking up, and she helped me get all set up!

Bad experienceWe went into the store to get a couple games with a gift card. My son picked out what he wanted and we went to pay. The cashier at the time rang us up and gave us our total. As we were paying, I noticed that the price of the game we were being charged was for the Game of the Year edition that they were out of stock on. I asked are we getting charged the price of the special edition or the regular game? The cashier told us it was only a couple dollars difference. My wife asked does that mean its going to be less money? She replied yeah. I went outside outraged by this knowing she was in the wrong, not only for lying to our face but to say its only a couple dollars difference!!! I got my receipt to come back inside to confront the cashier without my family there and she all of sudden found the Game of the Year edition we had paid for once I showed my frustration. Customer service these days...

The guy that works in there is a legend he is always kind to my kinds who are a little wild in game stop but he never minds he always has the answear to my questions one of the best gamestops I have ever been to.

I like this store. Michael, assistant store leader, was very hopefully as soon as I walked in the store. He made sure that I know the current price of the product I wanted and he inspected them as well. As a customer I look for customer service like that. Great job Mike!!!

Poor customer service. I was not welcomed as I walked in, I expect the finest customer service. GameStop games are not even worth it. New Games $60: Used Games $55 and you cant return a new game so you are better off buying it online. Since you can buy games digital now GameStop will for sure go or if business.

Its the only one for a long ways driving and yet really does come through on all my gaming needs so I love it. Staff is great too!

Went there to get my grandson a headphone set with a microphone. We can usually find the PS4 games at a good price there. The headphones were reasonably priced, too. This was the only place where we found a Black Panther action figure. My 9 yr old grandson likes to go here. I do, too, especially since theres not a lot of walking thru a great big store to find what youre looking for. If you know what you want, just ask one of the store employees, and theyll take you right to what you want!

Its hard to go to a Gamestop where someone enjoys working there and is as enjoyable to be with as Michael is. What a great store and experience!

Came in Thursday to pick up a game I had made a reservation for and they told they didnt have it eventhough I had called them the day before and told them If the got my reservation and they said yes. I was pretty bummed out because I had to drive pretty far. I ended up buying another game but the female employee charged me more than the price on the box.

I enjoyed coming here and the prices were surprisingly lower than I expected. Not only that, but the service was awesome. Thanks GameStop!!!

I walked in not having a clue what I was going to buy my brother for his birthday. luckily the employees walked up to me and asked how he could help. He helped me find the perfect game!

A few days ago I went into this Gamestop to buy a copy of GTA 5. They had a used copy for $18, not bad, but when I asked him what would happen if it didnt work when I got home he told me if I paid $2 extra it would be replaced. Otherwise if it didnt work I would be out the money. Thats not a sustainable business plan. You dont penalize your paying customer with damaged products even if they are used. If this is where they are heading Im done with Gamestop.

Dont believe what Google says, theyre only open till nine and ignore the phone. Actually stood outside and called.. Watched them play hot potato with the phone and then put it down and ignore it. Awesome.Go to a different gamestop. Or game exchange down the street.

The staff were very hands on, and went out of tgeir way to make recommendations that suited what we were looking for. Staff were knowledgeable, professional, and assisted us without pushing a hard sell for a increase in stuff we didnt need.

The customer service here was atrocious. I walked into the store with my gf and everybody stopped and looked and then went back to what they were doing. No greeting, no hello, nothing. Overheard them lying to customers about the difference in headsets and how there is no different in them. Wouldnt sell a product because the people working were arguing who got it and they didnt order enough of the product to sell any. Will never return to this location.

Very poor customer service, not professional at all..after getting my black edition wii system together in the box perfectly went to this location and after all that time they wouldnt take it because the nunchk was missing, and the extra white controller or Mario kart black and white wheels were not enough along with about 8 games..then after unboxing all of it they wouldnt even return it to me in the box like it was before going in, they threw everything back in the box..why even try to go to gamestop anymore if this is the service your going to get.not going here every again

Well GameStop is GameStop but I did buy that one year subscription sing from them and when my kids went back to use it it was not an active membership and couldnt get the discount for trading in used games well not discount but a better trade-in value for being a member so my money went somewhere for the subscription but not to me.

Great Staff, Everything orginized, low prices on hard to find vintage games/consoles .Nice selection of blu-ray . Remember its a used trading store so dont try to go for a game thats barely coming out.
