The most beautiful Quinceañera dresses

Limited dresses in stock, could only try on 1 dress, if you wanted to try on another you would have to pay 100.00. ridiculous... Even though you schedule an appointment, drive in from out of town. The prices were ridiculous, doubled what was in Austin. The rules are crazy, some only by appt. Others only during the week. The crazy thing, there was no budget for a dress. Guess you loose... On a sale.

The dresses are absolutely gorgeous! I definitely recommend, the employees are very nice and this is overall a good store!

This place is great and the staff is friendly! Edna helped us and made sure my sister got the dress of her dreams! She gave us different options until she found what she wanted. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

Had walked into the store and asked to try on a dress. Was told that we needed an appointment. Asked her what time she had on the same day being that we were from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Was told that there was an opening for 3:00PM. We made the appointment and walked around the plaza for 2 1/2 hours before our appointment. We get there and my daughter tries on the dress she was interested in and wanted to try on a second dress. Thats when the young lady let me know that if a second dress wanted to be tried on it would cost a $100. She then handed me a paper with the cost of the dress my daughter tried on and asked if we wanted to go ahead and have the dress ordered. One, it would have been nice to have known that we could only try one dress on and the additional dress would cost $100. That way we would have been aware of the cost ahead of time before trying on an initial dress. I called another location in Dallas and explained my experience with the store and that if I was going to be paying so much money for my daughters special day. I would much rather take my business where I know that I and my daughter would be valued as customers! So I did just that and took my business to another location and the sales person was very informative and helpful and even went the extra mile for us!

I do not recommend this place at all. I ordered my daughter’s15 dress 6 months in advance and when it arrives they call me to tell me the color of the diamonds on her corset is wrong and they had the nerve to ask if I still wanted that way. Of course not, I was specific on the colors why would I want any other. They never afford an apology however they did fix it. When we finally went to pick up the dress her dress was missing the bow it came with. This is not just a little bow we are talking about it’s a big bow that makes the style of the dress. Not only that but from the package that the dress come with the Bible was also missing. I paid a lot of money over $2000 and didn’t deserve to get this kind of service. You would think that they would of at least offer a 20% discount for all their mistakes but nope. For a business that makes money out someone’s very special day they should know that getting things done right the first time is not only very important but it is essential. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied customer. I hope the owner of this place reads this.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. everything is incredibly over priced, better crowns and sets can be obtained at a lower price than what they charge at different location. I paid over $2800 for a package that was suposed to include everything and turns out, it didn’t! I still have 3-5 more things to purchase and they still wanted to over charge me for everything! Also, there were a few designs I wanted to change, the owner said it was fine and that it would be done my way, apparently he decided to do his way because it looked “better” than what i had wanted. Completely terrible experience here

Had the worst experience here. I bought my daughters dress and it was too big. They measured her incorrectly. They refused to fix their mistake. They were extremely ride. I ended up taking the dress to get fixed somewhere else, costing me extra. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. AWFUL!!!

First time coming and definitely will be coming back. The young girl that was helping me was super friendly. I would recommend this to all my friends and relatives.

I had a good friend take her daughter there to look at some dresses for her Quience. She was turned away for NO REASON that made sense. My friends daughter is of mixed race n your employee made it VERY apparent that it was because of her race. You DO KNOW that latinas come in ALL shapes n skin tone right??? I will make sure ALL my friends and familia know about this and NEVER shop here. And Im sad to say that we have bought from you. NEVER AGAIN. SMDH!!!!

First meeting went great got all our stuff ordered. When we went to pick up some of the things we ordered, where not the things we got. Dress was not the one ordered...copas stand was totally different. Headpiece was totally different. Called the main store about them closing the store where we had ordered originally and didnt let us know. The girl that answered said she called my husband to let him know that they had closed. Ummm I never gave them my husbands number.!!!Overall I wouldnt go there again.

Dresses seemed a lil over priced for a young female coming into womanhood. Really did not have any package deal as some other stores have. All in all would really like to actually sit down with a worker and discuss about pricing.

It was great. I was treated nicely and even bought my dress from here. I recommend the store.

Great customer service. Have purchased 3 Quincenera packages in the past 9 years. Have been pleased every time.

My mother wanted something added extra to the My Quinceañera dress, she was told it was fine and will be added anything wanted we also wanted a different bouquet and where told that would be the bouquet we would have and that everything would be ready when picked up . When we went to pick up, the bouquet we got was not the one we wanted and where told that was the original one but the first day we where told the one we wanted was the original. The dress didn’t have everything we wanted extra and when we pointed it out the employees told us the dress would not have looked as good with what we wanted on it and where told what we wanted would not have looked good . Don’t have a variety of good/pretty crowns to choose from . The base of the toasting glasses didn’t go with my dress and was simple sertainly not what we paid for . My rosary was smaller and simpler than I thought it would be . The package included cheep thing we could of bought somewhere else for a cheaper price .The dress was very beautiful but not everything I wanted was added as told it would be and the total cost of the package was not worth what I got .
