Cant say enough about Ryan and Libby and the quality of the business they have built. Ryan helped me think through and design the electronics in my hunting truck rebuild. He then fabricated the components I needed with high professionalism. Then he and Libby fielded numerous phone calls from me as I asked questions over the days I was installing what Ryan had built out. Quality people, quality products, quality business. One cant ask for more.

AMAZING customer service. Ryan and Libby are both very down to Earth people that really seem to love what they do. After shopping for a new truck fridge I am very glad I stumbled on their store. Since they were local I was able to test fit the fridge from the showroom on my slide to make sure it fit. After purchase follow up was awesome. Very helpful having an actual Brick and Mortar location that we can get a hands on presentation of equipment and overland gear before purchase. Fantastic experience! I did a seat delete and got goose gear installed in my Tacoma and now my dogs are way more comfortable when we travel... the service was fantastic and the communication was great throughout the ordering and installation process. Ryan at CB Adventure Supply saved the day! I was looking for a brake controller for my GX460 and had an appointment with one of the big box camper supply shops to install. Ryan quickly responded to my questions about brake controllers for the GX and he suggested the REDARC Tow-Pro Elite. I was walking out the door to have the other controller installed when he called so I quickly canceled the appointment and drove to Ryan’s shop. Ryan installed the REDARC with a very clean install through a factory blank on the dash. The included dial collar did not match my 2012 so he took the one out of his own rig and installed it in mine. Ryan was very helpful explaining how the controller works and provided top notch service. We have towed our new travel trailer several times now and the REDARC works great. The recommendation of a quality product that is easy to use and looks great on the dash too was greatly appreciated. I will for sure come back to CB Adventure Supply for more gear in the future.

Ryan and Libby at CB Adventure Supply were quick with communication. They had two specific products I needed for my 23Zero roof top tent . . . a fitted sheet (because a normal sheet is kind of a mess on the mattress) and a boot bag (because well, you just need a place to put your shoes when you climb up there). I ordered one item, and then placed a separate order for the other item. I shot them a note, and they quickly consolidated the orders to save some shipping costs. Great communication and customer service. Will purchase again from them.

From start to finish Libby and Ryan helped me with my Goose Gear platform for my 4runner. The manufacturing was held up do to covid shutdowns but they kept me updated and informed during the process and even made sure all the necessary hardware was packaged on arrival. When I picked up everything they made sure I knew a few important things about the installation that made things go a lot smoother. Thanks guys!

I want to preface this with Ryan and Libby are great people and went above and beyond on all aspects pre purchase and during purchase. They however, got between a rock and a hard place when they sold us a 23Zero tent, awning and full setup and the product was defective and had multiple seam leaks all over it (made in China). Then when they received no support from 23Zero on returning the item, they basically told us to pound sand on returning and refunding the gear. More below:We purchased the top of the line 23Zero Walkabout 87 with Light Suppression Technology with Full Annex as well as their 270* Awning and Shower. After shipping, more than a $6,000 USD investment.This purchase decision was made because I wanted the absolute best setup for a $130K Tacoma build down in Costa Rica.We waited weeks for the tent to arrive to the dealer because we were excited this product was the best quality on the market.Once mounted to the vehicle and setup, we tested the awning in our driveway. The awning started to leak at the stitch points between the seams between the downfold and roof, on every triangular piece of roof of the awning. This caused rain to come in at these seams with all of the walls up, spilling onto camp tables, food and clothing. The leak was not a one time occurrence, it appears many if not most of the seams of the China made awning leaked.Then onto the tent. The Mecca of tents. The Walkabout 87. We were so excited about this tent. The whole family piled in, us on top and the kids down in the annex. After setup (which takes a dreadful hour for the first few times and 40 minutes when you are moving fast), we climbed in the tent for the first storm. Rain was on it’s way. As the rain went from light to medium, the kids started saying that they had drops of water hitting them on the head in the annex. That was weird, couldn’t be. Then a few minutes later, all four corners of our mattress up top were soaked! We had to use full size beach towels in every corner to soak up the rain water that was coming in between (you guessed it), absolute garbage quality seams and seam tape. Where the pockets are in the Walkabout 87, on all 4 corners, the pockets were completely full with water. The outside of the tent was waterproof in many areas but seemed to get drenched in the bottom corners of the windows. Then as water rolls down the outside of the tent, it goes into garbage quality seams and leaks inside the tent, soaking the mattress and everything below in the annex.The 23Zero company is good at marketing their products. They are horrible at quality manufacturing, quality control and customer service.I brought this to their attention and asked for a full refund as I was moving on to a hard top tent that would not leak. They basically told me to pound sand. It was appalling. They refused to take a return and refund the tent. They would not pay shipping back to them and said that they would inspect the tent and if a warranty was warranted, would do so at their discretion. They refused to return the tent (we used it two nights). Unbelievable.I’m not a dunce here, not my first tent nor my first rodeo in quality control. I am the founder and operator of a $100MM beverage company that is made in the USA and takes quality control very seriously - something that 23Zero fails to do.I would never recommend these products to anyone and steer you to buy a real tent if you’re in the market. James Baroud for hard shell and ARB or similar high quality for soft tents.Sad that companies can operate this way and stay in business - but what I’ve learned about business is that these companies will not be around for the long haul.Long term shareholder value has a direct correlation to customer service. Not standing by your product and telling customers to pound sand who voted for you with their dollar and put trust in a quality product being delivered will never work out in the long run.Proceed with caution.

Purchased a pair of Wavian fuel cans, which seem to be difficult to find right now. The transaction was fast and professional, the young lady who answered the phone and answered my questions was also very friendly. The fuel cans, a NATO standard, worked very well with no leaking of any sort. Great company to do business with, with fast shipping.

Great service and it is nice to be able to put hands and eyes on some products that arent carried in big box stores. In this case, I had a trip coming up and was able to pick up the Tembo Tusk Skottle at the shop without having to wait for shipping. Definitely will look here first for my next camping or overlanding need.

Their communication throughout the process was on point, and the item arrived in just a few days. They were so proactive with information, tracking #s, and followed up with a thank you card. Ryan and Libby are the salt of the earth! They are knowledgeable about offroad adventures and thus are able to give excellent advice about products. They wont upsell if something less expensive will do the job for you. If you need offroad or camping supplies, you wont find nicer folks or a more well-stocked store!
